The actual rust repair was done great. The gentleman that runs the place was rude, couldn't provide pictures, they broke the windshield on my vehicle which was brand new and made us pay for it. First he told me there was a chip in the windshield but he didn't see it and then later changed his story saying his glass place showed him. I truly believe this was just a way to milk more money out of the customer since they couldn't provide any proof of the windshield being broke.

These guys know what they're doing. Not pushy about getting you to spend money. If you want your vehicle done right, take their advice and you'll save money in the long run!

They were very professional and personable. Now, if my Rust doesn t come back, I will be thrilled. They gave me a ride to and from, and it was an overall good experience.

This is the second time I have used Rust Doctors Restoration for my 2006 Chevy Silverado. The first time was because my cab had rusted in the back and fell down on to the frame. They were able to identify and then easily fix the problem. I was thrilled. This last time was the other day ago. Once again my pickup had a body issue. In this case my rear spring on one side had rusted away the mount causing the bed side to drop. I stopped in and had the greatest luck they had just pulled a vehicle off their hoist and it was empty - my timing was really lucky. They offered to fix my pickup right away (before they put another vehicle on it that would be there for a few days). End result was my vehicle was repaired same day and again I was thrilled. The cost was reasonable and we made sure to do both sides, since one had rusted away the other was sure to follow. I would strongly recommend and would use them again. Nice people, great job!

Really poor experience. Walked in and stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes with no one to even acknowledge I was in the building. Finally open the door to the back. Spoke to one of the technicians standing there and asked if there was somebody that could help just looked at me, turned around and walked away. still in the lobby about another five minutes and left. Guess they didn t wanna make any money off for me terrible customer service.

Don t go here , repaired my trailblazer that had little rust starting, within 2 weeks it was 10x worst Had the undercarriage coated also , picked it up had overspray all over rims , on the paint , everywhere they don t know what there doing. Went back to confront them and they said we ll try to repair it again .. not letting them touch it again if it s two weeks and worst . Went elsewhere for a professional to fix the rust Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Had a new vehicle rustproofed, very thorough from start to finish. Hands on owner that has a lot of passion for his work and his business, price was more than fair , highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Very friendly, thorough and knowledgable. They fixed my issue for under $50.00 when other companies said they couldn't fix it and I needed to spend over $800.00 for a resolve. Thank you Rust Doctors! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
