Had a fixed flat tire I needed mounted back on vehicle. Another local place told me they would do it but then refused when I showed up, while pushing replacement of all tires. They reviewed the tire, had me in and out in less than 30 minutes, and barely charged me anything. So grateful for their timely help and willingness to be flexible to help someone get their car fixed.

These guys have always been respectful and honest with me the last 15 years. There are lots of fine tire places in the area, but Spartan is always my go-to for the value & service. Yesterday I had a flat tire and a leaking tire, and I was lucky enough to be back on the road that afternoon! I run an insurance office in town so I appreciated the service while I had to keep working

This shop always takes care of my vehicles. They will fix minor issues with no charge and do a wonderful job on the orginal work. Very satisfied customer.

Now that I ve been there I won t use anyone else! Spartan actually kept my appointment time and had my truck in the tire bay within 5 minutes. What other tire shop does that?

Had a tire pop, and they had my tire ordered and put on by the next morning during the very busy holiday times. Amazing customer service and efficiency, especially for such a hectic time.

I am very impressed with this shops customer service! I had a trailer tire blow out and had to pull onto the shoulder of I-96. We disconnected the trailer and drove to the nearest tire shop which was Spartan. Since I didn't have the tools to remove the tire, they sent one of their techs out with me to the highway to retrieve my wheel and got a new tire on very fast. I can't imagine any of the chain tire shops ever being willing to send a guy out to the highway to help out a stranded vehicle like that. My family is grateful and we highly recommend Spartan.

These guys fit me in late in the day and got my oil changed quickly. They even put on a wiper blade I could not figure out for the life of me. Props to Steve and the boys!

Brought my truck in for an alignment. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming and truck was done quick. Had a slight issue my steering wheel was slightly off. Called them up and let them know again very nice and welcoming. They told me bring it in and they would fix it and it was done within a couple hours and is perfect now. Definitely recommend

Guy at the front desk is extremely rude. I only have one car and just needed a simple alignment. Went on and on about leaving the car with him. Sorry. It s just me and this is my only car. Finally makes an appointment for 2 days later. Plan it all out. 45 minutes before im supposed to be there he calls me and tells me the alignment rack is tied up and I should just spend my day waiting for him to call me. Just needed a simple 4 wheel alignment. General attitude was trash. sorry you hate your job.

I have been coming here since Steve bought the place. I always ALWAYS shop around when I need work done and get second opinions. He's always right with the best pricing and never inflated or over stated any issue. Fair, accommodating to costumers schedules and no BS.

An excellent mechanic with an excellent secretary. Labor is cheaper than anywhere else, even with Bidenflation, and Eric and Chris are honest and get the job done. Sometimes Steve will work certain things out with you, and he will not repair anything that's not broken and scam you like other mechanics would. I would recommend them over any other mechanic in history. Anyone reading reviews about how the staff was rude or short with them, they got rid of anyone who was being rude. They are all nice, I promise. I don't see myself taking my car anywhere else unless Spartan Tire does not have the technology to repair it

I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Got me in very quickly and everyone was incredibly friendly. I am from Lansing and broke down near them and am I ever glad it was there so we could get such amazing service. They also kept it cheaper for me even though they knew that I was stuck and really could have tried to take advantage. 5 stars plus pluse.

Spartan tire has the absolute best prices and service in town! These guys rock, excellent customer service, quick turn around time, took my truck in to get a transmission replaced and got it back a lot quicker than I expected and now my truck drives way better than I remember, as if its a brand new truck again and I could not be happier. Recommending Steve and his crew to everyone who needs service work done!

Called and talked talked to Steve on Tuesday about getting 4 new tires for my travel trailer camper. He gave me a great quote and said I could bring it by the next day to have the work done. Showed up the next day and they showed me where to drop the trailer and said they d be done with it in about 30 minutes. Half an hour later he called and it was done. The price was exactly what we talked about (and extremely reasonable) and included installation and disposal of my old tires. I would highly recommend this local business to anyone needing tires. I ll definitely be back!

Spartan Tire and Service Center has been great. They replaced a tire that went flat early in the week, then got me in right away for a low air problem with a second tire. All the personnel were friendly. Best of all they were able to do quick repairs. Excellent tire place.

Honestly, Spartan Tire is the only Auto Center I trust. Both for my car and peace of mind. My dad had always taken care of my car issues and when his plate got to full he referred me here and they have been awesome! They truly care about their customers and the jobs they do! They are beyond helpful and I will continue to refer people to their shop! Great people, great place! Recommend & trust 100%!

My mechanic recommended this place when my AC went out this past summer. They said they recharged my Freon and my air compressor was bad/needed to be replaced. Something seemed sketchy though because the guy was incredibly vague about it and seemed like I was bothering him when I tried pressing for details, and wanted over $1500 for the job. I talked to my mechanic about it and he agreed that something was off about that so I got a second opinion at Roy's. They kept my car over an *entire* weekend to ensure their findings were accurate, but they found that the compressor *wasn't* bad, the Freon just hadn't been filled up all the way (if they even did any work on it to begin with)! So I basically gave Spartan roughly $80 for nothing! Either their equipment needed to be recalibrated, or they flat out lied to me, but judging by the man's unwillingness to answer my questions, I'm guessing it was the latter.

I called and made an appt for my daughter to get her frt brakes and rotors replaced since I had just had shoulder surgery and normally do all of our auto repairs. I told the owner that my daughter would be waiting for the car and he said they would start on her car at her appt time. They were running behind on another vehicle and she had to go ask what was going on, she said they were a bit rude in replying to her. The main problem is that I decided to do her rear brakes today. No problem. We drove the car and she was telling me about the new noises she was hearing since getting her car back from Spartan. I heard a lot of noise, decided to take off the fronts to take a look, I grabbed the lug wrench to get ready to crank them off, but they were loose! I continued to take 2 more off by hand, went to the other side and noticed 2 lugs missing. Jacked up that side and took off 2 lug nuts by hand and one with the wrench with minimal effort. If you care for the safety of your family members. Do not take your car here. If there is one thing that you should be doing at a tire store to ensure the safety of the driver. It is to torque the lugs to specification, I just say thank GOD I saw this before she list a tire on the freeway.
