Called and needed a lock-out done, was there asap and got the job done quick. I hope to never call them again, cause no one wants car issues, but if I have any issues in the future. I'll be calling them again 100%

Was in a huge pinch yesterday. Had towed a trailer up to Houghton Lake to deliver furniture and came out to find one of the tires flat. Only had a spare but no tools. Called Hendrix Towing and Howard answered. Showed up in 30 minutes and put the spare on. Didn t see a leak in tire that was flat so he sent me to Walmart(Only place open on Sunday) where they were able to fix tire but wouldn t put it back on the trailer for me. Called Howard back and he graciously came out to parking lot at Walmart and put the tire on for me. I made it home safely the 2 hour drive. Thanks to the kind help of a stranger. Thanks Howard.PS prices were so reasonable.Kelly s

If I could give them any more stars I would. After feeling like I was being hustled for "way more money than you have" by the other towing company in town, (not to mention being left in the woods over night by a rude tow truck driver!) Hendrix & Sons Towing came to the rescue and pulled my car out the ditch for a reasonable price and in a very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jerry, if I remember his name correctly was very nice and got me out of a massive mud/water hole where my truck was bottomed out. Thank you again.

Very pleasant and caring, took our crunched car to their locked secure yard as we went to the hospital. Easy to deal with getting access the vehicle to check it out, and get belongings back.
