Its a great place to buy tools that are more expensive at other stores that you are only going to use once. Have found over the years the tool quality has gone up. I do miss the old days of coupon discounts on all products and not so many restrictions on brands. ( of corse I liked gas at .29 cents a gallon ) great place to shop clean and neat and people to help you find what you want.

The crew working tonight really went out of their way today. I got off late from work and got there just before close and I lost track of time. They went the extra mile to find the last item in the back while locking up without me even noticing until they had to let me out. Real professional team there!

I took in a rain check into the Houghton Lake store today and the store manager and supervisor wouldn t honor it. Unbelievable. The reason you are given a rain check is because when a store has a sale on an item but have sold out they provide you with the rain check to be able purchase the item once it comes in even if it s after the sale is over. These 2 individuals are clearly out of their league when it comes to management.

Customer service at this location is terrible. Store manager, Randy, is among the worst group of human beings I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'd avoid this location

Very awesome experience going up there to Houghton Lake Harbor Freight they were very courteous professional and had what I wanted when I wanted it and I did not have to wait for what I wanted that is how a store supposed to work thank you Harbor Freight for being such good company that you have what a person what a customer needs when they need it

Bought a generator to do some charity work for Denton soccer fields the generator was faulty went to return it still got charged the restocking fee of $84 even though I returned it within 1 hour of purchase.. I see how they make their money
