Brought my manual vehicle here for an alignment. Alignment price is cheaper than anywhere else in town, and the car is running smoother than when I brought it in. 4 stars because they handed my keys back to me with my vehicle turned off, left in gear, and with the parking brake not engaged. I'm just glad it didn't roll away before I could get it back.

Had to return with our truck 4xs. They had it over a month the 3rd time due to lack of help.Took It to someone else because after 2 fuel pumps (1st was faulty but they wouldn't admit it till 3rd visit) the gas gage was no longer working (worked when we took it in).Found out we paid over $1300-1500+ for them to ZIP TIE our fuel lines up, on top of everything else!!!!They are a joke!

Best auto shop in the area! Jim was very honest and personable and had me worry free the whole time. I got my car fixed in no time with the best parts and lower prices than other shops quoted me. I was always kept up to date with the progress and never felt like I could not trust them with my car. My car has been running perfect since, and I would not hesitate recommending this place to others!

I was nervous about finding a mechanic to do work on my car and was referred to Absolute. They got me in and did the work in a very timely manner. The price was right, and Don was great! He took time to explain everything to me and I m very pleased with the service. Great experience!!!

I've been to Absolute Auto twice. They replaced my battery which was in a very difficult-to-reach spot and they fixed vibration in my car. Great place, we have had repairs on our 2 cars for a few years. Service is great and they have always worked with us. They tell us if we DONT need something done and are always honest. I would not take my car anywhere else. Need repairs call Mije at Absolute he will do right by you!!!

Took my Jeep in to have the brakes repaired, and was given a laundry list of other things that NEEDED to be done. They didn't want to take no for an answer when told we only wanted part of the work done, so we have not returned.

Always ready to work with clients and honest. I've taken my car there for three years no problems with estimates or service. The owner worked very hard to find a me a new climate control system for my car after finding that Ford no longer made the part I needed. No other place would work that hard.

Came to have a couple tires mounted and balanced. Quick friendly service, and completely fair pricing.I recommend this auto shop.

This shop is awesome in every way! I have been dealing and working with them for over a year. They work with you financially, stand behind their work, honest and trustworthy, and best of all they have great customer relations. I highly recommend them. They have helped in so many ways and countless times when I have had vehicle issues that I am truly blessed that I found them and have them as my mechanics!!!!!

I had an emergent need to replace 2 broken off lug nuts and all the wheele studs. They were able to get me immediately and replace all the needed parts. They were amazing- friendly, professional, skilled, efficient, and willing to explain everything. I highly recommend through and will be using them again myself.

Top Notch service and Lance is the Best!!! I had an issue with my 2017 Chrysler not starting. After looking at everything, Lance found a lose terminal and got it back up and running at no cost!!! No B.S and full transparency from this company and they didnt try to upsell me. Honesty means everything to me and it goes a long way. They found the issue and took care of us. They fixed my brakes on my 15 year old pickup quickly and well and for a very fair price. They were very honest and didn't pressure me to get things done that I didn't need. I was very, very happy and will ABSOLUTELY be back.

These guys have helped me out in time of need. I have only known these guys for two weeks now, but dear lord, they are a blessing. I'm a first time car owner. I haven't even owned the literal "Piece of S***" for a month now and they have saved my car. Not only having to replace the coolant pipe, and water pipe, and blower motor, and tires.... All I can say is that I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for great service!!! I absolutely owe you guys much love and I am so very happy that you guys helped me when I needed it!!! Went here and had my vehicle looked at and diagnosed. Hasn't been fixed yet but as soon as my parts come in I will be back. Sam and his boss were very professional great place.

My initial experience was very positive with this company. However prices rose quickly and drastically each time we used them.My last experience was for a Tune UP, front brakes, and four shocks and struts.It was to be $865.00. By the time they were done they had to send me elsewhere for a front end alignment and they had put water pump, battery, several front end parts and more on. The price had more than doubled! When I asked them if they were going to test drive my vehicle I was told to "just return if there is a problem." We will be here." They were there but...After Spartan tire put my vehicle up on their rack they found several more items that should have been done and could not align vehicle properly. So I drove back to Absolute. The technician was right on the other side of the door and refused to even acknowledge me as I knocked on the door. My vehicle they never even test drove was rattling in the front end and low on coolant... to the point I had to go buy some myself and pay another garage $365.00 to properly repair my front end so it rode quietly and safely. Then I had to pay AGAIN for an alignment!The rotors were warped right out of the box and were not Lifetime Guaranteed or the brand I paid for!They changed them and put the same junk brand rotors on it. Unbelievable!Or course they do not stop smoothly and the so-called "new owner" has absolute lack of integrity when it comes to honoring prior warranty but will make every attempt to get you to bring your vehicle in so he can get it on his hoist.I recommend to Absolutely steer clear of this business.Put a - before my star.

They attempted it twice and had my car like 2 full days and couldn t get it to drive straight also they close at 5 which is very inconvenient for people that work past 5 most days. Also the guy behind the counter was pretty rude and didn t like that I brought it back because they couldn t get it rightService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Great place for auto repair. All the of the workers are honest and fair. I have been going there for about 2 to 3 years now. I was doing all my own repairs because I could not trust the shop's I was going to. But at absolute I have not had any problem's.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!! Incredibly attentive and responsive to your needs. If trust is an issue with your current auto mechanic, you need to give Absolute a call. They will never mislead you or misrepresent their services or fees. Ask for Jim or Terry. In a world of aging vehicles, a good mechanic is a MUST for any successful arsenal.

Stopped in just a few minutes before closing for a tire removal and remount on a rim I hadIn the trunk. Work was done immediately and at a very fair price. I will be back !

These guys and gals are legit. Had a hard to diagnose problem on my car took it to 4 other Howell mechanics before these guys figured it out. Great price and a Howell MI Attitude. BEST AUTO REPAIR IN HOWELL BRIGHTON MI.
