Phil's Towing is great! Very communicative. Punctual. We've had to use them 3 times in the past 2 months and never disappointed. 1 of the times there was an issue with my insurance company and the driver got on 3 way with me and insurance company and straightened everything out. Will continue to use Phil's 5 star

Phil s towing responded to our call in just about an hour, and flawlessly got our vehicle home. The driver was polite, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Excellent service

They show up in a timely manner, even when the roads are horrible they make it in a reasonable safely manner, they will keep you updated if they are running a little behind the allotted time they first said. The driver we had an amazing interaction with drove to us when the road where an absolute mess and called us to let us know he was running behind and he was still on his way! He fixed our issue in matter of seconds as well! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thanks for your guys hard work in rain, snow or shine!

Phil s driver was polite & courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to fix my auto issue. Waiting time was minimal for this type of service and I was able to go about my day and finish my business. I would use Phil s again.

This company was recommended by our auto insurance. Despite being a town away, they answered the call and were to us in less than 30 minutes. They went above and beyond, I highly recommend and will use them in the future for towing services.

I was stuck in the snow. It was a busy night, they got to me in a reasonable time considering that. The guy that helped me was great, didn t rush to get me out damaging my vehicle, was in a good mood like I was the only one he was worried about and not worried about the next two or three stuck/broken vehicles after me.

Called the night before to schedule a tow, scheduled for the morning, between 6am and 8a. The next day received a call telling me between 8:30am and 10:30am. They did not show up till 1:30p m. Nobody called with any updates from the facility. Or AAA to let me know what was going on. This was a long distance tow it takes Usually 3-4 hours to get there. Was not happy. I am not sure if this was a AAA or Towing service mix-up.

Traveling to Mackinaw Island in a rental car on a Sunday and got a flat with no spare . Through AAA Phil s came to our rescue. With the help of our wonderful, friendly and thoughtful tow driver a plan was formulated. He dropped us off at a last minute hotel then dropped off our car for getting repaired the next day. Will be forever grateful to our tow driver. Thanks again Phil s!Service: Car towing

Had a bit of trouble with AAA, but once Phil's towing showed up it was smooth sailing. Had pleasant conversation with the driver on our 2+ hour trip. Although I hope to never need their services again, I would call Phil's if I do need it!

Phil s Towing was assigned by my insurance company to transport my vehicle to a site in Pentwater, MI. They showed up when they said they would be here. Took the vehicle to the designated site for drop off. My insurance company is now reviewing the car.. I had no problems with Phil s service at all. Will use them again if needed.

The driver called us both before, to confirm where the vehicle was to be delivered, and after, to confirm that it was delivered safely to the mechanic shop. We were not able to be with the vehicle when we needed it towed so I was very grateful that he did this. He was very caring and professional.

Had a tire blowout on I 75, 5 miles north of Grayling. Called AAA who contacted Phil's Towing. They were there within 15-20 minutes. He put the temporary tire (donut) that we had on, and we were back up and running in 15 min. (A little scary with cars whizzing by at 70 mph.) He advised us not to drive as far as Bay City on it and even followed us to the Grayling exit to ensure our safety, then told us where the nearest tire store was. We had a new tire put on and we were back on the road...all within about an hour!We couldn't have asked for more prompt or courteous service. Thank you Phil's Towing... and the driver who helped us. (Wish I had his name so we could thank him personally.) He provided excellent customer service and we appreciated it. We don't see a lot of that these days.

Joe went above and beyond when he helped me on 2/6/24. Not only did he fix the problem I had, he took the time to explain why I was having the issue and what to look out for. 10/10 service

My daughter locked her keys in her car at work and Phil s towing arrived within 20 minutes of the call! He called immediately upon submission from our insurance carrier. Wonderful towing company. Exceptional drivers. The driver backed the large tow truck up my driveway and left my vehicle just where I wanted. Most people have problems driving forward up my driveway.

Phil s Towing was great, knowing that I would not be at my car, but my best friend would be cause my car was at her home, Phil took my car to the dealership without any issues. I was very happy with the prompt service I received. My tire was changed in minutes even in the rain! The gentleman called to let me know he was on his way and that he would be there in 18 minutes. In the middle of a four hour drive, my car s battery decided to go bad after filling-up my gas tank at a local service station. My onStar contacted Phil s Towing service to get us going. I couldn t believe how fast Lou arrived roughly 10-15 minutes!! He was able to diagnose the problem, gave us a jump and then led us to a local O Reilly s to purchase a new battery. I could not be happier with the service Lou and Phil s provided.

The, Nick, had to travel 25 miles to reach us. He was nice, friendly and helpful to solve our situation. He got right to work and got our car to the jeep dealership for repairs. I highly recommend Phil's Towing.

John was the young man who came all the way from Houghton Lake Mi to West Branch Mi to tow our vehicle to Dean Arbor which is only about a mile or so from our home. Nhe was on the phone with me to let me know he was on his way, when he got a call from dispatch that he needed to go to an accident, he apologized that id have to wait and I said no problem I would expect that and to just be safe and I pray those involved are ok as well. I am a retired permanently disabled Nurse I have been FOS many times at accidents that I came up on on while driving to work or traveling on the hwy so, I know how dangerous it can be. Anyway, once he was done with that call, he called me back and said he was on his way.He took care of everything and took great care in loading our vehicle and even did a great favor for me, since I had forgotten to grab my phone when I came out, I had written a 2 page note to Dean Arbor about what our vehicle was doing and what happened etc. and John was kind enough to take pictures of my notes for me and text them to me. Very very nice young man and I felt bad that my insurance had him drive such a long distance to haul our vehicle such a short distance. I would highly recommend Phil's towing and if you have John be the tow truck driver , you definitely will be in good hands.

Had to get a tow and my insurance company called these guys. The guy that towed my truck was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped save us money on repairs I was needing. Definitely recommend Phil's towing.
