Myers Automotive does great work quickly and for the right cost. I received quotes from several other local repair places, and Myers was honest and the best price. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Myers as fair and honest. I took my car in for what I thought was a pretty expensive repair (after another shop diagnosed but said they didn t do this repair). After Myers looked at it, it turned out to be relatively minor (as was the cost!)

So we dropped off our vehicle. Had something set up, and the guy up front continued to make us feel that we were st the wrong place and didn't make an apt. Well, once he actually looked at the computer, go figure. They we were in the system.Then we told him all the issues and left the vehicle.Once we picked the vehicle up he tried to say we didn't tell him about any of the flashing lights that were going on.Welp, clearly the person wasn't paying attention to anything that was said to him while we were in the office.Honestly, this experience was a joke to say the least. I will never allow my work to bring any of our fleet vehicle in here again.Shame on you.

Live local for many years,left the area came back in town.could not wait to have them look at my wife car. The car has sat for a few years they found the problems and made the repairs needed miss this place so fair and honest.Thank you Bill, Steve and Jeanie

Great work and good pricing. Had my brakes done here, it was completed very quickly and all options explained thoroughly. Will be bringing my cars here again in the future.

This is the second time I have used this Auto repair service, and my son has used it also. All three of our experiences have been positive. The repairs have been done both very well, and in a timely manner. And the charges have been very reasonable. I would recommend them with no reservations.

Bill & Jeannie are the best. Bill consistently ensures I'm not paying for repairs that are unnecessary or incredibly costly. They've also done warranty work on my car for a wheel bearing they'd previously replaced, without my knowledge of it being warrantied. Talk about exciting to pick up a car for what you expected would be a $300-500 repair and it being warranty work. That was a huge relief that day. Picking my car up today, and I'd let Jeannie know last week that my son was about to get this car when he turns 16, and she threw in a multi-point inspection because she wanted to be sure he's good to go. We were traveling and had issues with our 2017 Jeep. Steve at Myers worked us into their busy schedule and was able to diagnosis and make repairs in one day. This allowed us to return to Florida on time. Everyone was friendly and professional a great experience!

I couldn t be happier with the service I received at Myers Automotive in Howell. On Monday (around 9am), I received a call from my daughter. She told me that her car was displaying several warning lights. We drove the car to Myers and we re told it would likely be Wednesday before they could begin troubleshooting. In my mind, this was completely acceptable. Myers called me around 2pm (same day-Monday) and told me that they not only got to look at it, but fixed it and it was ready for pickup. On top of that, the amount I paid was fair and reasonable. Lastly, this is not the first time Myers has exceeded my expectations!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Their website doesn't really work or they like to ignore the people who send in for the quotes that they promise to send back. Maybe it's a glich.

They are so kind, accommodating, and honest. They have done all the maintenance, and repairs on my car. I wouldn t trust anybody else. Very family friendly. I suggest Myers Automotive to anyone needing a mechanic.

These are very very nice, pleasant people to deal with. I feel very comfortable having them work on all of my vehicles. Bill was more than willing to help me with my LeBaron Convertible, a "K" car, a nice Reliant automobile! (quoting the "BareNaked Ladies") HahahaIf only I had a million dollars!Thanks, you guys rock it out!

I've been here a couple of times and couldn't of had a better experience. I recently needed work done on my car and I went to bell tire first for them to check it out. They gave me a price way higher than I expected and told me that a bunch of parts needed to be replaced. The total cost came to about $2000. I went to Meyers for them to check it out and did not inform them of what bell tire told me. I just asked for them to check out the problem. There list was way smaller and completely reasonable. There price was over a $1000 cheaper than bell tires and they had no idea I even was comparing the two. The customer service is excellent, they're real and honest people here looking to do good work. They don't attempt to take advantage of people and I will never go to another mechanic ever again. Meyers has my business for life because they're honest and genuine people. I could not recommend this place more.

