This place is the place to go for sure! They went above and beyond to help me drive away with a safe vehicle that I could afford.they were friendly and very helpful.they walk me through everything, told me my options. Then they hooked me up with an affordable nice ride. If your looking ...look no farther ...they are awesome! Thanks again guys your the best!

5 Star company all the way! Amazing customer service, they definitely care about what you need and want, will work with more than any other Auto sales I have ever been to by far, anytime I am in need of a vehicle I will for sure be coming here. I would rate this company more than 5 stars if goggle would allow it! Thank you so much Dango team, you're awesome.

Found my new truck online. Drove 1� hours to purchase the truck, in the easiest used car transaction I've ever experienced. They worked well with our lender. I was in the market for a truck, I saw one in Kalamazoo that I wanted, went down but the truck was horrible so I didn t buy. While looking online for something in that area as to not have wasted 3 hour drive, I came across Dango Auto. I spoke to them via messenger and felt immediately they were down to earth people like the rest of us. They spoke to me even though they were technically closed. After not finding anything in the Kazoo/GR area that I wanted, or that seemed to fall into place, we started back towards home. The car lot was on the way so we stopped by to see inventory even though we knew they were closed. There aren t very many vehicles on the lot but they all look very good and reasonably priced. They had a very rare Yukon that I fell in love with instantly. I messaged the owner again and he was good enough to take time away from his well deserved time off and came back down to the lot and I bought the Yukon. He is the most honest car salesman I have ever dealt with. Very down to earth and will work a fair deal with you. I highly recommend Dango Auto for any vehicle purchase.

Doug helped me get a vehicle for my daughter that needed one real bad. I have dealt with Doug for years and never had any problems with him or the vehicles. The only problem Doug has he is too friendly and way too honest. But i love that. I would recommend him completely. Good work Doug and thanks.

Guy was very nice to work with,,,minus being a full blown democrat,,,anyways I bought a truck an then come to find out he filled rockers an cab corners full of spray foam an bonds layer over top....have all pics if someone wants to see....typical used car dealer,,,, cheaper to buy new in the long run

DON'T BUY CARS HERE. I bought a car at this place, engine locked exactly in one month which would cost me $3400 for a used one. Before I bought it, they told me it just needed tires and no check engine light on. Since the day I bought this car I spent money on it. once I got there after 1 hr drive the engine light was on. I spend over $ 1500 to repair the car beside buying new tires for it. The told me no accident nothing. when I change tires, the tire place told me it look like somebody hit or drove over a curb. The driver front wheel not right after spending too much money on it. The engine stopped during the polar vortex in the middle of the road. It could have caused an accident, I was lucky for the road being closed. This car had a major safety recall, they sold it to me without checking or fixing. These recall was long time ago before I bought it from Dango Auto Sales but they sold it to me. It is Dango Auto Sales job to check on it before selling to people and put people's live in danger. After I called them back that my car engine is locked in one month they told me they gonna finance me for another car and subtract the engine price which was $3400. Of course once they finance you the price is much more than normal. They sold me a lemon while I told them I am limited on my budget.

I found the Father and daughter's staff to be refreshingly small town and friendly, There was no pressure or pushyness at all. To cut to the chase I would recommend Dango Auto Sales to anyone looking for quick,friendly, no B.S...

If you want an HONEST company to buy a used car from, this is the place! The owner is a very honest and knowledgeable person. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He has nice, well taken care of cars and will go out of his way to make his customers happy. Really great place to buy a car.

Bought a vehicle from here, has been nothing but problems since! There was a check engine light on, front end issues with steering, shortly after we bought it the ABS went out. Tire pressure gauge on all the tires is throwing low tires all the time, one is literally fused together. When we got it they had to raise the price of the vehicle to accommodate our down payment availability. Vehicle went from being $6,000 to over $9,000. The vehicle is not worth the $6,000. I am currently car faxing the vin because the hood latch has never released on its own. I am pretty sure this vehicle was an auction buy and has been in an accident previously. Overall, the people are nice but beware of the vehicles you test drive. Check with car fax and make sure you re getting a good vehicle for the price.

Both my husband and I bought our vehicles from here. They bend over backward to help get you the vehicle YOU want. Big dealers only try to sell you the vehicle they make the most money on. Dango helps you, shows you how to, buy the vehicle YOU want. Great people, and the financing was so fast and easy!

My husband and and I just bought a Buick here. Beautiful car, friendly people, and a good selection for a small yown car dealership! They were also very kind to my children. They had juice boxes for them and some toys to play with!

You get what you get with used cars. But people are different. Called ahead to come look at a truck at 11:00. Was 5 minutes late. I understand if they let someone else test drive it first, I was late. What was bad was that the guy didn't say one word to me. I let them know I was interested. The guy completely ignored me. I had to ask the guy who bought it if he was buying it while we were out in the parking lot. No "hello", no "did you want to make an offer", no "hey sorry this guy is buying it". Too bad for him, I had some interest in another vehicle on their lot. Just rude. Not just unprofessional, bad people skills. Totally ignored me like I wasn't even there. Rather, he seemed annoyed that I was there. Well, sir, don't worry, you won't ever be annoyed by me again, or anyone I know for that matter. The lady at the desk was polite though..

They were very friendly and helpful and willing to help me get into a car that I love not one I had to settle for.I got home and noticed my headlight was not working they fixed it for me for free most places it's your problem once you leave with the car. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting or needing a new car.

Okay to start off with I'm not here to bash this business. Doug seemed like a nice honest guy. But I had bought a 02 f350 7.3 truck from them. I was aware this truck is near 20 years old and realized it was going to need some work to be up to par. That does not excuse the fact his technician had put this vehicle on his lot. So far the list of things I have to replace on this truck areRear driver side brake assembly is missing. All rotors need to be replaced.All 4 shocksHeater core is missingThe idler and tensioner pulley are going bad and eating the beltAccelerator pedal and throttle positioning sensorValve cover and valve cover gasket (causing massive oil loss)I'm not gonna sit here and tell you not to buy from here. But I am going to say tread lightly until they get a new technician.

This guy used to work at Newaygo Auto Sales where he previously sold me a truck that had problems the day after we bought it. Went up to Dango to check out a truck. Realized it was the same guy who used to be in Newaygo (I heard he got fired). Test drove a truck and barely made it back to the lot. It was pouring water from the middle of the truck where the muffler is. Driver seatbelt wouldn't latch, seats were stuck in place and couldn't adjust, truck smelled like mildew, and lots of electrical work under hood looked brand new. I believe this truck was in a flood. The inside was still damp from them trying to detail it but it had a really bad smell along with a little bit of cigarette smoke. Please don't buy from here if you want a decent car.
