Outstanding service and great prices! I've been getting tire service at this place for years and I've always been satisfied. They are fairly short staffed (as of January 2024) so they aren't as fast as I'm sure they'd like to be but the little extra wait is worth the quality of service and respect they have for their customers. I will never buy tires anywhere else!

My experience was great. Bidenomics and health issues have drained me of life and money. This place helped me out. Gave me a great deal, front desk man was patient, the guys seem nice and chill.

Took great care of me. I was very grateful to walk with what appeared to be the owner. A good man, gave me good advice and helped me save money. Everything I could have asked for from a tire place and more. Definitely will be coming here again.

Kash and his family are amazing. They always come thru for me whether I`m in a pinch or if my money isn't right. They're service tops ANY tire company I or my business has used thus far. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience, they took 5 hours to change 4 tires, broke 2 tire studs and left 2 of the tires I bought in my trunk. Over charged me when I asked for a refund for the 2 then on top of that one of the tires I did get keeps losing air. Don't waste your time there.

It's a little off the beaten path but what a great place to buy tires. Good prices on new tires call and get a price. They also have an excellent selection of used tires at excellent prices. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Plenty of free parking. Big selection of rims at good prices. Service is fast but it can be busy at times. They leak check tires and use torque specifications when installing.

BEWARE!the used tires they sell you may have patch work done and they will not tell you.Jerry showed my family and I new used tires. I took his word for it being that they did look new but I blame myself also for not looking too close at every groove of the tires. I had my young children and everything yet the compassion lacks in this place.3 months in, one of the two tires is running extremely low suddenly and that is not normal. I check the tire and to my surprise, there is a plug.I called to confirm if they sell used tires with plugs and the man on the phone said yes, a lifetime guaranteed patch . Obviously not lifetime guaranteed.I can see why Jerry was so giddy with us because he sells shotty tires to people on a budget. The joy he has and the others as well shows how disgusting and unprofessional they are. They do not care about you.I will never ever come back here nor recommend this place to anyone.I rather spend more at a legitimate establishment.Photo below- look out for this type of patch/plug. Never called me and took 5 hours to get my tire done. I had to call them in order to figure out if my tire was done. A week later my tire popped. The office was gross and not very professional. I would not recommend. they were not very professional.

I wish I could give more stars because I would. It's been one hell of a morning but they took care of me, was super patient with me and everyone was so kind and helpful. I definitely will be doing more business here and telling everyone I know about the customer service. You guys are top notch! THANK YOU!

This has been one the best places I have ever went to get my tire repaired. The staff was professional, friendly and did not cut any corners on replacing my tire. The tire quality is AMAZING (considering its used!) and the cost is even better! A fraction of the cost for service that the big names can't ever give. If you need to change your tires in the Greater EL area, this is your place.

I've never used this place for tires because the two times I've called (about a year apart) they're always extremely rude. Cutting me off or having an attitude when I tell them what I need. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or what, but I'm not sure how they keep business if they answer all calls like they do mine.

My experience with this place was a total disaster. I m not even going to include all the details because I get mad just thinking about it. Of the four tires I bought they mounted three of them incorrectly. Only one holds air. So far I ve spent $50 getting two of them mounted and balanced again. When I called to talk to them about it the guy told me he was busy and hung up on me mid sentence. It s very clear that they couldn t care less about their jobs or doing them correctly. Extremely sloppy and unprofessional work

You gotta show up at a decent time or you might have to wait a while, but one you're in the bay they do good, quick work. Dress for the weather though, the waiting area is outdoors but partially covered and has seating.Prices are fair for sure.I've been coming here across 2 different cars, great place if you want used for sure.

