The staff who installed my tires were great, but the management and staff who we're responsible for staging my tires in the automotive section caused major problems with my tire install.I ordered my tires through the app and had them delivered to the store, and scheduled an install at the same time. I was going to pick up tires up and have them installed somewhere else that could get me in quicker, but when my tires arrived to the store, the staff responsible for scanning them in failed to do so, resulting in my tires appearing to be missing and nearly being returned. I called 4 days in a row to check if they had received the tires and they said they hadn't, and couldn't track them. On the final day before my installation, they finally went and looked for them and found them AND SAID THEY WERE RETURNING THEM ANYWAY.I was upset and was connected to a manager after an hour. That manager solved the problem but was pretty rude to me and got me off the phone very quickly. When I arrived to have the tires installed, they still hadn't staged them correctly and it took the staff nearly 20 minutes to locate my tires.The lesson I learned was not to get tires at the Houghton Lake Walmart.

Oil change and tire rotation work done in a timely matter,but they didn't reset my tire pressure sensor or the maintenance reminder. Feel it was an incomplete job.

Great place to get your car taken care of I think they got all new help. The guys are all great and very professional. Definitely would recommend taking your car there.

Unfortunately, they ran out of the tires I ordered, so I had to go to Discount Tire instead!Sorry

If the staff doesn't want to do it, they'll make up one reason after the next of why they can't. 2 consecutive sets of tires on 2 different vehicles they can't install, can't change a brake light bulb, etc. Any reason they can think of to NOT do it.

All I can say is that the service was great and very professional I will go there to buy tires for my other car when it needs them

First attempt to pick up and have tires installed was told I did not need an apointment and drove 30 miles to be turned away. Second time drove 30 miles 1 way and was told that the car wouldent fit on the lift and they were too bussy to lift the car with floor jacks by the service tek. The counter lady was very apologetic but I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted alot of time and gas and money to then be told I needed to take them elsewhere to be installed.Service: Tires

Called to see about getting a tire put on the rim told us yes bring it in told them we are on our way take 30 minutes to get there from my home. Get to Walmart my son goes in they then tell him they can t do it not impressed mom goes in and they finally say yes they can do it it will be a little wait well here we are now almost 3 hours later and still no tire .

When I do find someone that works back there I'm told that they don't carry 15 inch 205/75r15, or Better yet 215/75r15 tires, I was told to buy tires online and ship them to us. We don't make mistakes on internet orders. Well I don't know if I'm comfortable with that?

We were 4 hours away from home on our way back from vacation and needed to have four new tires installed. The staff were nice to work with, up front about everything and got us back on the road in about 45 minutes. The fast work was much appreciated!

Fast and friendly service came in for a oil change and it only took an hour to finish my truck even though there was 3 cars infront of me. Even toped my transmission fluid off for free when it was a little low

Knowledgeable employee greeted me promptly and shared with me how synthetic oil had helped his vehicle last 20yrs and half a million miles. When I asked for an ETA for completion I was told an hour and it took 55 minutes. The manager worked on my vehicle herself and seemed really detail oriented. Check out lady even held the door for me and my vehicle was parked close so I didn't have to walk in the rain. Well done to all, Wal*Mart is lucky to have these team members.

Always friendly and get the job done right. Only time I ever had a problem was due to an issue with my old tires (last guy that had the car put on tires that were to small) and not the fault of the techs. I come here for ago my oil' lube and tire services.

I drive a 2012 Audi s4, electronic oil level sensor, no dipstick, so they basically just denied me and wasn t nice about it. Will never suggest it. If you have a newer car or anything nice just don t take it to them

Really terrible. My wife was on a trip from northern MI to southern MI and had tire issues. They were not willing to help in any way because her car was not in the system. Am so angry that you folks would turn away a woman, obviously in distress, who was trying to complete a fairly long journey. Called the service center, and I was very angry, and you all hung up on me. Terrible.

Got the car in for 2 new tires right away, was done in about 40 minutes, was pleased. What I wasn't happy about is that they did not replace the air filter I asked them to do.

Terrible two times went to get a oil change closed. Finally got in and they said they couldn't get my skid plate off. They had about zero effort trying. I'm glad they didn't attempt to do a oil change if 4 bolts in a skid plate held them up.

Great service. On our way home from vacation. Had a flat tire. The system showed no tire,but they went and look and thankfully they had it! In and out in our an hour!

Says they open at 7 on Sundays.... although technically true no one could change tires... so are they really? But still.. once he came in overall good experience

Was going to get the oil changed. Was told 2 hours at least. There was 3 cars. At least 5 people working, mostly just standing around talking. After 15 minutes waiting, l gave up and went across the street. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.

Drove from gladwin to tell me if the was 4/32 u couldn't even work with them I have more than that even one the tires I brought in bad review

Two hours of my life wasted because these rocket scientists could not figure out how to do an oil change for a 2016 Crosstrek... No phone call, unbelievably understaffed. Don't waste your time.

Had poor service at a different Walmart, my husband chose to leave & try Houghton Lake instead.We had Great service and assistant; completed what we needed and thankful

Terrible service from the auto department! We were stranded on the side of the road and they wouldn t sell us a tire! They had the same tire we had in stock and wouldn t sell it to us to put on our trailer because it was rated for a truck! So thanks for leaving us stranded on the side of the road! Will never shop at any Walmart again!

This place is a rip off. They don't tell you about balancing fees disposal fees or anything. They told me 102 per tire and when it was all said and done I paid over 1:20 each

Went there for tires . there was 6 people working only two cars in the bay they took my tires off and ive been waiting a hour in a half and they still havent touched my vehicle . now the bay is currently full and there working on everything but my truck . very poor management they lost all my business .

Wish I could give it zero stars. Two oil changes ahead of us and we were turned away for service with an hour and a half until they closed. 35 minutes drive to get there. Disgusting.....

At the auto service center was greeted promptly and courteously by Arvis. Procedures were well explained and good questions were asked.
