Quick service, but they do not stand behind their products. I got all 4 tires replaced with "all-season" tires at the end of October. When we got a few inches of snow in January, I waited 3 days to drive so the roads would be clear, but I was still sliding everywhere, even a week after the snow. I called to ask if they have any kind of warranty or option to upgrade and they said "no, that's what happens when you get cheap tires." It was $500, which I do not consider "cheap" but when I was purchasing them, they never mentioned that there were other options or that the ones they gave me were cheap and not actually made for winter.

pretty rude over the phone today with my wife. Blown out tire and they instantly went into 4 tires bc of awd. I understand that but have some kindness in your heart, not try and rip out 1000 dollars instantly. I told her about the other tire shop down the street and they got her taken care of with great customer service.

Took a little time to have a tire repaired As always they were very friendly The shop was very clean It look like there was coffee in there for the People Who is having repairs done The chairs Very Nice and comfortable Something like you would have in your den I did have an appointment I was there a little bit early They took me In at the appointment time And did repair Couldn't ask anything better than that I know you Will Have the superior service that I had It's great we have them in our town

I had a 2003 Camry that no one could align because they said the bolts wouldn't move and needed replacement these guys got the job done in half an hour with 0 complaints very well done car feels great now I would definitely recommend getting an alignment here.

Needed an alignment on my car. Arrived at 8:00 am. Out by 9:15. Courteous and professional staff. I witnessed an act of kindness while there. A woman came in, getting ready for a trip. A noise coming from her car that concerned her. Her car was inspected, the source of the noise found. The issue was not an immediate hazard. The woman was reassured, and her car returned free of charge. The staff member mentioning his concern for her safety being the priority, and spoke to her husband via phone telling him the circumstances and future repairs that will be needed.A classy act by a busy staff. On my way out, I thanked the salesman for the way he treated her.Good to see.

Belle Tire team in Howell performed the scheduled service as planned. They also found damage to one of my tires and was able to repair it before it became an issue. Greatly appreciate the diligence of the team and look forward to returning soon.

The tires and service are always great, but there was a $70.00 rebate with these tires. I did everything that was required of me, even had an employee of Belle Tire fax the paper work, because I could not get the fax to go through. There does not seem to be a rebate coming. This could be the tire company not keeping its promise. But I have always appreciated the quality and service at Belle Tire.Dave Wood

They told us what we thought was wrong was not a concern. They recommended new shocks. So we got 4 heavy duty shocks for a Dogde 3500 installed.The first trip we made pulling the camper. The problem we took it to them for (the steering linkage) broke at 70mph on the highway. I will never take another vehicle there ever again. I now think they have no idea what they are going.

The gentleman at first seemed a little rude at first but changed his tone (maybe was busy day) they got my van in right away, loo3ked at it, and gave me recommendations. Was honest and said he couldn't get it in for a couple of days but assured me everything was fine to drive until the appointment few days later.

Brought my car in bc my check engine light was blinking they had me sit there for almost 2 hours to tell me they cleared the codes and I need to take it to the dealership and or my brothers shop which he works at belle tire in a different location also when I got my car back it reeked of alcohol!

