This has become my number one location for not only parts but some really awesome tips! I can t highlight just one person, but the guys that are always willing to spend a little extra few minutes talking with me are Brandon, Thomas, Bryce and Paul. These guys are awesome and I know I can look forward to getting good service whenever I stop in, and they re usually able to answer a novice mechanic like myself with some great info. Keep doing what you guys do and I appreciate all the service and more to come!

Honestly, I get most of my car parts from eBay nowadays. I only run here if I need something immediately. They don't have a great selection of bolts, but if you just need to up fill some fluids or change a headlight quick, this is a good place to go.

Buy a $300. part. Put it in, doesn't work or turn over. Refuses a refund.They didn't tell us that we'd have to have special equipment, a mechanic. Not something you can do at home. Thanks from a disabled senior. Shame on you.

Bryce and Paul were super helpful! They went out of their way to help and make sure we had what we needed to fix our truck. Will always use this auto parts store in this area. Amazing service!!! They saved our weekend camping trip!!

Thank you Brandon - knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent customer service person. I really appreciate all the information you provided me. Highly recommend.Update - I had another automotive need and I got Brandon AGAIN. He's got the customer service skills "you can't teach" which is so rare.As a single female divorcee that needs someone to be honest about repairs this is your guy. Ask for him by name. There is a difference when you get a person who cares about customers.Thanks again Brandon!

They had to order a special edition book but it was in, in remarkably quick speed. Looking forward to take proper care of my "new to me car" with O'Reilly's!!

had to pull over here after our serpentine belt shredded up while driving home on vacation. the guys provided tools and their expertise to help replace it. I didn t catch a name but the guys working the afternoon of July 3rd deserve a raise! thank you!

Got what I came in for. Store was nice and clean and employees wore masks. A very bland customer service experience. Not unfriendly nor friendly cashier just a robot like. I have a rewards card and they didn't ask me for it.

Idk if its their system or the employees looking things up wrong. Ordered the wrong part for my cummins not once but twice. 1st one wasnt even for a cummins. 2nd one was for a 12v not a 24v. I said what my truck was several times both times I ordered.

One person working the counter / register, one person wondering around the back and one stocking shelves.... Line of people. I know everyone can work the counter / register here. Left my stuff on the floor and walked out.

If they don't have it, they can order it.... (Just like all the other places can) They should have what you're looking for... on hand... But instead of a protective divider at the check-out lane, they have strung up a rope to keep you far enough away from the counter to complicate reaching the counter top while paying for and retrieving your merchandise. BOOOO!!!

We found ourself 2 hours from home and without 2 working headlights. We stopped in and an employee was standing outside. We told him our problem and he, without hesitation, came out and replaced it. We just wanted Terry to know how much we appreciate his help. Thanks for the help and laughs.

Very helpful the guy helping me made sure the diesel fuel tank strap fit. Not the same as a GM but did work just had to paint the straps.

I frequent this auto parts place over the other competitive franchises cuz I always get plenty of attention and helpful advice. The parts you get are often a choice of 1)Best 2)mediocre or 3)cheap. you get to pick yer poison.

If you want to know what bars and taverns used to smell like, go into the Houghton Lake and Grayling O'Reilley's stores. They smell so bad. Just like an ashtray!
