Went in today to get a windshield wiper since mine decided to break off while driving in a rain storm. Guys were super nice. Looked up my car, showed me my options, didn't try to oversell me, even came out and put it on my car even though I was parked next door at the tattoo place. We've always had a great experience here but they went out of their way today.

Terrible customer service!!! I called regarding my battery needing replaced. They told me they had them in stock and they could replace it for me. I go there the next day and they tell me they can't replace it for me after telling me they could. I go out to my car and call the place that does my oil changes and they tell me they can replace it, however they do not have my battery in stock. So i go back into Auto Zone and buy the battery they said was for my car. I get to Victory Lane with my new battery and they go to install it and its the wrong one. Its like 2 inches too big and won't even fit. Thankfully they had a battery I was able to purchase from them and have them install. Later in the evening I take the battery back and tell them it was the incorrect one and that I'd like a refund and they have the audacity to tell me its been used. So basically you are telling me you sold me a used battery for full price that wasn't even the correct size. Shame on you for treating your your customers like that. I will never return to your store and encourage others not too as well. Terrible customer service.

Dealership tried to charge me $60 for a engine air filter. The AutoZone employee was kind enough to even show me how to take the air filter out and suggested a small air cleaner. After making the change my engine light went back off. I appreciate the great customer service.

Manager named Steve up here clearly hates his job. He will put forth minimal effort to help you and if the phone rings you re waiting until he s done with that call to return. Horrible experience and was in this Howell location at 9am only person in store for 26 minutes for a serpentine belt.

The worst customer service I ve ever received. I ve been in retail management for 15 years. Maybe just flat out sexism. Asked where a very basic item was and what would be compatible and they refused to help. Said what aisle but they can t help. Said they had had no idea what would be compatible and they didn t offer to look it up. Spent 30 minutes in the store, was the only customer the entire time. All staff was leaning on counters chatting. No one checked in on me or offered any type of assistance. Was able to find what I needed via their online catalogue. Maybe just shut down your stores if your online data base is more helpful than your actual staff

Andrew & Steve were very helpful for me today. I needed to replace the battery in my 2019 GMC Sierra, an impossible task for me due to recent surgery. These guys jumped in and not only found the very best AGM battery but also installed it correctly in my truck. Thanks guys! Good job!

Walked in and immediately got treated like I was a burden on the employees. Rude and dismissive when I spoke to them. Realized a better store was down the road and went there. Not a good look when other stores know how bad your customer service skills are.

I was having some issues with my Geo Tracker and discussed this with sales associates Steve, Andrew and Steve.They connected a code reader to my vehicle and identified exactly what was wrong. We ordered the part and had everything up and running the very next day. I had received excellent service and advice from these guys during my purchase.Geo John

Went in to find an oil filter, out of stock on the shelf, that's fine. The employees working around 6 pm on 4/24 never looked up from the YouTube videos they were watching behind the counter to offer help, so I left. The employees were both not wearing masks, one had a red shirt and one had a black coat on. I have had good experiences with this auto zone but this behavior from these employees was opposite of what I'm used to.

Just another large chain store that has no idea what's actually in stock.I called before I came to make sure that the part I needed would be in stock. I was told they had it and it would be put on hold for me. Not 15 minutes later I show up to the store. The guys wander around for 10-15 minutes just to tell me there is no part.What a waste of time. Don't even know why I made the phone call. Stick to the local part suppliers you'll do much better.

Highly impressed with manager Andrew. He always has a genuine smile and hello as I am entering the store. I am confident in his knowledge about cars and the right parts to correctly complete the job and get me back on the road.

Horrible customer service. Purchased 2 batteries for my son s diesel truck, exactly one year ago. They are not holding a charge any longer. They will not honor the warranty on both batteries. They were bought together, yet they only have records for one. After speaking with manager and also with the corporateoffice, I ended up purchasing 2 new batteries elsewhere. Between the store and corporate, they had completely different information. I wasted over two hours trying to get this taken care of. Even the mechanics, who put the batteries in last year and have the receipt, couldn t get anywhere. I will never purchase anything from Autozone again.

Bought a floor jack for my vehicle. Jack states it is low profile, but still too tall to fit under my car. Store would not accept as a refund/exchange for a product that would actually work as I had discarded the packaging. If you want to return something to Autozone, apparently packaging is completely necessary.

My son purchased brake pads over the phone and proceeded to his place of business as an essential employee. Andrew hand delivered the brake pads to his work shortly after. We appreciate the fact that this gentleman went out of his way to be sure the parts were in his hands which saved a trip and made my son's night. Thank you!

Called in the morning about a part that I even had a part number for, said yes we have one in stock. I asked if he could hold it for me, said sure and asked for my number. I showed up after work and walked in to three of them at the counter not helping anyone, the one closest to me ignoring the fact that a customer had walked in and is cleaning the grease out of his finger nails like he's bored. I have to initiate the conversation like, hi..hello.. there is someone standing here... The guy was rude and seem put out that he had to actually do somthing when I said I had talked to Bryce earlier and he has a part on hold for me. NOTHING WAS ON HOLD, no number saved and Bryce had looked up a total different part than the part number and description I gave him. What a waste of my time. I work in the customer service world and the automotive one to boot and I can't believe the inconvenience and incompetence I witnessed today. The only reason I came to this place was because the parts store I use didn't have it in stock and you said you did.NEVER AGAIN!

They tried to charge my daughter 180 dollars to diagnose her vehicles issue. Website , companies home page and calling 3 other autozones all state this is a free service! Scam store beware!

Don't ever shop at this place absolutely 0 communication with their customers. They don't care about what your problem is because its not theirs. Gave me an attitude just for asking them to install a battery for me & refused to change a blinker because its "not what they do". Even tho I've got it changed plenty of times at other locations.

I dislike going to this store, as I often experience poor customer service. Employees are always doing other things while customers are left waiting in line.Brought in a broken tool I brought at AZ years ago with a lifetime warranty. Sent away because I was told they only sell Duralast and this was a Great Neck tool. Funny, Great neck tools still show up on your website. I'll try another store, maybe they will be more helpful.
