I got there when they opened and there was only one employee so I did have to wait briefly for a customer before me. I liked that they did check my air filter, lights, tire pressure, and oil quality along with my oil change. I did not like that an oil change costs $100 dollars now for full synthetic. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place if you are in a pinch. For example, winters can get very cold outside, and we have a little baby making it harder this year to get to it ourselves. Otherwise, I would say save a few bucks and change it for yourself.

Have came to them for years and made the mistake of taking my car to another place that was a nightmare. They are always chill to deal with and get the job done timely and listen to what you have to say. I ll be continuing to keep returning.

Justin & Zach , were awesome. those guys are top notch technicians they are totally on their game ,. They answered all my questions and even gave me alittle advice ( my old Justin was promoted to corporate, , a while ago ). You have the best & very knowledgeable employees I have been coming many years here to the Howell Victory location ,and will continue for many more . Thanks guys. , Michelle

I use to go to a dealer ship and sit for hours waiting for a simple oil change on top of then having always something else they want to fix or change every single time. So I stopped one day here and it s been years now of not looking back. The guys here all work fast and efficient and always very kind. In and out in no time and it pressured into spending more $$$$ than needed. Definitely recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I've been going to this particular location for years and never had a problem untill I went there last year around this time when I went in with our other vehicle. That manager went off on how dealerships do a terrible job and made me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say coming in, I was expecting a not so great experience. But today, was one of the best I've ever had. Everyone was so professional and helpful. Great communication with the team and me. Not once did I feel bad in anyway. By far the greatest team I've ever had to deal with. Don't change this team! I work in retail and I strive for this kind of team work. Would 100% recommend going here for a oil change with this current team!Service: Oil change

My mom took her vehicle here. Upselling and charging $197 for an oil change is criminal!!! Change your own oil or take it to Belke Tire and get it done for like $50.

I have an old and tricky car to service. The team at victory lane in Howell was great. Full synthetic, checked in about options and had me out in good time even with the unusual filter for a 20 year old Vw!

You need to earn respect to get respect. These people (Tyler specifically) are unreasonable. I used to come here regularly, but now, from my recent experience, I will be going to CRUZ-N QUICK LUBE - 2861E GRAND RIVER. I get my oil changed every other month and will now recommend people stay far away from Victory Lane in Howell. Extremely disappointed with their performance.

It was very hot, I felt so bad, no ac or even fans for these guys working on hot oil over and under hot motors. Service was amazing, but u need to think a little more about your employees!!!!

It would ve been fine if they just tighten my oil filter down I had to crawl underneath my car and tighten it myself. Once I see it was dripping on my driveway.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Amazing service. They didn t have the right filter (the designated one didn t fit) so they had a guy drive down to an auto parts store and get one. Troy and Dakota were kind and friendly, and did a great job. I will come back here every time. I have never had such good service. Also, this was the 4th place I tried to get my 2021 vehicle oil changed (no one had the filter).Service: Oil change
