My hubby's favorite auto parts store in town. They know him by name. Tammy and Mattie both do an excellent job helping find harder to find parts for all sorts of mechanical projects, not just cars and trucks, backhoes, etc. Decent prices, there's cheaper in town but the quality sucks and its not worth it. They also have Wix oil filters which is a longtime fave of ours.

I always have trouble getting g my CO2 tank filled with them. They forget to have it picked up, the guy who knows where they are in the store is at lunch so come back later! Always some stupid problem so I have to wait weeks for my tank. I'm searching for a more reliable supplier in the Houghton Lake area!

Called to get a price on a part, was asked if I could be placed on hold for a brief moment. This was 12 minutes before they closed. Was on hold for 22 minutes before I hung. Placed me on hold and went home smh thanks auto value for valuing your customers time. I would have been fine if they said sorry we are just closing up call back tomorrow. This is the second time in 3 weeks I was placed on hold and no one got back on the phone. I took a screen shot this time but won't let me upload on here. Will not do be doing business here anymore.

My preferred auto parts store in H. L.! I love it when Tammy is there! Excellent customer service and she is always so knowledgeble and helpful. She is why I come to Auto Value!

They can order parts to be there the next morning. Less expensive cost for parts there also. Friendly staff

Terrible service and they seem to not know what they're doing and the girl in the blond hair has a nasty attitude will never shop there again.

broke down on 127 by Houghton lake called ordered part said it would be there in the morning but they didn't order it not from this area so now stuck another day very disappointing never shop there again
