Bob is a great guy to go to! He's been very transparent and helpful towards every issue I've had with my car. Hard to find anywhere where you won't get ripped off, and trust me, Bob won't.

This guy is the best. Go there whenever I have issues with my Honda elements random stuff. Super sweet dude. Good prices comparatively to every other company I ve been to. Great experience.

The worker at Mr. Muffler swapped out the springs on my truck struts to Bilstein 5100 leveling ones. He was very friendly and even gave me some tips for the install back onto my truck. What would have been a long and/or potentially dangerous job to do at home took him all of 15 minutes, it was a great experience.They do charge extra for credit card so make sure to have cash/check.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Bob is the MAN! 2nd time I ve use this place to fix my kids car. Super reasonable, trustworthy, accommodating to my circumstance and went above and beyond to replace the rear breaks and correct the front brake screw up that I did. FYI, bleeder screw should be at the top of the caliper and not the bottom.. if it is, you have them on backwards Belle tire wanted $1,100 for just rear brakes on 02 Durango.. Mr Muffler did the same work, and more for half the cost. Wish more places were like this. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks Bob!Service: Auto brake repair

Bob is the man!! Called around looking for a place to repair my leaking/loud exhaust on my 2017 Explorer. Everybody wanted me to wait at least a week, but Bob asked me to drop it off and he would work it into the schedule. Luckily there was an opening in the schedule, and 3 hours later Bob called to tell me it was done and ready to be picked up.Same day service and less than the original quote, folks quality service like this is unheard of these days.PLEASE do yourself a favor, if you need quality exhaust, brakes, or suspension work at more than fair prices call Bob.

I've been going to Bob (Mr Muffler) for 15 years when I need exhaust repair. He is honest and won't rip you off. Good quality repairs but he can get busy which means it may take a while to get your car in. I like that he will show you what the problem is.

They did an outstanding job on my old 4Runner. High attention to detail which is surprising since few rarely look underneath but I did and they did a great job. This exhaust will outlast the vehicle for sure. Thank, Mr. Muffler!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Needed my breaks done, brought my car in close to closing and the next day they were done, I have a manual transmission so was nice that he knew how to drive it. Great customer service let me know the cost of everything up front and said he'd call if any other problems were found. If I didn't live 4 hours away I'd make this place my go to for any work I needed done. Reasonable prices compared to other places I looked into.

I have been a customer of Mr. Muffler for about 3 years now. They always provide top notch work in everything that I need to have done on my cars. They are polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all questions that I have. I recommend their services to everyone that has a car problem or need.

Bob was fantastic! Went above and beyond and was completely honest. Simple easy fix was just that. Didn't try adding on like the dealership or a lot of auto shops. Will definitely be back and recommending to others! Thank you!

I have been taking my cars and trucks to Mr. Muffler for over 10 years. They are honest and have always fixed everything I have taken there. Today I took my F150 truck to have the starter replaced. Bob worked on it much longer then the hour he quoted because the truck was old and the bolts were corroded and seized. He only charged me an hour of labor, even though he spent more time on it. In the past I took the F150 here for a muffler and tail pipe. Bob only replaced the bad pipes and muffler. Most other places tell me I have to replace the entire exhaust system. I sent my son there and they took good care of him too.

My old faithful needed some exhaust work. Mr. Muffler quoted me MUCH LOWER than dealer price, work was done very quickly, my car RUNS.GREAT!!! No new car payments for me!! :) i am very happy and will definitely do business with Mr. Muffler again. Thank you!!!

Always honest, quick, and very reasonable prices. I've had several vehicle issues corrected here, and have been very pleased with their work. Even had several older ladies come in for second opinions, after being told they needed a major, expensive repair. This place to a look, and told them that there was nothing wrong with the car, and that they were good to go, no charge.

This is the 2nd time Mr muffler has saved me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in repair bills to my exaust! I took my car to muffler man in brighton and got quoted 700 dollars to fix my exaust.Brought my car to mr muffler today to have a second opinion, boy am I glad I did. He calls me back saying he fixed it for 45 dollars. Just needed 2 bolts replacedService: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend this place. Bob was working by himself and did an awesome job. I had a hole somewhere in the exhaust system. Belle Tire took a look but quoted $1,200 bc the way they replace the system is find where the break is and replace everything from the next connecting bolt on. I brought the diagram to Mr. Muffler and Bob didn't even look at the car gave me a fair quote of $175 and knew exactly how to fix it. As I was waiting for a ride I overheard Bob's conversation with another customer and was amazed of his knowledge. You can tell that this guy has seen everything and knows how to get it done and the best part, doesn't over charge. He had the car up in running in less than 4 hours and that was bc he had a different appointment in front of me. If you have any exhaust (or car issues bc they do other things as well) Mr. Muffler is the place to go, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome service. They treated me like a person not some ditzy bimbo. I called a couple places and one place treated me very bad on the phone. They laughed and said it is after 10on a Saturday why would you wait so long, you can drop it off and we will see if we can get to it. I said no ty I'll go elsewhere. Extra 10 minutes of drive time was worth it for sure. They got me right in and fixed in less time and for less than I was quoted. Thank you guys!!!! Now I feel safe to drive my girls around again!!!

This is my second time coming here. Both men I worked with were very knowledgeable and friendly. Too often I have felt uncomfortable with the guys where I go to get my car fixed, these men made me feel VERY comfortable. I would highly recommend them and I will return there.

Great rates and work, he does fair work for a fair price. Had a cat back exhaust system put on and a leveling kit with lifted struts put in my truck all done timely and very well.
