A great independently ownd small local business. Everything in the store is owned by the owner, not a big corporation. Dave doesn't have an unlimited budget like the other three corporate owned auto parts stores in town. If you are looking for quailty parts that will last and not the cheaper junk and that China is pushing out the door, then look here. If its not instock, it can probably be there the next day. Napa has built a great distribution network to support these independent small businesses.

Poor customer service. O'Reilly's is the place great atmosphere very helpful. I think Napa should send its guys down to O'Reilly's and get taught how to treat people

Bought front brake pads for my 2014 Tahoe today. By far the best quality pads I've purchased in a long time. Installation very easy.Thanks guys

Great service. Ran obd test, cleared code and provided recommendation to fix. Offered to let me borrow a funnel vs charging to buy one.

Been here 3 times during store hours and was all closed up. Wish was open later on weekends and get in get parts.
