Wouldn't go here to get an alignment.I cracked my axle and lower control arm. Parts totaled around ~1000$, They quoted me for over 4 grand for the repair.Upon seeing that I was confused so i took a look into the invoice they gave me. They were charging me at least double if not more for every single part that was going to be replaced, some of which not needing to be. The rest went into labor i suppose but according to my friends who are up here, their work is sub par so i ended up doing it myself.Took about 3 weekends ~4 days of actual work and had it running just fine. Don't go here unless you want to be scammed.

Took my Jeep in with a flat. No appointment and was taken care of fast and efficiently! Cost ended up being lower than I expected and very happy with the price, tires and great customer service! Highly recommended!!

Had to be in Hancock for a doctor's appointment this morning and my truck blew a CV joint in Houghton. Made it here and they got me in immediately for the repair and gave me ride to the hospital in time for my appointment and picked me up when I was done. A real class place, recommend it highly,PeteEwen, MI

I want to share an experience with this shop, and hope it can be helpful to anyone who is considering doing business with them.I tried to replace my shower door. They are truly one of a few options available in Houghton and neighboring towns. I got another quote, which was much lower (40%). But I decided to go with them because they looked professional and enthusiastic at the beginning and a couple of other local people mentioned them.Most of the communications were done via email, between me and one of their technical support person. The gentleman stopped by, took measurements, and provided two quotes later via email. In the process, this gentleman sent me two photos to give me an idea about what the two products may look like. I then asked the gentleman to help place the order and schedule the installation. He replied that the order was placed and we would just need to wait until the product to arrive in two to three weeks. I told I would be out of town and need to book a flight back to town after the product arrives. But what is surprising is that there was a no-show on the day of installation. I contacted the gentleman to ask what is going on. I was told that he mixed me up with another customer, and my order was not placed yet. It was disappointing because it took me over $800 and a week to go back to town for this job. I understand everybody makes mistakes and did not want to give the gentleman a hard time. So I just said please place the order for me, and hope nothing bad would happen again.Then about three months after I initially contacted the store, the new product finally arrived and was installed. What surprised me is that there is a big gap (about 1 inch from the photos) between the top of the glass door and the header (metal frame on the top). It just appears to be a low-quality job like some bad DIY stuff I did myself. I planned this new installation to make the bathroom look better, but it obviously did not do the job. I felt it is not unacceptable so I contacted the gentleman to see if there is any way to fix the issue. He told me the gap is for ventilation. It was shocking because I have another 1 feet opening above the top metal frame (between frame and ceiling). Why do I still need a 1 inch gap between the metal frame and the glass door. The gentlemen stopped by to take measurements and discussed options with me at the beginning, so he should knew the situation well. But he never mentioned that before I saw the installed door. He said he installed over 50 doors like this. Then I asked why he had never sent me any of those photos? The two photos that he sent me before the quotes had nothing like that gap.It seemed that he could not explain the situation. So he said he would contact his boss. The boss did call me very soon. But the boss just simply that he did not believe that was an issue and did not agree with me. Instead, he emphasized I would need to make the payment right away ("...the most significant thing is..."', ''...what really matters is", "...get this job paid..."). Please be aware that this was only two days after the installation, and I just finished the first phone communication with that technical support person. He also used the word "collect" and "go to the court". I was just asking if there is any possible solution. I would let it go even if I have heard a "sorry". But I only felt that I was being insulted and threatened.I do not know if that boss treats everybody this way or if this shop always does sloppy jobs like this. But based on what I have received, I think it is reasonable to give this business a negative star. But unfortunately, there is no such option, so I offered this one start review. I am a scientist, so I want to reiterate that this review only applies to this experience. But again, hope it can help you avoid being shocked, disappointed, insulted, and threatened.

I dropped off 4 wheels and tires, to have new tires put on the 4 wheels, they started on them right away, and less than an hour later, I got the call to come get them. Excellent service!

Was skeptical taking my truck to a new shop... Made an appointment to get an alignment and I appreciate the fact that refused to do the alignment without fixing some safety issues... They were not just in it to make a quick buck... Truck is running like brand new... Good service, clean and it was done on time... All around a great experience and you can't beat their prices!!!

