Cody was great to work with. I hate getting a new phone, such a hassle. He helped my son get a free phone just by changing his phone number. He also helped me pick out a new phone and switched everything over. I'm thankful and happy with our service. It was as pleasant as it could possibly be.

60 days ago AT&T outright lied to us about coverage to take us away from Verizon in Houghton Michigan but thanks to a lot of effort on the part of Tyler at the Verizon store in Houghton we're able to eventually get everything switched back over and working flawlessly. Tyler went the extra mile

Lack of empathy for a troubleshooting issue that I had with my account and was told that they only do sales and don t help customers with any account problems and was passed off for a paying customer . I wouldn t have gone there if I was instructed to by Verizon customer service. I even mentioned that it wasn t a Verizon corporate store only a team wireless store and they said they could help with my problem. Kids didn t care, just wanted to make his numbers.

I'm bad with names, but a gentleman with longer black hair and a beard helped me. 10/10 was amazing and easy to work with. Would work with him again.Edit: Can now confirm the associates name was Adam, would 100% suggest.

Well let's just say this...Ater 3 months of not having a phone and dreading to get one....Cody changed that real quick for me..he did all the work right down to where I don't have to do a damn thing to my phone except take a new background picture ! Went there yesterday. Adam had posted on the door that he was going on lunch at 1:45-2:15 and verbally said it too. We acknowledged that and saw that it was busy and decided to come back after his lunch, only to see a sign that they closed at 3pm. While we were there the first time I told him that my SIM card had fried, he told me that I would need a new phone. I went to Marquette s store today and told them I visited this store yesterday and he immediately knew the sales guy I talked to. All my phone needed was a new SIM card. I will now gladly take the 4hr round trip drive instead of coming here ever again.

Great friendly, knowledgeable staff! Both Cody & Adam were very helpful with both of my needs, getting my wife a new basic flip phone, and upgrading my Galaxy SS21 5g to a new Galaxy Z flip 5. Data transfer was quick, with all apps and widgets in the exact location as old S21. Highly recommend this store!

Clean store, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cody and the other two gentlemen were all very helpful with every customer. My phone was on its last leg, so I drove 70+ miles to get a new one. It was a lot easier than I expected and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want to.
