Bob and Bobby Jr. did a great job of storing our 1972 Starcraft and tuning our 1983 Mercury outboard. The motor ran rough at the end of last season, but Bobby assured us that they could make things right. After storing our boat in pristine condition, Bob rebuilt the carburetors on our motor, gave us advice on its care and upkeep and it's been running flawlessly ever since. I live in Oakland County, MI and could not get any qualified mechanic dare to touch a motor of it's age. Bob is a wizard and Hardcore Performance is the best kept secret in Houghton Lake.If I'm able post a video of how well it runs now, I will.Thank you Hardcore Performance.

Outstanding Customer Support! Had concern with our Four Winns trailer. The knowledgeable "Parts Person" extended extra effort to locate the part needed which included contacting the original part manufacturer. Unfortunately, they no longer produced the needed part. We ended up purchasing an aftermarket part from HCP that resolved our concern. Five Stars and now a faithful customer of HCP because it's hard to find a business that is willing to go that extra mile now days. PS: glad your fur-baby is doing better...

Bought an older Jet Ski from a buddy for cheap. Said he didn t wanna deal with fixing it. Took it to Spicers and they wouldn t touch it because it was older than 10 years old. Found these guys and they had it back on the water in no time at a very reasonable price. Just needed a new impeller ring, spark plugs, carburetors cleaned.

Our family was In the Houghton Lake area, 4th of July weekend, trail riding with our rzr when the spider nut on the clutch started backing out. Called the the local "big" dealership/service center and was told "sorry, we're two weeks out". Called Hard Core Performance and was told to drop it off and Bob would take a look and if it wasn't major he'd try to fix it. The next day it was fixed! Even better, they didn't gouge me - a little over $100, and the family and I were back on the trails! Thank you so much for fitting us in on a busy holiday weekend. Definitely NOT focused on "expensive business" as another reviewer said. Highly recommend and look forward to using them for future service needs.

Awesome service! They went out of their way to help my husband get a part for our boat. Long story short it was an obscure part and they saved us a bunch of money and time by salvaging one from their yard. Great people!

Came in for a retaining clip and they matched it up in a couple seconds. Then decided to give it to me. That is awesome business. Polaris was going to charge $8.00 for that. They may of lost $.25 but will certainly get my business next time!

We had them work on a couple of our older model WaveRunners and they did an amazing job. Another local service provider suggested a complete engine rebuild for one of the units that was running rough, but thanks to the honesty and customer focused approach, they discovered it was simply a disconnected hose that needed to be reattached after they examined the unit. I'll not hesitate to bring them more business and have told several friends I know who also own PWCs to give let me try.

Stopped in for a gas cap for my ranger they had been closed for 30 minutes luckily somebody was still there and got a gas cap to keep riding. Gave it to us for no charge. Awesome guys working.

Showed up on the middle of a Saturday looking for a belt for a 1974 panther 440 and the nice lady took the time to cross reference every book she had till we found one that would work. Thank you very much we really appreciate it!

I've taken over a dozen machines to hardcore over the last 10 years. Snowmobiles, quads, boat, jet skis and most recently a turbo SxS. Nobody knows more about performance upgrades than Bob. Old machines, newer technology, anything u have, they can fix or upgrade to high performance. Trust Hardcore performance!! Thanks Bob, Sandy and Bobby junior!!

When you call they say yeah we have it. You drive an hour away for them to say. We don't have it. Carburetor screws. People are a joke here!!
