My husband Tony, and I just purchased a new 2023 Envision from this dealership. We love the car, and took it home. When my husband, a retired, Navy veteran, mentioned that he would like to have a front bracket mounted on this car, to hold his Navy license plate, I called the dealership. The service manager, Keith Cox, personally called me back, when he got wind of our request. He told us to come in at our convenience, and he would mount the plate for us himself. The vice president of Betten Baker here had authorized the installation at no charge, as well.We went in this morning to have it done. Keith welcomed us w a hug, a handshake, and a smile, thanking Tony for his service. He personally did the work, and again, thanked us for coming into the dealership, and allowing him to help us.This, my friends, is a dealership w friendly staff and an exceptional service manager. I can't thank him enough for making my husband happy; not just for the work on the car, but the appreciation shown to him for his Navy service. This dealership has HEART!

Amos was amazing to work with! He knew exactly what I was looking for, he knew my price range and found the perfect car! I was so hopeful to have the car bought and ready to take on a weekend trip and he made it happen! Came in on his day off so I could have the car for the planned weekend. He was straight forward, honest, funny and made the process of buying a car not stressful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and seemed to be supportive of each other. It was a great experience and moving forward, I will buy any future cars and refer family and friends to Amos and Betten Baker. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. This is the 1st NEW vehicle I have ever bought and what a great experience it was. Shaine was a great person to work with! The truck we originally wanted was listed online and already sold that day. He was very quick to get back with us, took time to find out what we were looking, and sent me options! Went there next day, he was very helpful and nice, showing us many trucks. The sales rep that I worked with seemed to have no knowledge about anything i asked about. I was interested in a particular vehicle and for the longest time he seemed to avoid providing me any information about the vehicle, but instead kept suggesting other vehicles that we weren't interested in and asking why we weren't interested.The manager that then tried to take over the sale for him was just rude. He acted as if we were wasting his time even though we came in looking to purchase and drive away in something. I'll never visit this location again, nor recommend.

I am truly impressed by the crew we have here at this dealership. I haven t had the privilege of working with most of them for very long, but I can confidently say that I would trust my Family or returning customers with pretty much every one of our sales staff. SAM RODRIGUEZ, is professional and courteous with all of his guests. He does not cut corners just to sell you a vehicle. ERIC SUDAL, is energetic, fun, and most importantly to me, honorable. AUTUMN CARDINAL, Will find the deal when there is everything going against it. BRIAN HAMILTON, really understands how to make his guests feel like they re the most important people to him. he truly focuses his energy and attention on one thing at a time. ALYSE SOLOMON, is one of the best informed part the crew that we have. Her product knowledge is out of this world, And in times when vehicles are changing so rapidly, That kind of knowledge is truly an asset.It s an honor to be a part of this team!

Amos was the best!!! He did EVERYTHING in his power to make our experience as simple as possible ... Including going in on his day off ... That is commitment!!! Pat was fantastic by finding the EXACT vehicle we asked for in less than 3 hours in a different state. Moe said he was new in Finance, but impressed us a lot. Proves Betten Baker hires the best and trains them very well!!!Thank you EVERYONE!!!!

Went to Betten to test drive a couple of different vehicles on Saturday. Amos Ayers was our salesman. He was amazing one of the best salesman we have ever worked with. He was very patient as my husband and I weren't quite sure what we wanted. Amos was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that we drove. He made the car buying experience enjoyable. I was very apprehensive trying to get a replacement vehicle for my 2012 GMC Sierra. It was, however long overdue. Sam Rodriguez made it very comfortable. He showed me many choices over a couple month span without being pushy. He made sure to show me all my options, letting me know the pros and cons of both. Thanks Sam, Zach (I believe that was his name), and team for working with a nervous nelly like me. Great experience. I ll be back!!

I had the pleasure to work with Eric Sudall, he was wonderful to work with, he has a personality, he was very helpful with my needs. I brought my 10 year old son with me, he made it a point to chat with him about a few things. The experience was great. He made sure i was happy with my purchase. He made everything convenient for me as i was coming from an hour away. The manager (Larry) also came by and thanked my son and i for our time. Very thoughtful people, great group of guys. I am sad at how disappointing my experience was with this service department. To start, they are not very welcoming at all to the point where I felt confused when walking in to drop off AND pick up my car. When you walk in, you will just get stared at and it will make you wonder if you're in the right area. Today I was told the door wasn't even supposed to be unlocked, but that she'll help me anyways. I felt like a nuisance and was told repeatedly that they were actually closed as we were going over paperwork for my car. This confused me at first because I read that they were open till 4:00PM, and I showed up just after 12:00PM.I went in for recall work (I just purchased the car from another dealership) and I found some of the work to be dodgy. Obviously from the picture, one of the headlight stickers they applied has a folded corner. I find it odd that they sent it out like this instead of applying a new sticker. The corner freely lifts and is obviously going to start peeling very soon. I know this is a small thing but I just would expect them to care a little more than that. The other recall was for exhaust work. I was informed there was a crack in the exhaust manifold, and I opted out of the dealership repair due to the cost being too high. I tore down to the exhaust manifold today to inspect the crack and repair or replace the part, and I was disappointed to find many bolts were not tight and the heat shield around the manifold was loose and missing a bolt. They also informed me they couldn't complete the recall due to a flange being cut and welded previously. I understand a GM dealership won't cut and weld exhaust, but they wanted to charge me $1400 to fully finish the recall. I declined and they left a crazy exhaust leak that puts so much exhaust in the cabin that I couldn't leave it running at red lights. Overall would recommend going elsewhere for service, or at least for recall work. They just don't seem to care very much.Edit: I also just looked at the recall sheet for the emissions recall and noticed it says "Eligibility for this service will not be denied solely due to your vehicle having nonGM parts or repairs performed by outlets other than a GM franchised dealer." I feel I was denied the full service due to this reason. I was given no other options other than to not complete the recall work, or pay $1400.