I'll preface this review with one major takeaway: Jerry can kick rocks!I've been taking my seasonal and custom spec tires here for a few years now, and have never had an issue until this spring. I brought in a set of 205/50-17" tires to be mounted on my 17x7.5" rims. The wheels and tires were both loose and not being installed on my vehicle. Jerry still asked what vehicle they were going on, so I told him, paid my invoice, and waited patiently outside. A half hour later, Jerry came sauntering out, opened my vehicle in the parking lot without my consent, despite having no reason to do so since they weren't touching my car. He argued with me and couldn't decide if the tires were anywhere from 0.5"-1.5" shorter than the factory ones, and they wouldn't mount them. According to the manufacturer, the new tires I brought were designed to mount on a 7.5" wheel. Then he started trying to tell me that smaller tires would ruin my transmission-LIE!!! The tires and wheels are going on a FWD car with a manual transmission. When I asked if they were going to mount the tires or not, he instead opted to call his supervisor to ask if they could do it-and then lied to his supervisor on the phone right in front of me! He misrepresented the manufacturer minimum size as 225 width to make it seem like the tires were egregiously undersized. Instead of continuing to argue with Jerry the jerk, I asked for a refund and left. I wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't for his rudeness. Pretty unfortunate, considering the techs actually doing the work in the garages were awesome-enough so that I'd have been writing a stellar review had this gone differently.I've ran custom sized wheels and tires on dozens of vehicles over the last twenty years. Street cars, daily drivers, autocross and track cars and even a drift missile. I thought I had found a shop that would work with custom setups, but I guess I was wrong.

I have been coming here for about 15yrs these guys are freaking AMAZING.! Let s do this, bring these guys some lunch one day.! Too often people don t take the time to see what others do, even in the smallest ways, we all do a job to make the world go round. Take the time to say .. THANK YOU.! Jerry and the guys are really some of the best around! They always do their best work, give the best deals, and the customer service is great! You can't beat their prices anywhere in the area! I highly recommend them!

What a rip off, next time I'll just go to Discount tire and get new tires, $400 for used tires and they only but 2 on because there a bunch of pansies and don't know how to use a torch or how to take a tire off without a airgun. And to top it off why would you sell used tires and not know how to fix studs or even try, unbelievable.

They did me good I started a tire rotation Saturday complet 2 ran into a problem with a swollen lugnut came here Monday morning took the swollen nut off rotate the other 2 tires and everything was no charge thank you Tasmania Tire I appreciate you over the yearsRudolph Griffin 10/2/23

I usually have a good experience here. A month or so back I went and got new tires and they messed up my tire rod and in that resulted in my sway bar going as well. I called and told the manager of the store that my wheel wasn t turning and my car was shaking and he told me to come there and have it towed. Only for when I get there for the owner to tell me that I wasn t allowed to have my car towed there. I dealt with this all in the process of my mom passing the same week and was headed to go sign paperwork when this happened. Fast forward they denied it and I had my car towed to a repair shop that was a non biased shop only to find out they did cause the issue. The owner ended up paying for it and then told me if I had any issues to come back and he ll give me a deal on tires for the inconvenience. Fast forward to one of my tires completely goes and I go back for the manager to tell me that I was a risk and to say they watched the video and they were not the cause of the issue even though the imprint of their jack was on my tire rod. Then, the manager proceeded to say they didn t do it and even though they were accused of allegedly causing the issue and refused to service me. The manager was completely rude. This experience was completely horrific. I will also be filling a complaint with the BBB and also let s not forget my lug nuts were so loose my tire would have came off which the repair shop said if I would have gotten on the highway it would have been fatal. Not saying they don t offer great discounts, but also saying make sure they re not messing anything up.

I was recommended here by 4 of my coworkers, and I m really happy I went. Got there when they first opened this morning and was out in less than a hour. Very professional and I ll definitely be back again.

This place is amazing. Staff is very friendly and will work with you to make sure your taken care of, I came in last minute and they still helped me with a smile and made sure my ride was fixed.. highly recommend..

Very unorganized! Too many people going back and forth because somebody had to tell somebody else and then somebody else. Need walky talkies! Waited almost four hours to get one tire put on.
