The store itself is great, good selection, just a normal auto part store. However, Olivia is beyond unprofessional. When I come into your store and approach you at the counter, "Sup" should not be the thing you say. For someone who wears a manager tag on her shirt, that's ridiculous. You're in customer service so a "Hi! How can I help you? Or How are you today?" Would be the appropriate greeting, not just "Sup". She was just about the most unhappy, unfriendly person I've ever dealt with in an auto part store, I was disgusted.

Manager Mark is a great guy. Store is getting a huge make over from now until 2/2/22. It was a pleasure to remodel your store. From everyone at Champion Installs!

Ed saved me as my battery was smoking... He was super nice and calm as I was trying not to freak out. He changed my battery and checked my alternator and sent me away safe. I cant thank him enough and for being so kind and professional. I'm an O'Reilly customer for life

Used oil tank is always full, so much so that they have taped a permanent sign on the front door. This is not a one time thing for me, I have gone there over 10 times over the course of months. Why buy oil from a store that will not take it back.

Always prefer got to O'Reilly over the other auto parts places. There always very helpful and answer all my questions. I never feel like I'm get an attitude if I'm not there to buy something. Also if by chance they don't have what I need in stock. They are always able to have it available within a week.

Recently moved to the area. Had an O'Reilly's in Canton we frequented, this one has also been great. Friendly dudes, helpful, no issues!

The staff has a great sense of humor every time I enter my Fowlerville branch, always served with a smile, and always taken aback by just the off-hand knowledge that most of their employees have and are willing to help US find a part, a plan, and a postal estimate when parts are shipped. Shipping is almost always overnight, if you need to use it! They had a battery, an idler pulley, and even some a raw hose for an intake system--all for a limited-run, 2 year production vehicle on hand and was very helpful and joyful and joke-y (because life's not always THAT serious!).I highly recommend your local O'Reilly for your auto needs, especially in a pinch...and a huge shout out to the Fowlerville, MI branch for turning me into a normal customer!

I've been going to this O'Reilly location for maybe 10 years. I've owned 3 f-150s and a ranger so i was in there at least twice a month until last year when i got a chrysler. Now I'm scared they might not remember me...... so I've built a relationship with them and found that they have every bolt, clip, gasket, mount, and braket that you might need for, in my case, my rust covered money pits. I've never gone anywhere else besides when i have no choice the whole time I've lived here solely because, when i find a place that has everything i need, do i really want to go anywhere else. The people who work there are professionals and if the one of them doesn't know what you need chances are someone there can decode what your saying. I'm not the most mechanically inclined individual and have told them i need *insert horrible product description here* and had them be able to walk into the back room open a box and see the part i needed inside. The selection seems small at first but they actually have a lot of different car parts, accessories, cleaning suplies, paint, body filler, exhaust parts, and obviously they have oil and most fluids, still haven't found the blinker fluid but if you look hard enough you might. I don't mod my vehicles to be more than what they should be so i don't know about there selection of after market boost or whatever but they do have what it takes to be good as new.

I go here a lot. Usually have what you need...if not they will get same day. You do need to know your pricing...check around first...usually their prices will be competitive...but everyone once in a while you can way overpay. I was quoted $262.00 dollars for rotors and pads...went one mile to another parts place and paid $157.00 for exact same parts...I mean exact same brand and part numbers. Buyer beware.

Had a bad serpentine belt that snapped on the way home that they managed to exchange out for me. They were very accommodating and borrowed out a 1" 3/8 socket extension so I could pull the tension pulley back to install the belt in their parking lot. These guys are winners in my book.

They took care of everything I needed but then there was other things that I should have had and I didn't get Not really they're fault but a good salesman would have been all over it

staff is nice, place is clean, and they normally gets parts they dont carry pretty quickly. Not to mention the location is PRIME! Grabbing a part isn't that big of a inconvenience because they're in the perfect spot!

It was snowing, several inches accumulated and it was freezing out and dark and my passenger side windshield wiper fell apart. I had about an hour drive home. I stopped in here and the sales people were very nice. They quickly understood my need, got the wiper blade from stock and switched it out on my car and got me back on the road in like five minutes. I am guessing I was the only customer do to the weather but still they were great. I really appreciated their help.

Everytime I need something they seem to have it. As soon as you walk in someone is asking how they can assist you, and are super friendly! ( not like the old school autoparts where the wanna be mechanic tells you how you're doing it wrong and how much of an inconvenience you are to them) and a really clean store.

Love the location & the prices but some of the staff are a bit unfriendly to women who come in with a few more questions. But mostly the women saleperson's go figure!. You would think they would be a little more understanding but I guess not. Will continue to go to this store But will definitely wait for a man to help me in the future.

I'm there just about every weekend picking up parts and special tools. Just picked up 8 quarts of full synthetic high milage motor oil orileys brand bulk oil. I'm not that picky I dont need valvoline like my father always bought it all came from one or 2 sources, anyway, counter folks always ready to serve as usual and go out of the way for you! Thanks big round applause for Howell orileys! Floor well organized and got just about a price tag on every item

A GREAT place if you want to to buy from somewhere who does NOT stand behind their products! I purchased an a/c compressor from here, had it professionally installed and it didn't work and was making a grinding noise. I contacted o'freillys to see what they'd do. They said I'd have to get it taken out, return it to them, and wait for them to send it in to somewhere to have them look at it and verify there was something wrong with it. Not sure if you know but the compressor has to be in place in order for the vehicle to run as it runs on the serpentine belt system. So what now... don't drive my vehicle that I need for work so they can send it who the hell knows where to have it looked at? NEVER AGAIN!!! I AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Lazy, old, and very shady employees here. Told me that on my warranty it's states how I could not return the battery if it had been in the car. My car didn't need the battery, my gf's mom bought it thinking it was a dead battery. It didn't even get one start in the vehicle. Regardless, I re-read the warranty, and guess what, nothing about that. Crooks and liars. Go to autozone.

I love O'Reilly. Unfortunately, I walked in today and not one employee was wearing a mask. I will not return due to health and safety concerns.

Please don't shop O'Reilly's Auto Parts. They gave me the wrong alternator, not once but twice. Because of this my radio got fried. When I talked to the District Manager, he said that they would take care or the radio. (After several conversations.) Well, now the check is in and they are only paying for half the radio. Even though I shopped around to find a cheaper radio than the stock radio. There are plenty of other auto parts stores, so avoid O'Reilly's.
