Staff was very friendly and the waiting room comfortable and inviting. My car had been in the ditch and needed alignment and other work I was unsure of, but I knew it was serious. The tech Brandon fixed me up, explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. I was in a real bind and they got me in and repaired much cheaper than I anticipated. Definitely an honest, full service shop that you can trust.

Highly recommend. They have been servicing my car since I moved out here 8 years ago. Great service and staff. Also services my grandson s car-he lives in Chicago and tries to coordinate his visit with me when his car needs service. Jason (thank you) always accommodates our compressed schedule. Professional, courteous and fairly priced. Oh yeah always have great snacks! Thanks to all.

Great service. This was my first time here. It was the best experience I ve had in car repair in years. The price was very fair and they didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. I waited with my car (although they offered me a loaner or a ride home) the waiting area was clean, had coffee, snacks, cold water etc. I will definitely be using this shop in the future.

I trust Mazur's 100%. I've had some major repairs and was given fair prices and extremely fast service.They gave me a heads-up on potential problems without pressure to fix anything immediately.Great location, friendly service. I'll be back.

Would highly recommend this place. They did quality preventative maintenance on my vehicle and even threw in some perks and vacuumed and wiped down my car just because. Very friendly too which is a huge plus. Won t go anywhere else now.

I usually work on my own cars but I had a repair that required use of a lift. Mazur's was able to get my car in quickly and did a great job repairing it. They were timely and offered great communication of what was happening with my car each step of the way.I will be bringing my car back here for repairs again.

I brought my car in to Mazur Automotive in South Lyon for the first time a month ago, and again today. I was so grateful for their ability to provide me with a loaner vehicle while car had repairs done.Howard kept me informed and patiently explained repairsneeded and why when I asked questions. I've been bringing my car to Mazur's for a few years now and have always had a great experience. I love the online step-by-step process they show you along the way with photos and descriptions of what needs attention. I have to give a special shout out to Jacob who has been very professional, courteous and friendly. My husband said problem must be something complicated with the electrical system so he had to take it to the dealer. I said I will call here and ask what they thought and the man said he thought it was the battery. He said he could get it in the same day. My husband said he waited while a new battery was delivered and everything went great. Thanks so much Manzur

Great place! Had the misfortune of car trouble on two occasions in the last 6 months and took them to Mazur's. Perhaps the greatest complement I can give them is when I have car trouble again - I'm going back to Mazur's without a doubt!

We were stranded at a Park 'N Go lot after returning from a trip out of state. our daughter scheduled an appointment for our car at Mazur's Pinckney for the next day. They found the problem and fixed it so we could return home the next day. My family has been using total automotive for decades. We tend to keep our older vehicles on the road longer than most and have relied on total to keep them safe and dependable. This business has the updated equipment needed for newer vehicle repairs and experience on the older ones. I have no problem trusting my 21 year old Mountaineer. The pricing we feel is fair and staff goes above and beyond for everyone.

We took the car in to 3 different shop for a couple different things, these guys found it.Not only that, but they sent text messages every step of the way detailing what the status is and direct communication with my mechanic. After the inspection was complete they sent a text with a link with every little thing they saw, with pictures, ranked by priority. After everything was done, I was able to pay with 1 click through another text. How cool is all that? The entire experience was unlike anything I've ever seen from an auto shop before!Finally, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was above average helpful and really tried to listen.We found out forever auto shop. Thank you!!

Very prompt service! They got me in the same day and provided a loaner vehicle so life could continue uninterrupted. The front desk staff was professional and courteous (especially Rick, who took the time to listen and understand), the technician (Nathan) was thorough and honest! Wonderful customer service. Always helpful and willing to do what they can and they give their candid thoughts as opposed to cookie cutter opinions. Jason is always in good spirits and Rick has been very kind and helpful with reaching out if they looked at it last to make sure the repairs are holding up.

I needed a new battery in a pinch and Jason was able to get me in right away near the end of the day. I had bought a battery ahead of time and they discovered I picked up the wrong one. They drove me back down to the parts shop so that I could switch it out! All of them I encountered were friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back in the future for other needs for my vehicle. Thank you!

So happy with this business! It was very easy to make an appointment, and I got an appointment exactly when I wanted (and fast!)They were so thorough in their inspection and work--they even provided photos in their report! I want to share my experience that I had with the WONDERFUL guys at Mazur's. My car broke down, Jason, Josh, and all the great guys went above and beyond to help me!! They got me in quickly and performed the service in my acceptable timeframe. They were very communicative and gave me options. I appreciated the whole vehicle diagnoses that they did! The big surprise and delight is the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on their work! I will use them again!
