The gas dispensers never give receipts and the employees act like they don't care if you don't get one. They don't even try to take care of the problem. They give the excuse that the dispensers are old and we might get new ones eventually so why should we care that you have to come inside to get a receipt. If they know that there's a problem that is beyond their capability to repair, then make a service call to have the problems corrected. I worked in a big box store gas station for 14 years. I know all to well how problematic gas dispenser printers can be but I never stopped trying to make things better just because there was a problem. If I couldn't fix it, I made a service call to get the problem corrected ASAP and never made excuses for not doing my job.

I love the fact that there was a full laundry mat at this location, I did do my laundry while I waited for my appt time at a pick up 15 miles away. There are only 2 showers and you 45 minutes to use them. $10 shower charge plus $3 towel and wash cloth charge, $3 additional for an extra set if there are 2 using the one shower and $10 additional for any time spent or the 45 minutes. The Lady at the register was okay and only okay, because when the sign on the change machine in laundry room tells you to go inside the store for change and tells you that you can only use $20 bills so you can get $5 bills that add up to the $20. She made myself and the woman before who needed change feel like it was our fault for asking for the change that she would no longer have $5 bills left for her drawer and that she would have to ask for more from whoever helps run the store. I guess she saw the way that I was looking at her and then she said "oh it's not your fault" in a not to convincing tone. I would have given a 5 star if not for that. Other then that part, the store was stocked, clean, neat, had a Subway, Slots and games.

They have absolutely the best laundromat I have been too! It's clean, never crowded, and open 24hrs.

I stopped by to arrange a pick-up time. There was a full-sized coin laundry, which was very helpful.

Set up more for truckers, not really for sprinter van drivers. But I'm sharing a truck spot with a bobtail, aka tractor truck only.Washrooms are clean. Subway closed already by 9, I think. I took a picture of the hours.Laundry room looks clean enough.No hot food left except hot dogs.A grill and bar a few minutes down the highway.Not much else around here for food.

Had to stay the night. They have subway, showers, and a laundromat on site. They sell alcohol if that's your thing. They also have smaller disposable vapes here with several flavors. I can't say how clean the showers are. I have to load this morning, so I didn't use it. They do have some hot deli foods and also small amount of cold foods here. They have a large selection of things to choose from, including frozen microwave foods and and microwave soups. Bathrooms were fairly clean and toilet paper was stocked. Overall, I was pretty comfortable and felt safe here.

Used to love this place but had an incident with manager Jenny today who was very rude and laughed when I told her about how I was treated. Felt like I was targeted for someone s bad day maybe. It was unusual behavior. Most employees are really nice.

I recently stopped at the M46 Truck Plaza for fuel, but my experience left much to be desired. While I can't speak for the inside as I try to avoid patronizing it, the overall atmosphere and service were quite unwelcoming.Upon arrival, I was greeted by employees who seemed disinterested and unengaged with their customers. It felt as though they would rather be doing anything else than assisting those who were visiting the plaza. This lack of enthusiasm definitely left a negative impression.The smell inside the plaza was unpleasant, reminiscent of a dirty gym locker room. It was not the kind of environment that made me want to spend any more time than necessary in the facility. It's disappointing that a location catering to the trucking community wouldn't take more care in maintaining a clean and inviting space.Furthermore, I found it puzzling that despite being situated in a prime location for truckers, the food options available were subpar at best. The deli food, located at the far back of the store, was dry and appeared to be leftovers from days before. It left me questioning why a truck plaza in such a prominent location wouldn't invest in providing better quality and fresher food options for their customers.In conclusion, my experience at the M46 Truck Plaza was far from satisfactory. The unwelcoming attitude of the employees, the unpleasant smell, and the lackluster food options all contributed to a disappointing visit. I'm eagerly anticipating the opening of the new Wesco truck stop nearby, as I believe it will bring much-needed improvements and be a welcomed blessing to the local community.

Several options for your dining pleasure. The convenience store has a very large selection of common beverages and snacks as well as various options of ready to eat items.

Laundromat is always so dirty washers are gross use to be clean and tidey but now its gross prices are good but would rather spend more money for a cleaner place

Very nice people. Let me keep my car there while waiting for a part. Very kind and understanding. The manager was happy that I kept in touch with updates. They also have a large variety of things hence the truck plaza.

They are pretty clean truck stop. But be sure to sleep light. My buddy trailer was broken into in the early morning hours. So be aware drivers.

Lot is spacious and clean, but the staff working both yesterday afternoon and early this morning deserve a lot of credit. Friendly and helpful beyond just basic good customer service, these folks are genuinely nice.I will certainly be returning and encourage drivers to do so as well.

Excellent Place all the way around. Sure it s older, sure it isn t the Hilton. But for us drivers who started driving before trucks had fridges inverters or electronic logs . This place is more reminiscent to how trucks stops used to be. The only thing I would say there missing is a caf�. They offer free WiFi for you drivers who can t live with out your technology. As for cell phone service here. I m only getting 2 bars here and data is slow on Verizon side here. Good quite place to park. Plenty of parking.

