Out of the 5-6 different places I contacted for an auto interior detailing, only Auto One was able to provide an appointment within the next week. All of my questions were answered quickly by email, scheduling and drop off was super easy, and the pricing was reasonable. And, most notably, my car was ready when promised and looked amazing and showroom new! I will definitely return and highly recommend their services!

Update: Had my girlfriends car tinted here as well and they did an amazing job once again! They did a great job tinting my front 2 windows to match the factory tint on the rear. The guys working the front desk were very friendly. They also had the best price in the area. Highly recommend.

Had my windshield replaced last year in July, got in my truck and my console was full of water. Called them they said it probably my sunroof, so I took a jug of water and poured over the top top of the windshield it rained inside my truck. Called and dropped it off, they said it was the sunroof, took my jug up there and showed them they denied it was the windshield after literally watching the water pour in. Manager couldn't understand why I was angry, really, the computer console in my truck is getting soaked and you want to deny seeing the proof. They replaced it but the man child manager wouldn't even talk to me when I picked up the truck, had to call another store to find out how long to leave the tape on. STAY AWAY FROM HOWELL AUTONE!

Top notch service here. The staff kept me informed of when my windshield for my 92 GMC would arrive, they called, they installed, and I can see clearly again. Highly recommend this company. Very professional.

They were recommended as a solid place to have your tint done, which I've done for my vehicle as well as my wife's. I've also used them for chip repair. They've exceeded expectations every time. I definitely recommend.

Good luck l do not recommend them. New windshield looked good, but it leaked. They blamed me for the leak! They wanted to charge me $289 more to put a another windshield in to fix their problem. I had another company put the windshield in for significantly lower price. And, they showed me where the technician did not put the windshield sealer material in the correct place. I returned to their store and explain to them what I found and what I learned. they ve just flat out said we don t care to do anything different than we ve always done. Clearly the problem would ve never occurred for me if the technician cared about doing the job properly. And by the managers behavior it s clear he doesn t care.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very professional! Had them do a mobile install at my place of employment. Called and advised me he was on his way and his eta. Very informative on how to treat my new windshield for the next 24 hours. Definitely would refer Auto One to anyone needing windshield replacement. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The guy at the counter was rude, hung up on us, told us we'd have to push the vehicle in their garage, and flat-out refused to help us. People have CHOICES. Make a smart move and don't choose this particular Auto One.

Had my windshield replaced only to find out two days later that my wipers were put back on broken and when I used them they went flying off my car - would not recommend

Auto one in Brighton is the only place we take our vehicles for window tinting or windshield replacement. I've had 8 vehicles tinted & every single one comes back flawless. They're quick, in & out within 30 minutes. I've also had a windshield replaced & both the price & service was fantastic. I highly recommend Auto One, best tinting around!

Replaced my windshield, had the rear view mirror fall off twice. I doubt the mirror will hold this time. On top of that, they got adhesive all over my center console, requiring me to make another trip back so they could clean up their mess. Would not recommend.

Have had auto starts installed, bought Weathertechs through them and made lots of referrals to them in the past. Three years ago I had to cancel a windshield replacement appointment and schedule with another store (due to my ride and a meeting scheduled in Brighton). Called today to get another windshield replaced, and he was STILL MAD I had to cancel and go to a different location. Told me to call Brighton and hung up on me, so I did. Y'all are special.

In spite of their temporary building and the stress of moving and construction, they were still on time, friendly, and did a great job. After having my new pick-up cap for a week or so I decided that I wanted the interior light hooked up differently. There was no fuss or resistance, they just made me an appointment and hooked it up the new way. Great job and a great staff. I'll be using them again for accessories in the future.

Terrible customer service by Jeff Best. After being hung up on my him, he is arrogant and rude. Seems to have a chip on his shoulder toward customers. However, the other worker was very amicable, only reason I would give this business a star.Service: InstallationService: Installation

Jeff was extremely helpful with my girlfriend and I. We are new to Michigan, have out of state Florida insurance, were confused on deductibles, and he took care of it all. His tech was out here at 10am this morning, was polite, nice to my dog, and was done by 10:45. Thanks again for the help and will make sure I recommend you guys to anyone who needs auto glass services

They contract a tint specialist to come in a couple times a week. Because of this they are unable to schedule appointments in any reasonable time frame. If you are considering taking your car here for window tints DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Take your car to touch of tint in Lansing for almost immediate service for a better price.

Used a coupon so I didn't have to pay the insurance deductible. They replaced the windshield in a timely manner. Very fast, courteous and did a great job.

Best place to go for all your auto needs. Great group of guys that work there. Window tinting, remote starts, auto glass, caps and tonneau covers. The guys are very knowledgeable in all their products!!

Buyers BewareBought a set of step rails in January, 2016 for my tuck and hit a object in the road that bent two bracket that supports the step rail on the left side.I was told that they could not replace the two brackets that were bent and that I had to buy the whole complete step rails again. They said it was the manufacture's policy not to sell the brackets as separate parts and they did not appear to be concern about me spending another $500 for a set of step rails.

Auto One has been our go-to place for vehicle glass/electrical/trailer help for a number of years. They are reasonably priced, offer quick turnaround and they know what they're doing.
