Sales manager needs a reality check. Thinks he can walk up and talk to people any way he wants to. But when I matched his energy he quickly went back to his cubical. We purchased the truck we came in after, but we will NEVER give you our money/business again!!

Brought my Malibu in for rear end noise. The tech was able to quickly diagnose and then fix the issue. The whole experience from making the appointment, getting the work done to getting my car back was extremely professional and competent. Just needed some small recall items taken care of. I showed up early for my appointment and the service team jumped right on it and got me in and out early. I had my son with me this morning and the service manager came and got us from the lounge and gave us a tour of the service and body shop areas. His staff was very friendly and showed my son all about the vehicles and explained how things worked to him. It felt like a field trip and not an errand we had to just take care of.Thank you Champion Chevrolet!Services: Electrical, Auto maintenance

Went to have an oil change and tires rotated. You need a special GM lock to get the tires off. Everything went great till I realized they did not put the wheel lock back. Went to dealership to ask for wheel lock, they said they didn't have it and that I would have to buy a whole new set. I was super upset but bought a new set for over $60. I didn't want to go without a wheel lock in case I got a flat tire. After 6 months I needed new tires so decided to just have the locks broken off the tires so I will never need the GM special wheel lock. I never opened the package I had bought went to return it and they said since it was an accessory they could not take it back. Don't understand this since it was never open and most GM cars need this special lock. Will not be back or buying anymore GM products.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was in an auto accident recently and had some damage to the front driver side portion of my chevy Trax. My vehicle was in the body shop for repair. I just wanted to give a shout out to your team. I was dealing with an overheating Jeep. Service offered to call the nearby auto parts store. The nice person on the other end of the phone offered to bring me the coolant I needed, which he did. Then a number of your personnel assisted me first in getting in out of the rain and then with getting the coolant in to my vehicle. Made an appointment and brought vehicle in for oil change & tire rotation. With 1 recall to be resolved as well. From check in to check out all involved were pleasant and polite. Work was finished well before estimated time. Enjoyed a stroll around show room and a beverage. Nice experience.

I was looking at the possibility of having to replace the high voltage battery pack if my 2014 Cadillac ELR. Thanks to the work of their Voltec Technician Matt they found a missing software update that addressed the problem and saved me more than $9500.00!

Five solid stars to Champion Chevrolet of Howell. My car barely made it into their service shop. I was met at the door by T.J. I explained the situation with my car and that I didn't have an appointment. T.J. smiled and told me to drive it into the shop. Not only did they have a free shuttle service (thank you drivers Henry and David) that drove me home to Brighton and then back to Howell, but they repaired my car the same day. With only one car and working a graveyard shift, I can't thank Champion Chevrolet and T.J. enough. Because of them, I didn't miss one day of work. I am not used to service like this and will tell everyone I know about their going above and beyond for me. Didnt actually make it to the building but after blowing a tire a little over 2 hours from home, 45 minutes before they closed, and better yet driving a dodge the guys in the shop were friendly, more than happy to help, helped call around to find a tire, someone to come get us and the rim, another company open later to change the tire and got us back to our truck safly
