I would never recommend anyone going there. Poor service. I made a claim with Progressive insurance. The insurance adjuster never came out so Kathy wrote the estimate up for my car. It came to 4,000. Progressive came back with 2,000. That was March . The car still hasn't been done. It should of been totaled. Kathy would tell me they didn't have parts or there was no loaners. It's July now. My car broke down two weeks ago. The whole engine is damaged. I talked to Progressive on the phone and they called Jimmy's Collision. Kathy lied and told them that she told me not to drive the car. If she told me that I would of never drove that car. My question is does she have a license to write estimates up? Progressive wrote up a new check for 2,000 made out to me. I still owe on my car and 2,000 won't go far. Everyone told me to take my car somewhere else because they were not getting my car fixed. The claim was made in March and now its July. I wanted to stay local to help our community out. I regret now taking my vechile there. Stuck with a carpayment and the car sits. Progressive and Jimmy's Collison work together. Jimmy's Collison will never get my buisness . They don't care about their customers.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with the repairs completed on my car. My driver's side door was damaged and front rim and fender as well.. I knew Jimmy would. do a beautiful job He's got over 25 years experience (I think) and his work is perfect! He and Kathy do Great work. I took my truck in for work after hitting a deer. When I got it back it looked AMAZING!!! They did a beautiful job on my truck. I will always be a customer.Also, they have customer service. Kathy is GREAT. Even the insurance adjuster had compliments about her.Thanks so much for making everything pain free.

Renee Bertram, You wrote a lot of false information in your review, Yes I did tell you not to drive the car and so did the adjuster from progressive. The engine went bad because you drove the car with No oil. That had nothing to do with Jimmy's Collision. I'm sorry you have to blame some one for your neglect. Jimmy's has been over booked for a year in a half, if they wasn't getting you in fast enough there are are other places in Houghton Lake. If you remember, you needed to have your car with you, so I zip tide your bumper up so you could make it home. (at no charge)