I d highly recommend to not go here had my starter worked on three times here and they never put the right bolt in or secured it correctly. They called me to pick it up said it s running great. I got there and my vehicle would not start. If you want to get ripped off or have to double check what work they did for you then go for it.

Bell tire tried charging me 974$ for the same work that myers provided for 429$, literally saved me 500$. Couldn t thank them enough. Jeanie is the best!!

We are new to this area and the dealership was becoming far too expensive for maintenance for me. Our friends recommended this auto shop - they had used them recently and found them to be run by real stand up folks. I found them today to be engaging, knowledgeable, friendly and honest.I went in today because I wasn't sure if I needed new brakes or not. My mileage says it's about time and at times they would squeak. We all know brakes can cost a lot. But you don't want to be unsafe either - it's a conundrum.Meyer automotive made time to see my car today. They performed the analysis and said my car was safe to drive my family in my car - which is my #1 priority as I am certain it is for most everyone else.Meyer automotive treated me honestly. I do appreciate it. I will be back for ANY advice I need for our vehicles.

5+ Stars! Excellent company! I recommend anyone in need of car repairs to go see Myers! I went for the first time a few days ago and was blown away by their work and customer service. It's very hard these days to find an auto service company that gives you not only great service, but is also trustworthy and affordable (very affordable). These guys are exemplary in all three areas! I've been to MANY auto shops and I've NEVER been to one with this type of customer satisfaction. I definitely won't be going anywhere else again and I'm very thankful to have met these guys. I look forward to and have complete faith in them to servicing my vehicle from here on out. Thanks again so much Myers!

I wanted to buy a car nearby and got it inspected here, and the owner was totally honest and I could tell how he really works to keep his reputation that way! He explained the only thing wrong with it and fixed it for very cheap. He also said the place I got my car from doesn't like Myers because they are honest, and they have got in arguments over it. For that reason I trust Myers and really really appreciate they're honesty and work they did!

We have taken our cars to Myers Automotive for years. ALWAYS have had a good experience. They are honest and reasonable. Bill and Jeanne have the highest degree of integrity in how they run their business. We wouldn't trust our car repairs to anyone else.

I was stranded 3 hrs from home had to stay in a hotel because my car broke down on Friday evening. A friend recommended Myers auto shop so I had it towed there not knowing it was closed for the weekend. So we had to stay in Howell for a 3 nights. On Monday I called the shop at 8AM and was told he would try to look at it when he could. The car ended up being done by 3ish and we were on our way home.

I made an appointment and they took care of my car right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had steering and suspension work done. The car drives better than it has in years! Pricing was very reasonable. Extremely happy woth the experience

Called to make an appointment to have my tires rotated and my AC level checked, Jamie told me they were short staffed do to holiday week and it would be next week sometime before they could get me in.... Really? This was Thursday before Easter, so i went right next door to Grand Oaks, in and out in 45 minutes, great guys, good service and priced right... Looks like I found my new auto repair shop!

Amazing service and such a hardworking, amazing family that owns the shop. We were told by Belle Tire in Howell of a bunch of repairs that needed to be done and quoting us almost $1000 for said repairs. We thought something was off, and took it to the Myers family who was nothing but honest with us and stated 90% of what Belle Tire said was wrong. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. This family is honest and an amazing team. Steve was also a pleasure to work with. A++ service!

Who can you trust to give you a reliable diagnosis of your car's problems and then make the repairs in a timely fashion at a fair price? Myers Automotive! Bill, Steve and the rest of the Myers' family of mechanics are always accommodating, friendly and fair. Jeanne does a great job of scheduling and giving a realistic estimate of the work to be done. I have had nothing but great service at Myers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop!

Took a vehicle to this location for a pre-purchase evaluation. They were very honest and a great value. Saved me plenty of trouble and let me know what the dealer needed to address before purchasing. Will be back if buying another vehicle in Howell.
