I was driving from Chicago to my family cottage in Houghton Lake, when a tire blew out on the highway. I was able to limp on the 12 year old spare donut tire to Houghton Lake. But I knew I needed new drive tires. I took my car to Top Tire and received amazing customer service. Friday I was informed that tires would be special ordered to arrive Monday (no problem!), and installation would be made a priority. My car was ready at 9:30am on Monday. I really appreciate Joe and staff atTop Tire, they really saved me from a giant head ache. Would recommend all to go here for your tire needs in and near Houghton Lake!As someone who works in the automotive service industry I was very thankful and appreciative for the Top Tire team!

Love these guys. Anytime I have low tire pressure they get me right in and air them up. If they don't have the tire you want in stock they can usually get it the next day.

Had a screw in my left rear tire. Got me right in and repaired it. Very fair price! Polite, professional, and very helpful. I will use them for future tire needs!

Can't say enough good things about these folks. They are nice, friendly, reliable. I have bought four sets of tires from them over the years and have even sent other business their way because they are so impressive and reasonable in price. They get you the tires you want on time, they install them fast when you get there and do a great quality job at the same time. Best tire place in Houghton Lake!

Great experience today! Went in with a leaky tire and ended up leaving with 4 well needed tires at a great price. Quick turnaround and terrific service. I highly recommend the team at Top Tire!

Great place, fair price. The guys are wonderful and make sure to tell you the price upfront so there are no surprises. Wouldn't go anywhere else, they even stopped someone from trying to jump the line.

I can t believe it s taken me this long to write a review for these guys, but here we are. They ve never failed me once in the years I ve been coming here. They know what they re doing and they do it well. Wouldn t ever recommend anyone else to do work for me! Keep it up guys!

So I ve been there three times and every time Joe has got me right into the shop. The staff is as friendly as your neighbor asking for a cup a sugar and are hilarious to the point they could make a bitter man laugh. I recommend anyone to take your business to these people they will absolutely take good care or your car while you wait.

We had a two flats on our camper 5 miles outside of town at 4 o'clock on a Wednesday. They sold us the 4 tires but would not stay open after 5 to mount the last two. Even offered them extra to stay open. Went down the road to R&R auto care and they had no problem staying open so we could continue on our way.

Fantastic service. I called beforehand to make sure they had the special tires I wanted, they didn't but got them the next day. Can't beat that. Then about 10 minues in their efficient shop and I was on the road with 5 new tires and new tire pressure sensors. Solved 2 problems with one stop. Got to.love small town service

I had a blowout and damaged sidewall. They were great on finding a used tire to replace it and get me on my way for very reasonable price.

Worst customer service I have ever delt with!He could care less if I bought a set of tires or not! Acted like I was incoviniencing him!Your a tired shop. You can't help get the lock nut off!Bearded guy didn't want to even help!! I took my business elses where'

I was a customer of a prominent tire store in Cadillac. When I called this establishment to get 4 tires & to address a mechanical issue I had, the Cadillac store laughed when I asked if I could set an appointment? My husband & I had been buying our tire needs from the Cadillac store for at least 20 years. I was so pi**ed at their rudeness. I am a widow now & was hoping to get tires safely from them? I decided to go somewhere else. I researched & decided on Top Tire in Prudenville Michigan. Best decision I ever made! The guys at Top Tire welcomed mewith a smile & EXCELLENT customer service! This bunch of professionals did not disappoint, they will get my business from now on! So thanks Top Tire for treating me with respect.

I go through tires actually more than I should but the business that I own requires a lot of road milage. So each and every time I have pulled into Top Tire they have been nothing but courtes and always trying to find the best and more efficient way for my budget, . Had to get a tire looked at that kept slowly looking air. Come to find out it was the valve stem they replaced when I had the new tires put on a couple months ago. They fixed it no charge.

Took me in as a walk-in at 4:30pm and changed my tires before they closed the shop for the day. I was back on the road shortly after, headed to my wedding! If it weren t for these individuals, my plans would ve been much more stressful. Great service and knowledgeable staff - highly recommend.

They are always friendly and very fast and thorough. Got 2 front tires replaced and it only took about ten minutes. Not overpriced either like some places you go.

Had to take 2 different vehicles back days after getting new tires to get rebalanced. Been to other tire places and never had this issue. Was told that it was a little off on one of the wheels but nothing that would cause the issue I came back for. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot and noticed the difference. Also before I had taken one of the cars back up there I had spray painted the rims with the weights on them.. I seen the spots where they removed a good size weight on one and put a smaller one on another lol. Glad they fixed the issue but I don't believe it should have been an issue in the first place. Not only once...but twice with 2 different cars.

Blew a tire on our pop up heading south on 75. Spare tire was bigger than the other tire so googled tire places and this place was the first option to call. I called and they said they d get us in as soon as we could get there. One hour later from when our tire popped and we re already back on 75! Great people, friendly environment, speedy and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend!!

First time at top tire. Great people great service great price. Fast!!!!! On a holiday weekend they got down to business. Less than a half hour for four full size trailer tires. That s with paying. Not quite nascar speed but getting in and out with the holiday weekend stress and Covid. Recommended to me by the fine folks at Macon Marine.

Was in and out in 15 minutes with 2 tires being replaced! Also helped me with some other issues to ensure I don t have to keep replacing my tires! I recommend!!
