They do wonderful work and made the whole process easy. They supplied me with a loaner vehicle while they were fixing mine. They even detailed the inside at no cost. They treated my baby like it was their own. I definitely recommend them..

I forgot to write a review so I'm doing it now. Hit a deer with the wife's van, brought it to Finish Line one because I've driven by them for a few years and loved the awesome trucks I was seeing in the parking lot and two because they were the only ones that could get my van in and repaired in less than 3 months. That being said, these guys are absolutely amazing. They got the van fixed, paint matched perfectly and was flawless. They went above and beyond. Great great group of people. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs repair or a paint job on an old classic or antique. I'm going back to them after hitting another deer, which is was my reminder to write this review lol.

Horrible customer service experience the receptionist was very unprofessional and we were told that we were going to be getting a clean reliable dependable loaner car which turned out to be a huge hassle when we got there we got a Volkswagen beetle we were told we were going to be getting a Cobalt which wasn't the hugest deal but when we went out to the car the front grill was cracked it was extremely filthy dirty there was so much dust on the dashboard that you could see it standing in someone had wrote in it please clean me there was also crunched up chips and dirt all over the floor in the center console the seats were coated with dirt dust and hair which was hard to overlook with all the sanitary concerns of the recent covid virus going around when we got into the car and started it the engine was knocking really loud and it immediately started to overheat the brakes were grinding and we couldn't even make it across the parking lot when we went back to tell the receptionist about our experience she interlocked her fingers and said oh well we provide a loner car free of charge to you if you don't like it you can go somewhere else I was very polite and professional in my approach I felt that her customer service was very lacking and inadequate I asked if we could have our paperwork back so that we could contact our insurance company and see what our options were because this wasn't a reasonable solution or safe car for anyone to be driving when I ask for the paperwork back she took it and ripped it up in like eight pieces in front of me and threw it in the garbage.. she asked what my expectations were and I told her what my insurance agent had told me my experience was going to be like and that they had referred me to them I told her I was expecting a clean reliable dependable loaner car which is what my insurance told me I would be getting and this is not that. she responded by saying I don't care what they told you at that point my response was I'm sorry but your customer service's extremely poor this is not how you handle a situation of someone being unsatisfied We won't be coming back here and we left.. It's very unfortunate had she maybe said something along the lines I'm very sorry for all of the misunderstanding please get with your insurance company and maybe we can work something out if you like to come back we'd love to have your business.. I probably would have returned but that's not how she handled it so we went elsewhere and had an outstanding experience.. in my professional and personal opinion when I put my name on something I want to represent good quality if those were my customers I would care more about their safety and wouldn't be putting them in something that was filthy dirty and does not run I would want to know that they were well taken care of..

They repaired my Explorer which had been rear ended . They repaired it in a timely fashion and the work was superb. The paint match was spot on. Although my insurance company provides a loaner vehicle Finish Line gave me a suitable loaner for free. They did a wonderful job fixing our car! They couldn't find the decals we needed but I did and they were happy I could get them! The car looks perfect. They also fixed the doors on my truck and took time and adjusted them after I picked it up and wasn't quite right. They are great to work with and very nice people!

Our daughter hit a deer a couple weeks ago; after reading the reviews for Finish Line, we decided to bring the car in. So glad we did! They did a fantastic job. Our daughter's car looks better than it did before the accident! They had a free loaner car for her to use, and our car was done two weeks ahead of schedule. Jackie was a pleasure to deal with; she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back if we ever need body work done!

Part 1 to my review. I called to get questions answered about getting my car repaired. The lady answered all my questions and I couldn t come in the hours they were open due to I was working the same hours in GR. the lady offered to loan my a loaner car while they overlooked my car and get an estimate for my insurance company. I m very impressed they they offered a loaner car so they could estimate! I ll be reviewing once they do fix my vex hole.

I hit a deer! My nice new car smashed :( took it to finish line in Howard city mi. I am so impressed with them fixing my car! Not ONLY did they fix it they WASHED the OUTSIDE and the INSIDE!!!! I did not expect that at all. They have my baby looking like a brand new off the lot 2013 Ford Edge. Not only did they do the best job on my car. They offered a FREE loaner. That helped us tremendously because we have two little kids. The people there are truly great! greet you and by name with a smile, respectful and even carry on a conversation not just about Business. Very friendly people .... my kind of people. Call you if there are any changes with ANYTHING and are just at the top of their game. I don't trust anyone with my vehicles, but I do now:) I will forever go back if need to. And recommend 100%. But let's hope no more accidents.P.s husband says I'm hard to make happy n I nit pick everything. Well not finish line in Howard city mi not one nit pick thank you all for everything and the AMAZING job.

Best shop in the Grand Rapids area hands down! Couldn't be more satisfied with the results, excellent workmanship and attention to detail, the car looks better than when it was new! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

Would highly recommend this company! Was extremely satisfied with everything. They worked well with my insurance company, offered me a loaner vehicle, and detailed my vehicle. I had them replace my passenger side mirror.
