No called No showed for a home window repair estimate and measurement. Even though I talked with a customer rep the morning of the appointment. This person gave me a window of 11 am- 2pm and even stated they would try to accommodate me by putting it closer to 11 am and assured a phone call 30 min beforehand. Neither happened. Luckily glass doctor is coming so no worries. I would recommend them as they beat kosins on my car windshield by 50 dollars and fixed it in my driveway.

This experience might have been the best I ve ever had in customer service with a company ever. Val was able to fit me in to get my windshield replaced in just a few hours of when I called to try and get an appointment. She helped me with the insurance and my windshield was replaced and my car was ready to go in less than a few hours. I would recommend this company to anyone with a windshield and to anyone who needs a stress free glass replacement experience in general.

Friendly staff, and one of the few companies I called about my nickel size chip that did not want me to get a new windshield right away or rather if I m OK with a bit of a blemish they can stop structural damage. Very happy with how they handled the issue and did not have to pay for new windshield

Kusins Glass has always gone over and above to take care of each customer! Our company has been using them for 3.5 years now and we couldn t be any happier! We can't say enough good things about the Kosin's team. Val was great to work with over the phone. Zach kept me posted on the progress of our shower door order. When it is was time for the install, Zach did a fantastic job. We love our shower doors. Thanks to Zach for treating our house like it was his own. Your professionalism is top notch! Great service and price for windshield replacement. Estimate was spot on for pricing & work completed within the estimated time.Compared to a national auto glass repair/replace chain I had to wait one extra day before replacement, but paid about 55% of the chain estimate.

I contacted Kosins because I heard they were the best in the area with shower doors. I had a full buildout done to turn a bedroom into a bathroom and wanted the best of the best. So I reached out to them to do the glass for me. After calling they told me to email pictures for a quote. Upon doing this, Zach responded with a quote ($2600 which was 700-800 more then the other quotes I received) and asked me for my address to get me scheduled. I bit the bullet on the price, hoping I would get the best. When I responded with my address he said they wouldn t be in my area for a few weeks I promptly responded that that would be ok, and let me know whenever they could come out. After I week, I sent a follow up email asking if he had any idea of scheduling. No response. I then followed up again, and a third time. No response. If you don t want the job, simply email me and tell me you don t want it but yo ghost a customer is beyond unprofessional. Unfortunately I can t recommend their work, or their professionalism.

Great service, great prices, friendly staff, and very honest.I went in for 3 windshield chips, and was told 1 chip was only a surface nick, so there's no point in doing anything, which saved me money and time.After being jerked around by a competitor, I'm so glad we ended up at Kosin's Glass!

Husband was weed whacking and threw a stone through our patio door on a Friday night. Called Kosins first thing Saturday morning, had Zach out on Monday to measure & give a quote. Two weeks later, *bam* new glass on our patio door. Thanks, Kosins!

First, I'd like to say that due to circumstances beyond their control, we were not able to use their services. However, they went above and beyond my expectations to try to accommodate our windshield needs. Based on this experience, I would certainly use them for future needs. THANK YOU Kosin's!

We didn't end up using Kosin's Glass, but I can tell that we absolutely would have if all we needed was a windshield replacement. Val was able to verify that body work would need to be done in order to avoid future leaks. Val was super helpful and full of advice and tips. I would have been very comfortable having them do the work. In the future, it'll be the first place we call. It was so refreshing to dial a number and actually speak to someone who works right there, on location and not some call center.

I love this place. I called spoke to Val, and within the day she had an estimate person out to my house. Prices were great! Talked to some people that had replaced their sidelight windows from other companies, and they now will be calling Kosins for price quotes as needed!

I work for a general contractor and we had tried hiring another company to order and install an odd sized window. The other company dragged us along for months without ever following through, communicating or doing anything really. So we found this company and gave them a try. They had it done in 2 weeks even with having to order the window. The office staff was pleasant, they responded to emails quickly. I am very glad the other company dragged things out as this company is local to us and I hope to work with them again soon!

Did a great job on the Camaro. Nice staff and good to do business with. Recommend to the glass on older cars. Aging great job and will b going back to them when I need ones in my other cars.

They have fixed 2 stone chips on my windshield and I am very happy , they are very polite and straight forward no b.s. good people , you probably can't do better than Kosins !

My work has used Kosin's glass in the past and if they trusted them, so did I. My wife and I have had a bad stint of luck with the glass around our truck lately, which really sucks. All the work they have done for us has been top notch and we have been very pleased with how they do business and how they take care of their customers. Thank you and keep it up!

Ultimately the best place you could possibly ask for!!!! Had to have a piece of glass cut for our wood burner and asked if it could possibly be done same day. Which in return, after hours, they cut my glass and stayed 40 min after closing just to get it to me. They go above and beyond for their customers. If you are in need of anything regarding glass, small cuts, large cut, mirrors, shower doors and even auto glass, I HIGHLY recommend them. And if you talk to Val, she is by far the best!! Willing to make sure all of her customers are satisfied!!!!

Kosin's just completed a whole house glass replacement for us in one day to fix our 35 windows with broken seals. Beautiful job and excellent price. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them!! Thank you!!

The only place we take our vehicles for chip repairs! The entire staff is helpful and they truly know what great customer service is. We've also had them do glass doors in our bathroom as well and the entire experience was excellent. Top notch service and such wonderful people!

Excellent service, reliable and professional. We had Kosin's replace a few small windows our store front last year and were very pleased with the overall experience. This spring we had them replace two large windows in the store front. They came out to quote the job and had it finished in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend them for any glass replacement needs you may have.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kosin's has great service and gets the job done right. I called Kosin's for a quote and they gave me, right off the bat a competitive quote for replacing my windshield. I made an appointment and had my windshield replaced within a few days. They did a good job but there were a few glitches. The rain sensor didnt work and part of the modeling came loose. The sign of a good company is how they respond to issues that come up. The next business day I dropped off my vehicle and they fixed everything to my satisfaction. Val was great also. I would highly recommend this company.
