They had my 23 Maverick for 2 days to do a recall for the trailer running lights. They wrote it up as doing the recall but the work was never done. I had to add the wire to the harness myself to get the trailer lights working.

A deer hit our car and our usual collision shop wasn't available for months. Bob Maxey was able to get us in much sooner for repairs. They did a phenomenal job and I was impressed by their cleaning. Arrived for the recommended scheduled routine vehicle maintenance at the local new and used vehicle dealership. Was pleasantly and respectfully greeted before being escorted to the customer waiting area where there a quick briefing on what was about to transpire occurred. Once work was later completed, a bill was presented, explained, and pleasantly paid for.

I have dealt with Bob Maxey for several years and my salesperson, Brian Waldo, for about 20 years. Always a pleasure to work with both Brian and the dealership. Brian goes out of his way to ensure that he explains all new features of my vehicles and even makes arrangements to deliver the vehicle at a closer location to me with all paperwork previously filled out and ready to get on road in less than 1/2 hour!

LOVED going on line and looking for the car and price we wanted. Julie H. was "right on it", asking the right questions and finding us what we wanted at a great price. Al P. came in early on a Saturday morning to accommodate us and had the car ready for us to test drive. This was one of the smoothest and time-effective car-buying experiences we've had. Bob Maxey of Howell Service Tream is just great. Competent, patient and they never give up to find the real problem. And finally the get you covered by Ford. Fair. Most important, though they are friendly and always supportive to their customer. I know my three rides are being taken care of at the highest level every time I drop one there.

Right when I walk in there are several people waiting at their computers to help me. They are always super helpful, welcoming and nice. The waiting room is really clean and always well stocked. When I have to work they have a little quiet area that I can talk on my cell phone and plug in my laptop if necessary. They always wash my car and to a good job washing it. I would recommend them.

So I m looking for a new dealership closer to home and Bob Maxey was the first one I thought of when I needed service for a recall. When I walked in there were 3 or 4 guys standing there. No one said a word. Finally a guy walked up and asked me what I needed and I immediately felt like I was inconveniencing them. The guy who wrote up my service (Billy) was nice enough but even after finding out it was my first time here, no one really made it seem like they appreciated my business. I may or may not bring my car back the next time I need something. There s always Brighton Ford.

First Class dealership in every area. Jennifer was my sales person, she is just great! Then there is service wow they knock themselves out for you Dan who is the service manager, positively makes sure your car is right and is extremely helpful as all the other techs are as well. Been going to Bob Maxey every since they came to Howell. As always they provide excellent service and rates. As an employee of FordMoCo, I try to evaluate my interaction with ever Ford dealership I've been to. And over those years I have had nothing but positive experiences with Bob Maxey. Not because I am a Ford employee, but because I was a customer.

Recently bought a used Ford Escape 2010 that had a few issues that we took it back in for. They nicely fixed the brake problem, and a small tear in the sunroof screen. But after over 4 days of the car being there, still 2 things not done. Which means we have to take it back again (not convenient due to work schedules) and hope that this time maybe they will complete the work in a timely fashion. People in the service area didn't seen to know where cars were (for other guests) and didn't seem interested in helping.

I finally got my replacement airbag!! I got it on 6-21-16 because Dan (service manager) put one aside for me and contacted me before Ford Motor Company did. As usual, I was treated in the same friendly, courteous manner that I'm always treated with. Couldn't be happier!PS Ford Motor Company sent me a letter a week later informing me that the replacement airbags were in. I enjoyed telling Dan about that.

I was very pleased with Bob Maxey's service- for my Chevrolet HHR. I came in for a LOF- they took my car in- got it done, while I waited in their comfortable waiting room, next to the New car showroom. The car was done very timely- washed & ready for me. Thank you- all the service folks are great. I really have appreciated- the two or three times I have taken my car for the minor service that I needed.

I have to say. This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I was referred by a friend, to Tina Socha. Tina made the process quick, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend Tina and Bob Maxey to anyone who was vehicle shopping.I have already referred 1 person that has bought a vehicle.Love my Escape!

I recently bought my Escape from Bob Maxey and was quite impressed. My dealer was Tina Socha (sp?), and she was great. There was no BSing or typical 'salesman behavior.' She was a straight shooter with me. I have pretty crappy credit and had gotten financing from one group, but what I didn't know was that the interest rate was astronomical. Tina was actually able to get me financing at a lower interest rate and an extended warranty. Getting a hold of Tina throughout the process was really easy, and over all it was great. My Ford Fiesta was recalled to make the adjustment that your company felt was necessary even though I was not having any problems with it. I called to make that appointment, was asked if I needed a ride home, and I did. Your program was 15B22B. The car was taken care of and I received a call that the car was ready. A car was sent to my house so that I could come to the dealer to pick up my car. Since I am not of good health, and my granddaughter is going to receive the car, I was grateful that this recall was made. Thank you Bob Maxey for caring and your wonderful service.Phyllis Lennane

Couldn't have bought from a better dealership. They were upfront with me and honest. They didn't play games with me like the other dealers in Livingston county. I recommend Bob Maxey to anyone and everyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. First class dealership!!!!

Bob Maxey is fantastic! I had to take my ST to the body shop due to a chip sealing disaster on the road I live on, and Bob Maxey got it all cleaned up and looking like new again. Also, I just took it in the service department for some regular maintenance and they took care of me and had me back on the road in no time.

Was driving to Detroit and had a serpentine belt come off my Escape. The service department was awesome, fit me in right away, and had me up and running in less than 2 1/2 hours, even though they were having a fairly busy day. It was a great experience.

I had great service. Stopped in late one afternoon, because my steering seemed off. Turns out it was a broken inner tie rod. The staff was so helpful and got me back on the road that day, since we were leaving on a long trip the next day. Very grateful!

I came in panicked about a large scratch in my truck. They brought the truck in and cleaned the area and showed me that most of what I was seeing was from the awning I drove under and most of it washed off. The scratch (in the roof) was not even through.And no charge.I am sooooo pleased with the service guys.

If you want a smooth low pressure sales experience you need to call Will Andrews in new vehicle sales! This was not my first purchase from this dealer. There is a reason I drove an hour to buy a new vehicle and drove past several other dealers to get to Howell.

They repaired my Mazda 3 on an insurance claim but did a really bad job. You can see the repaired area and they didn't fix the mirror that I explicitly told them was damaged. I called haven't got a call back

I made my appointment,brought my edge in for service was met with a service tech who took my edge to do the service I wanted. Then was directed to the service wrightup who did there job quickly an efficiently and directed me to the waiting area where a short time later was called to take care of the cost....This was all done quickly and efficiently....Thank You, Jim

I've been here several times now. I love the comfort of the waiting room. I can read the paper, watch TV, have a coffee, popcorn or plug in and surf the net. The wait time flys by. The write crew is extremely patient and helpful. Why would I go elsewhere?

The sales team is amazing and they are so kind and courteous. We have purchased two vehicles here, but the service department has really gone downhill since we have been here. They are rude and do not listen. Hopefully, it will be back on par again
