We came in looking at 2 cars (Ford Edge and Escape) to determine which best fit our needs. Bill was very helpful, we drove and discussed all our wants, needs and the options. No pressure, simple buying process with no "mystery fees" The Edge we bought was priced fair vs larger dealerships inflated markups. We will be back for a future vehicle soon, thanks Bill!.

Decided to look for dealerships and came across this place.First, you can tell they source out good vehicles and not junk.Second, from the time I stepped in to the time I left I felt very confident throughout the entire process.Bill and Sue are very kind and made sure to explain everything to me so there were zero grey areas.I love my new car so much and appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out, when other dealerships were not so helpful.10/10 experience and would definitely recommend stopping here before going anywhere else.

I was the lucky one who was approved for the one Owner evo here. After this winter I can truly say I was highly satisfied with my purchase. I was having multiple issues with being approved for a vehicle, John made sure to find a way to be approved. He judge the buyer before starting the process to see if your approved. I was running into multiple issues regarding judgmental sellers for how young we were. He also had informed me about how helpful the warranties he had available and thigh would be best. Was also very patient with us! Will definitely keep an eye on this lot for any further vehicles.

They were extremely helpful, (Thank You Austin and the awesome guy who brought out the SUV) and accommodating to all our needs. A bit of background on me I m a blue collar worker, my wife stays at home with the kids, and my van finally bit the dust so it was time for something new. On a whim me and my family went in, just to look and they got me out the door with a beautiful SUV and I couldn t be happier. They go above and beyond, and I will always recommend anyone in need of a reliable vehicle directly to them. You won t be disappointed in your experience especially if the who helps you is Austin. There's an excellent selection of quality vehicles at various price points and their financing options are extremely helpful. They literally have something for everyone and are super easy to work with. I recently purchased my second vehicle from them because the first was so reliable and cost efficient. I definitely got my money's worth out of that Grand Prix!They are a no-nonsense, hassle-free dealership with staff that are friendly and knowledgeable and always make me comfortable. They explain everything for complete peace of mind, and excellent financing options are available. I can't speak too much to the other dealerships in the area, because I always close the deal here... and you should, too. Ask for John, he's great! But everyone's pretty great if he's occupied. Cars, Trucks, and More of Howell is an excellent old-school community business that deserves yours.

Bought a 13 Explorer in August of 2023, one month later engine lights on. Week goes by it disappears. Then low engine oil pressure on and off as well. We'll now I found out it had 2 bad catalytic converters and all 4 O2 sensors. Bell tire says it's a $4000 fix. They seem to mask issues but after some time it's true colors will show. They tell you to leave a good review right after buying the car too so you can say it's good before you even leave with it. This specific location will take advantage if youre not watching so don't be me

So glad we stopped. John greeted us in the lot and before we knew it we were driving away with the perfect car for our son at college. The lot was clean and well organized and the process to buy was easy and quick. We felt like they had quality (and clean!) used cars to choose from compared to some of the junkers we had test drove at other lots the day before for the same price. Just an overall great experience and I would buy from them again!

He has been a great help from step one in making me comfortable purchasing a new vehicle. He helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for me. I've had a smile on my face from the second I met him. We had a great experience here - Bill was the salesman who helped us and we didn t feel pressured at all. We did a test drive, asked our questions, and were able to negotiate a fair price for the car that we ended up purchasing. We re very happy with our purchase up to this point and glad that we came here!

Went to look at cars and found the perfect one here! Bill, who assisted me, was incredibly nice and super helpful through the entire process! Both Sue and Bill are incredibly nice and generous people. I happen to also stop by on a day they were giving out backpacks with school supplies to kids. I ended up purchasing that car and had a 10/10 experience!!!

Had the pleasure of the absolute best auto purchasing experience ever yesterday, Big John is the Man ! He not only gave me a great deal on a great car , he even sent someone to my home to pick me up to bring me to the lot to check the vehicle out 38 miles away !because my vehicle had died and I didn t have a ride to get there. Big John was the best at helping me pick my new ride and the lady that helped with the paper work explained everything down to the point I forget her name but wanted to add that she helped too thank you cars truck and more for getting me into what I was set on update the impala is running so well I had to snag another vehicle from big John highly recommend cars truck and more 5 outta 5 stars got me in a 2015 ford fusion without a problem quick like last time two cars by this lot very happy customer

Austin was hands down the best car guy I could have asked for. After explaining my situation to him, he went above and beyond to make sure I could get a nice, reliable vehicle. Boss man was also amazing and both helped out with my special needs son so I was able to check out vehicles and get the paperwork done. I will only come here from now on to purchase vehicles. Bought a car from them and 3 weeks later it's been nothing but problems. I got a warranty that doesn't even cover the issues. Ignition coil, breaks, ball joints, and wheel barring all need to be replaced. These guys know how to fix a car up long enough to move it off their lot, to be nothing but problems for the customers. Extremely disappointed and I do not recommend this lot.

This was my first time ever buying a car, Sue welcomed me in with the kind of hospitality you typically only find in the south!