Back in August I ordered tires. I scheduled an appt for them then found the ones on my car so I called to change the order. We changed the appt for the following Friday because the tires wouldn t be in until mid next week. I get a call at 945 saying I had an appt and my tires just rolled off 5 minutes ago. My original appt was at 930. Why would I drop my car off or wait when they didn t have my tires to begin with?Let that go. So I dropped my car off in the afternoon. Steve (older gentleman who speaks to you like you re an idiot), told me, there s your tires right there when I was checking in. Not the right sized tires. So I told him and he goes, oh they re around here then .Go home and 20 minutes later I get a call saying those were my tires but apparently the distributor shipped the wrong ones. Cool.Get my car then drop it off Monday because my actual tires I ordered came in.They said my front end needed an alignment in order to do the tires. Cool, also. Then tell me my shocks are leaking and I need new ones. I have 2 kids and I m extremely busy with carting them around I wanted to take care of it all there because I didn t want to deal with this anymore. Well, dumb me because I should ve taken my car to our actual certified mechanic.My car gets done and I hear clunking over bumps. Honestly, my whole drive because Michigan roads.My dad looks at it and they didn t even connect my wheel speed sensor and broke the clips. Courtesy would be to zip tie it. I take it back and they fix it. Still clunking.I call and they say they ll replace my shocks but don t have any because they used the ones they had on my car. So wait a week and maybe it ll level out after shifting in place.Wait a week and I call. They said they d look into it and give me a call back.Week later still nothing so I call. They give me a quote on I don t know what but tells me it s $400.No, thanks. I ll go to my certified mechanic to have it checked out.Shocks were what was determined to be the problem. I take it back and my rear shock mounts are brought out to me saying they re rusted and deteriorated. They tell me that s the issue. They ll call me with a quote later that day or the next day. That was 10/18. I ordered the shock mounts myself and had them put on. It s still clunking. I had someone replace the shock mounts I bought and the shock mounts they showed me were not even close to what mine look like. Mine are not rusted out like they told me and showed were mine .I now have to take it somewhere else to have it diagnosed because I refuse to take my car to belle tire in Howell after spending $2000+ and being talked to like I m not a paying customer.Steve (again, older gentlemen) is terrible. He talks to you like he s being nice but it s so condescending. I asked for a emailed copy of what was done to my car and he told me I m sorry we are really busy today with customers. Like I wasn t also a customer.Don t take your car here unless you want to pay more for unnecessary parts and repairs.They re a tire technician company. Not mechanics.They don t know what they re talking about and when you question them, they get attitude like you re the idiot.I guess I am though for letting them work on my car. Even for letting them put tires, really.Lesson learned here!I ll be submitting this to the better business bureau and getting an attorney!

Quick and friendly, able to fix a lot of problems. Takes accountability when they mess something up. Love Randy the technician, what a guy. He looks sad tho :( pay him more

The customer service they provided was excellent. They were very helpful and honest about the work they performed. My grandson learned a lot during our visit here. I would definitely go back for additional service when needed.

I had a new set of rims for the rear of my car and I had them put in the trunk when I ordered new tires from them and when I told the guys at the front desk about it, they wrote it down but the guys in the shop didn't even read it so when I came back the next day on thursday with 2 different rims in the front and rear, they couldn't get me in until Saturday to fix it and it took them an hour after the start of my appointment to get my car in the shop. Many people I know have had issues with Belle tire and I'm going to continue my trust at discount tire, and on top of that I'm pretty sure none of the tires got balanced.

I went to Belle Tire without an appointment to have wheels and tires mounted and balanced for a second vehicle for myself. After going back-and-forth with a different tire shop, that would not do this for me, I went to Belle Tire and they took care of me and I was able to be fit in with out an appointment and a very busy day, and without even knowing he had already beaten the competitors price. I will only be coming to Belle Tire from now on, and I recommend that you do as well because they will take care of you in a very professional fashion. Any questions asked for Brian because he will be the one who takes care of you.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Steve when buying tires for my car and scheduling an appointment for installation. What I appreciated the most about Steve is that he showed us all of our options and explained everything in detail, but then allowed me to make a decision for myself without pressure. Once I made a decision, he reassured me that it was a good one even though it wasn t the most expensive option. I feel like Steve had my best interest in mind and wasn t just trying to upsell me. He allowed me to schedule an appointment time that is convenient for me and was just as awesome when I came back for installation and remembered who I was. Steve, I can t tell you how stressed I was about purchasing tires. You made a very stressful experience for me not stressful at all and I am so appreciative of that. Thank you!!

Been coming here for at least three years.This time for mounting and balancing four tires purchased elsewhere and mailed to my home.David told me he could have given me a better price to mount/balance if I purchased them here.I can understand that and am a believer in capitalism.Though I thought the price was high for what I was having done, with everything considered, he did get me in and out in addition to the job being done right.He dropped me into his schedule and got me out the door relatively quick.Thx Belle Tire!Bob

Only gave a 1 star because 0 wasn t an option. Belle Tire Howell tried to scam me into a new battery leaving my lights on for my battery to die then tell me that my battery was bad but they could sell me a new one. Do not take your vehicles to this location!

I was driving home and was losing air quickly in a rear tire.I was able to get to the Belle Tire in Howell.I was greeted and treated very respectfully and promptly. They were able to repair my tire and charged me Zero!.Thank you gentlemen for a stellar experience.

In full transparency, 4 years ago I gave a bad review due to some poor customer service. However, I feel it necessary to update this review. I gave Belle Tire another try about a year ago. I have been back 3 times since then. The major difference is the complete transformation of how I was treated. Literally, everyone here is has been so helpful between Dan, Bryan, Logan etc. Im glad I gave them a second chance as they are now my go to because of their kind demeanor and straight forwardness. I appreciate all of them, give em a try!!

