True professionals, my vehicle had excessive damage from bumper to bumper along the entire passenger side. Franklin lined it up perfectly and everything is as clean as can be. They are the epitome of a small, family owned business that truly takes pride in workmanship and customer service. I couldn't be happier with the total customer service package that Franklin provided starting with complete management of the insurance claim, clear communication of delivery (battling parts delivery / availability from OEM) and most importantly the extremely high quality of work. They are true masters of their craft and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've used Franklin's often enough since I moved to Howell a few years ago. Almost every time, the car comes out looking brand new. Their ability to color match my paint and blend in the repair is fantastic. I had a couple minor issues one time I got my car back (grille came loose, and the lock/unlock button on one door handle didn't work). I brought the car back, and they immediately fixed both issues for no charge. They stand behind their work, and they do a good job. My shop of choice.

If you want your car back in a week then I would recommend. If you want perfect body lines and nice work I would look elsewhere. Very friendly people but the quality of the work was below par in my opinion. driver side has a 1/2" gap between the hood and headlight and the passenger side is tight.

I have always taken my car to Franklin's and have always enjoyed my experiences. I have never had any problems with them and they are very nice people. I couldn't recommend going anywhere else because they know what they are doing and take the time to get the job done right the first time.

Very, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE people THERE!! Absolutely one of the best collision shop's in livinston cnty!! Would absolutely recomend.. You migjt have to wait a week.. Or not to get in, but thats only BECAUSE they know what they are doing and do a great JOB at it. Thats why they stay busy. Id give them more star's if it allowed me too. Great customer service to go along with it
