WOMEN BEWARE UPDATE:I bought 4 new tires. Was driving and had a blow out while out of town. It was made clear to me that it was a faulty tire. I did NOT hit anything, there was NOT anything stuck in it. They told me I should take the tire back to where I bought them to show them (as this was not typical). I called CruzN and spoke with Brandon who was really nice and said to bring the tire in and they would refund me. Once bringing in the tire I was accused of hitting something (I did not). The tire was still brand new. They offered me half of what I paid for the tire and told me I was at fault. The owner stated blowouts happen from the side of the tire (not true). The owner told me he gave me what I paid which was $80, I paid $160 which was clearly stated on the receipt. I was told this happens all the time, just bad luck. I asked if I could have my tire back as I did not believe him. I wanted to take somewhere else, for a third opinion. He did not want to give me my tire back. He told me he had to send it in and if the company says there is anything wrong with it he will refund me the full amount (different story from the first). I asked for this in writing which they refused to put in writing (email or written). I asked to see the report from the tire (when he gets it) and that was when the owner was extremely rude with me. I may be a women but I am not dumb. I know what I was told and have a written letter from Discount Tire stating it was a faulty tire. I will never buy tires or get my car serviced from this place ever again. Took my 2015 jeep Cherokee limited in. I said it was a transmission problem. They found a mis fire and fixed it. That's great . But 2 weeks later the transmission did blow. Like I said. My husband called today they insisted nothing was wrong with the transmission. It was slipping when I dropped it off. Also my oil filter was loose and did nothing. 800 bucks later I am without my Jeep and scrambling to get it somewhere else. I am not stupid because I am female. After having it looked at again. The transfer case is bad. If it was there for a problem with the transmission it should of been looked at. I do appreciate the misfire being fixed.

Got my transmission replaced quickly! (Both times it's needed done.) This time, they got it replaced and back to me almost a full 24 hours quicker than I had expected, and kept me informed and were very friendly the whole time.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Trustworthy! First thing everyone usually worries about but these guys are legit! Came in for a possible oil leak but they found it was just a sloppy job by the last shop. They went the extra mile to check everything for me! Will definitely be back should the need arise!
