He replaced the rear shocks and springs on my son's Jetta. Super convenient since they are right across the street (and slightly downhill, lol) from MTU Lot 21. Price was beyond fair. Less than $200 labor for the entire job which included replacing the rear shock mounts. Not sure if they order parts though. I ordered them online and had them shipped directly to them. Everything went seamlessly. Frankly, unless I needed specialty work, I wouldn't send my son's car anywhere else.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Absolutely fantastic service and people! I came up for winter carnival weekend and my car began stalling whenever I breaked as soon as I got up here. Kelly worked with me during the weekend to try to get my car working reliably again, and I was still able to hang out with friends and leave for home on time!

Me and two of my buddies were in Houghton for a snowboarding vacation when my buddies carrier bearing gave out. We started to freak out when all of the sudden we came across Garnet Garage. Gary answered and told us to bring the truck in at 4pm the next day. Gary, in the span of 24 hours got a new part delivered overnight, fixed the truck and saved our trip with an extremely reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend Garnet Garage for they saved our trip and were able to get home on time. Very, very impressed with the service for it was very friendly, fast paced and very reasonably priced. Really good place to get work done on your car. I took my girlfriend's car in to get a serpentine replaced because I couldn't do it and they had an opening the next day and it was fast considering it was a Honda crv. I will definitely be going back if I need any more work done.

We live in Boyne City, Michigan, and our son is a student at MTU. Upon returning after Christmas break our sons truck developed a gas leak. You guy's got the truck right in and took care of everything for him, and as a parent so far away we could not have asked for more.

Quick to respond and get the work done, reasonable price for labor. Did a good job of replacing my brake lines and rear brakes.
