Scheduled a couch repair months in advance. Damaged my couch more to provide a sample. Debra said she had to reschedule the repair appointment due to the weather forecast. I asked what the weather had to do with the repair since the couch wasn t being transported and the repair work was being done inside. Instead of answering my question Debra all out canceled her services. She rudely stated she didn t have to answer my questions because she was booked through December and hung up on me. She still has the sample of my couch.

Had repair work done on an heirloom belt to replace the leather strap. Work was faster and cheaper than the given quote, very satisfied with the result!