The place to scale with Nestle (StanWood) water loads.Have BRT (BigRigTees/Mutha Trucker) but were thin on many larger sizes.Subway usually not too busy, clean bathrooms. Have Subway subs already made for a grab-and-go and some hot menu items (shrimp, fish/taters etc)

The bathrooms were disgusting, the floors were extremely sticky no matter where I stepped. The cashier was great tho, she was very friendly to me and my children.

They have these awesome little banana cakes, but that still doesn't make up for the poor service the cashier gave me. I think she didn't feel like working. Thats the impression she gave me. Like I was an imposition. And I spent about 15 bucks on junk food! She could have at least been decent.

The time before this time, shower had long black hair in the sink gross!I took a paper towel and threw it in the garbage. Now, today TJ walked into the shower on my wife. DJ told my wife that he doesn't care, and that he's taking the key. One of my teens went in soon afterwards. My wife told TJ not to go into the shower, but he did anyway. He opened the door on one and waited when the other went in. Did he think they were showering with clothes on? They were naked and they are under age, but he walked in on them anyway. Filing a report on the incident and talking to a lawyer. Just because he s had a bad day or maybe worse pedo comes to mind.

Diesel pump works different. Had to go inside. Ladies were nice but the extra machine you need to use outside is facing away from the pump, never saw this kind of set up before. I do not need the stress when traveling. Lots of stuff in the store. A bit too much, crowded.

Wow we're can you go do laundry eat get the best service shower all in one.debra.kristein tobbyb.there a couple others.but these 3 our amazing debra always smiling even if it's busy truck drivers getting weights customers getting supplies she makes eye comments soon as you walk in say I'll be with you fast as I can .she's never been rude or disrespectful you can tell who likes there job ones it's a paycheck. she knows people buy there names so polite always smiling the store is clean.the bathrooms.something special about Debra I have went in crying not knowing if I'll make it threw till next day she say ok grab a candy bar they have a rack of sell stuff she said eat it up I laughed so hard tears .was rolling down.she even knew I hadn't been in there 6 months .something was wrong .she asked me to Waite till all custermers were taking care off.then she held my hands said gods got you there's a plan I'll never forget that who does that most people say ok that be 12.00 bye .sometimes don't say bye.not her.she laughs.makes the costermers. Feel better.knows the ones who our sick or having a rough time.shell ask about it.something very special about debra.i had gotten the worst news possible she come around corner hugged me like a sister would .asked if she could pray for me .I was so touched and thought wow who is this person.say a prayer always ask me if I'm ok better get out that dark hole enjoy life .she gave me a lecture and you know I got up the next day went volunteer. always knows most of all the customers by name or there ciggeretes order.she keeper needs a raise Kristen always makes me laugh on my down days .very sweet lady don't rush you or get mad at you if your taking to long never forgets my birthday buys me a coffee loves her job the custermers love her.these girls and Robby and the other lady there's a new girl very sweet..tobby he's always sweet even if there's a no show he stick it out not rude .from day one he would talk to me listen to me and helped me ways to figure things out.another company that looks after there community there's another lady been there for years so sweet they treat each costermer the same rather your poor or rich they don't make you walk out feeling worthless.i have never been treated so good .about my self or people that don't know me.even in the city I grew up in.oh if you had lots money best friend but get sick go without food heat see who's there I tell you who God howardcity community .and feel part of a community as I do in howardcity lived my whole life in a prepoy town who wouldn't give you the time a day this community took us in helped us learn the ways of living in a small town with noone by our side but you all were and our .there keepers need a raise they really care about there jobs the people I just want say thank you words just not enough to discribe how our family feels thank you guys and the whole community of howardcity even the customers our great.if there's a grumpy driver or customer .they don't fight back with them they say sorry with a smile .I just want say thank you .your all so special to us thanks for making our illness poorness more liveable.thank you howardcity community from my heart one day I hit it big this community be the first I give back to when you go without the shame you feel or things you go without or in sane but this community has shown us we all stick together I bought a driver coffee one day big deal right but a whole chain started paid for the next it kept going it was awesome love you all howardcity thank you girls and tobbi.thankbyoubfor not making us feel horrible about loosing everything encouraging us helping us to start over .love all of you

Hate this place. I used to love it, grew up around it and was frequent customer. This place is always packed they take forever to check you so they put in a self scan with touch screen. Now its even more crowded at checkout and the system is still learning so it might not know an item or it'd be hard to find if new customer.Not to mention the management right down to cashiers are rude and disrespectful! I make it a point to never go here unless I absolutely need to!

Showers are small hot & there is no place to lay your stuff out. The shower attendant was a really rude woman. The rest of the truck stop is okay as long as you aren t looking for any hot food. Subway closes early so there are only hot dogs after that

Fairly clean, but not family friendly. Be prepared to not be able to change a baby inside. Luckily we were able to change our baby in our camper, but the only other options were a table or bathroom counter. With how cheap baby changing stations are and the fact that there's plenty of room in the women's restroom, you'd think they would have one already.

Gas station is great. No complaints!Laundromat however... is another story. The floor around washing machines are dirty and wet. The washers aren't being cleaned out and door seals arent wiped down regularly so they leak. But that's only half of the washing machines. The other half are perpetually OUT OF ORDER.
