First time stopping in this shop and I will not only be coming back, but I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone I know. The speedy service of an oil change is impressive to say the least. Beck and Allen are one heck of a team when paired together and an absolute joy to be around. They were both polite, full of enthusiasm, transparent, and never once tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn t need.The manager Ben was great and trains his employees well. I can see why he earned that 5 star award back in September. This is a business that thrives on out of this world customer service. I honestly wish more places would take pride and do the same.The prices are super affordable and they even offer coupons to first timers. I saved 15% and only paid $46.21and that is with tax. I was in and out in no time and cannot thank these fellas enough for the unforgettable experience they bestowed upon me.

Great guys with great jokes and super friendly! I got a quick oil change a few days ago and I will definitely be going back. It was a great value for the services they offer. They were really helpful in letting me know the state that my car was in, you can also get a free high five if you're lucky!

We bought a used truck for the farm and went to get it checked. They were super honest and told us the oil was great and didn't need service yet. They even topped off the other fluids and did the tires free of charge. We have been coming here for all of our vehicles and will continue to use them. Phenomenal service.

I got an oil change on December 21 and on December 25 I was driving home from work and suddenly noticed a smell of burning oil. My low oil light came on and my engine started sounding real mad at me. I was about 8 minutes from him so I was able to make it home. A man came to my house to replace my gasket, oil filter and put oil back into my car. They tried telling me that they had already told me I had a leak but nothing was said to me. Now my car is in the shop and I m spending $700 to fix it and going to god that works. The oil filter house adapter they put on, failed and they didn t warranty that, they also forgot to put a lot of parts back together after the oil change. They were careless and I do not recommend them. I made a big mistake going to someone I ve never gone too. I ll never go back. They also didn t clean any of the oil off of underneath my hood. Bad experience.

The only oil change place I like to take my car! The staff is friendly and very thorough. They let you know if something needs to be done without being pushy. All reasonably priced as well!

Mike and Michael were friendly, informative, and fast during my oil change. They spent time to actually look over my engine bay, and cleaned up some battery corrosion before testing my battery.This was my second time here, and I plan to return. These guys never pressure or oversell, like many other quick lube chains do.

First time here. Michael was quick to open the door for me & asked what I was there for (oil change & I needed air in my tires). Not a problem, We can take care of that for you. From start to finish Mike, Beck, & Michael went above & beyond to make sure I & my Volvo were taken care of. They did not have the air filter required for my car in stock, so Mike ordered one for me quickly & I will happily be able to return to have it installed. The bolts on my skid plate were old, stripped, & stuck and Beck was unable to use them to put the plate back on. All 3 men were able to guide me as to what to purchase at a local hardware store & they would reinstall the plate at my convenience. I returned same day with said pieces & Beck said he could make them work! Thankfully, he did. 12/10 I would highly recommend this group & location. All of my questions were answered, any concerns were remedied, & the 3 gentlemen listed above were patient, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, & timely in their service. I will be coming here from now on, I advise you to do the same. Thank You Michael, Mike, & Beck!

Always personable, professional. Great job of notifying on recommended services but never pushy. I live in Lansing but make it a point to stop in when driving through Howell. So good!!

I got an oil change over the weekend and was given a list of things that were wrong with my vehicle. I was told that the person who said the things that were wrong wasn t a certified mechanic but he knows a lot . The things that were told to me that were wrong sounded urgent so I had my vehicle looked at. None of these things were accurate. The person who did the oil change also made tons of inappropriate comments about my vehicle knowing i can hear even though they were under the vehicle. There s an echo and I m sure that s known. I wouldn t recommend. They suggest things that are not needed and very unprofessional.

As soon as I pulled in. The only thing they asked was Oil Change? I said yes. They only did the oil and checked the air filter. Never checked anything else. Needed air in the tires. They handed me my receipt they said I ok d everything they never looked at? They used to check everything maybe they changed the way they do things? Guess I need to find a new oil change place.Service: Oil change

I regularly bring my 1 ton Cummins in for an oil change and fuel filters. These guys are extremely professional and proficient. On top of that, the price is dramatically lower than the stealership and very competitive to performing your own service. If you re a contractor who is busy and needs to get a quality job done without wasting half a day over it, this is the spot.

Great location with a team that does solid work. Long term customer and it s always been a quick job with reasonable prices. No constant upselling or weird problems that come up once you pull out. Team goes above and beyond!

I've used this location for many years now. We've moved out of Livingston County, yet I still make it a point to plan my oil changes for this location. They are thorough and do a great job. I highly recommend them!

love anywhere that will let me stay comfortable while a service is done, they made nice conversation with me as they were working, and the price was much lower than i expected. entire service took maybe 15 minutes from start to finish. i dread getting car services done but this was simply too easy + comfortable, they re wonderful for making a task that usually gives me anxiety such a pleasant experienceService: Oil change

The young boys were very unfriendly, making rude jokes and the service was horrible . I know my brights don t work , they told me they did. Then they took out a wrench and was wrenching on something under the hood which they have NEVER done before- charged me an extra $30 compared to last time and I got nothing different than I have every single time I ve went. Take your business to big rays quick lube!! It s a 10 min extra drive, but they re way more friendly, professional and don t rip you off!

I stopped at the Victory Lane Oil change on Michigan Ave in Howell. They were checking my wipers and noticed my wipers had shifted downward. They fixed them and my wipers didn t hit the bottom fixture and are quiet again! I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the employees. Beck and Ben were the best!! A turkey flew into my windshield on I-96 yesterday. I did not my car serviced by them; however, I was stranded at the Speedway gas station next door and went to Victory for advice for windshield repair techs in the area. They lent me their ears, helped me find a service tech, gave me a place to sit and calm down, and helped out with a wiper blade that had popped off from the impact. Thank you Beck and crew for the hospitality and kindness!

We pulled in for an oil change at 4 p.m., no where near close but these employees acted like we had just pulled up 30 seconds before they closed shop. They were extremely rude, there was no greeting and when they asked for the return sticker I wasn t sure I heard them correctly and she tapped my windshield aggressively with her pen. Would never recommend the Howell location to any potential customers, as they don t even know how to properly speak to customers.