Got new tires put on and my car was shaking after once I got up to higher speeds. I went back 2 days later to get the problem fixed to find out my tires weren t balanced correctly the first time. Ryan made room to get it fixed for me asap he deserves a raise 10/10 employee actually cares about the customers. So happy with my new tires and wheels now!

I scheduled my appointment for an oil change for my truck specifically so I did not have to wait forever. That was a giant waste of my time. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and was greeted after several minutes by Jeff. I noticed there was only 3 other customers in the waiting area so I was hoping for a fairly quick visit. I asked Jeff to have them check my air filter and give me a price to replace it. I also requested they check my tires and put each one at 38 psi. "No problem" was Jeff's reply. I then took a seat in the waiting area. I waited 45 minutes for them to even move my truck into a service bay. What is even the purpose of scheduling appointments if youre not going to service the vehicles somewhat close to the appointment time?While I was waiting those 45 minutes for them to even move my truck in, I did see 3 mechanics shuffle from the service area to the vending machine as well as stopping to chat with the service writers. I was also particularly not impressed when I saw another worker exit their break room with 2 corn dogs his hand and head back to the service area. While I believe everyone should get a break from time to time it's not a good look for them to do it in front of customers who've been waiting a long time for their vehicle to be fixed. Nota good look. Perhaps get them their own vending machine that's not in the customer waiting area. So 35 minutes after the initial 45 minute wait (1 hr 20 minutes) I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon asking if they checked the air filter and adjusted the air in my tires I was met with a blank look by Jeff. He didn't put those on the work order. At that point I had enough and just paid the bill and got out of there. Very frustrating experience as there is no leadership and workers are just roaming around with zero sense of urgency or pride in their work. I'm very bummed out because this place is one of only a few places that offer Mobile 1 and Amsoil products. What's more, these are $100+ services that deserves much better that what I received. I've been a customer here for quite a while but I'm seriously rethinking doing business here again.

The store manager, Curt, was so professional & friendly. He greeted us as we walked in & had us back on the road in no time. We drove out of our way to go this specific Belle Tire definitely worth the trip! Would go here again!!! But ONLY this location, thanks to Curt!

Bought new wheels online for my 2012 Mustang. Purchased the tires at Belle Tire and they did a fantastic job installing the wheels and tires. They also price matched the tires and saved me over $100.Thanks to Brian and the crew at Howell Belle Tire for taking good care of my baby lol.

Called the store and asked how much it would be to look at and patch a few of my tires. Brian told me it was going to be free, but was ended up being charged $40 by another associate there I dealt with after everything was done. It is what it is, they did a great job with it and letting me know about some other issues that were wrong with the car so I'm not super upset over it, I just don't appreciate being told one thing and then the opposite occurs. I would've given 5 stars if it hadn't been for that.

Came in with a nail in my tire. After being told it would be a couple hours, brianna came out to take it back after an hour love seeing girls work at these kind of jobs!! Upon finish I was pleasantly surprised to find out I wasn't being charged for the patch. Thanks guys!!

If you are ever in an emergency or need help with a flat tire, I highly suggest not coming to this location. The employee who "helped" me was David Fox. I came into the shop Monday Night because I had a nail in my tire. I asked for help and David responded with can you come back tomorrow. I explained I cannot due to my low tire and I am 30 minutes away from home. He emphasized that the shop closes in 20 minutes and he has TOO MUCH on his plate. I reemphasized that I cannot get home. My tire is at 11 PSI when it should be at 36 PSI. He returned with the response "That lady in the waiting room has been waiting 3 hours to get her nail out of her tire. I cannot help you, come back tomorrow." That lady was the only person in the lobby.David Fox would not help me and did not show a shred of concern. I am a 25 yr old female, 30 minutes away from home, it was dark, and there was 30-degree temperatures that night.He did not offer to help until I asked if he could at least put air in my tire so I can attempted to get home and hope I do not break down on my way back. He said to pull around and I thought he meant to go to the "free air" location. He did not appear and I filled up my tire and headed home. I lost 10 PSI on my way back and prayed that I would be okay.I hope no one else ever goes through this terrifying experience as I have and not have to experience the anxiety of not making it home safely, especially when the tire only needed a plug.