I've been going here for the past few years (to be honest, just because they let you make online appointments at first) but I've been so so happy with how they've treated me ill be sad going anywhere else if I ever leave the area! They're always super nice and professional, and as a young woman going to the mechanics can always be a little scary because they often upcharge us, but I've never had any concerns they would do that here. When I had to get my brakes replaced they charged less than the Ford dealership downstate which supposedly had a "discount" for me! I love being able to make online appointments and the young lady that works the counter sometimes is always so nice and explains things so well! I've been reccomending to all my friends in the area and they've all been super happy with the job these guys do :)Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Terrible service they had my car for 2 weeks and still didn't have the time to finish the job.I had to take it to CC Ford dealership which had to redo everything Auto Pro did ,which only took them alittle over an hour .I'm confinst the but part on that didn't need replacement and still charged me over $ 800.00 dollars.Then I wanted some money bake and I struggled together $400 back but still had to pay CC Ford over $300.00 for their mistakes. Which of course they wouldn't cover.A total screw job never again.Also I've been a customer there since they opened and this is how they work now . Still passed off .Services: Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair

I needed two full sheets of plexiglass and it was recommended that I check here. They had exactly what I needed and spent several minutes digging through their supplies to make sure they had exactly the right stuff for my job. I really appreciate the help and great service!

Great service every time I am there. One time I had my car in for a brake job and there was an issue. They did not hesitate to take the car back in and fix the remaining issue for free (Improper bleed rotation). They always have a loaner car or have dropped me off at work if I drop it off in the AM. Great folks and place to take your car for service.

I've managed to run over nails in both of my rear tires this year. Both times these guys patched the tire up super quick and for a great price. Hopefully I'm done putting holes in my tires but if it happens again this is where I'll go. Great and friendly service

Stopped by with a bolt in our tire that was going flat. From out of state, day 2 of a family road trip. Staff were super friendly and said they could fix it. We waited maybe a half hour and were on our way after paying less than $30. Can't thank you enough!

My car had a tire with a quickly worsening leak, I took it to Fine Line tire and they literally charged me ten dollars to look at the tire, did nothing about it except say the sidewall is shot then had the audacity to say he was taking it easy on me with that charge, needless to say I went looking somewhere else. I called Autopro and asked if they could get my size in they couldn t but could get one close in the next morning. I ended up having to get towed in because I got a flat so I was around an hour early for my appointment. The staff was friendly and got me in early. Was done quickly and at a price comparable to downstate.

These guys are great!! I woke up this morning with a completely flat tire and brought it into the shop. The staff looked at it, determined there was nothing wrong with the tire and refilled it. They then slapped it on and I was out of there in 30 minutes! And on top of that, they didn't even charge me! I will definitely be coming back and referring others to them as well!

Must give a disclaimer, they employed my son throughout his high school years. That being said, though he hasn't worked there for a few years; we still buy our tires there. The service is excellent. If you buy your tires there, rotations are also free. They also do front end alignment and repairs.

With short notice and being from out of town I was not sure where to go for service. With high recommendation from a different shop in town I gave a call and they got me in without a problem. They were super busy and still made time for a out of town stranger which is amazing!! Thank you for the great service

Had my car in their shop to get something minor done when in school at MTU. They somehow managed to scratch up a couple of my rims pretty badly and not do what I had paid them for initially. Manager wouldn't do anything about it and told me to never come back. I don't usually have a problem with people but these guys truly are a piece of work. It's a small town, but save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

Paid like $360 for 2 winter tires, I dont know if that's a lot, I dont know a lot. But they did it quick! Did feel like I was gonna get murdered in the waiting room but its fine

Repaired my windshield and did some shock and strut work on my car. Friendly staff, stuck to their estimate despite it taking longer than anticipated. That was appreciated.

Had a chip from a pebble on windshield that they said was an easy fix. They ended up puting a crack across the whole window, told us that we needed a new windshield now and had the audacity to offer to replace it for $300. Had they warned us about the possibility of the break, we would have just lived with the chip, it wasn't in an obstruction.

Good Glas service poor prices wanted to up charge me way to much for a wheel barring replacement plus charges I saved 330 dollars total bye brining it to fine line tire with an alignment and when I asked them about them lowering the price they wouldn't work with me one bit with me knowing that it doesn't cost over 600 to do wheel barring replacement I have a feeling that people who don't know any better will just be like ok I understand shop costs I understand that you have to make money in this economyService: Wheel alignment
