The older gentleman is extremely rude. Definitely needs a lesson in respect for towards his customers. Younger gentleman is very kind and very professional. But got the job done. I would never go to a place with a lack of respect regardless of how well or fast the service is. Ever again. People like him makes me wish I never moved here.

I called last week because my extended warranty company recommended them. They told me to come in today Monday morning and when I show up the guy behind the desk says we can t even look at your car today I said can I make an appointment for when you can (after explaining I was told to come today) he says no we don t make appointments. I could leave my car and they could get to it in the next two weeks .the worst customer service and business plan I have ever saw. How do you do business without appointments? I would never recommend this place or do business here ever again! Thanks for nothing Swift motors! Called another place and they can get me a quote and a time frame by end of day .that s how you do business!!! The question below asks if I used this service, they wouldn t let me lol, but what a blessing they didn t!!!

I'd give this place a below zero rating if I could. Worst service and repairs in history. They couldn't care less if they get it right - and if you confront them, they'll put the blame on you for their shoddy repairs. They don't deserve to stay in business.That being said, they do have a few mechanics who care about their customers and go the extra mile. Their talents are wasted in this slipshod place.Service: Air conditioning

I needed some newer (used) tires for my car. The tires I got from them look practically brand new and two for only $60 out the door!They got me right in and were done in less than an hour too. I will define back for future work on my car.

I pulled into this business today in order to turn around and go back the opposite direction. It is a busy area and I did not see that they had multiple signs stating no u turn until after I had already pulled in. As I was trying to pull out the owner came running out to my vehicle and began to curse and yell at me. I explained to him I was sorry(3x), didn t see the sign, and had never done it before. He continued to curse and yell even after I explained I had my two young children in the back seat of the car. He stated he didn t care. I finally got frustrated and yelled goodbye rolling up my window to pull out. He then decided to KICK my car. If this is the way this guy handles problems I can t imagine he is a good organization to do business with. I understand his frustration with me using his lott to turn around, but after apologizing and explaining ..his behavior was unwarranted. I would suggest staying away from this man and give your business to someone more level headed.

Had my car serviced here. Was treated very well. They were patient with me asking questions. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. I will be going back if future service on any of my vehicles is needed.

Stay clear of this place. They target the poor put them in a car that causes more problems than if a person were to just take a bus. I get as is and that s what you stand by. But what about the moral clause? A person give you their hard earned money in the expectation of at lease being able to drive for a few months with no issue. But to have an engine go out after sinking a ton of money in other repairs. This is not good business.

I started going there because I was very unhappy with the place I was using. They do a great job! Old car and this is my second service. I am due for another one next week. Nice people. This must be what it feels like to have your pocket picked. They deliberately omitted certain charges when they gave me the quote over the phone knowing full well I wouldn't have agreed to pay 75$ for a headlight bulb to be replaced along with other work they were doing. (Its a 10$ part and requires no tools to replace on my truck, it takes seconds). He made it sound like a courtesy since I was spending several hundred dollars for another repair. That's on me, I should have asked. I looked at the invoice when it was time to pay. I asked him to justify the 75$ charge for something that takes less than a minute to replace and all he said was "you agreed to the quote over the phone". I said I didn't want to pay for that, I even took the bulb out a tried to give it back to him (took 15 seconds to take out)He said again "you agreed to the quote over the phone". I asked him if they were willing to sacrifice any future business from me over a disputed 75$, and his coworker standing behind him said "yup". This is a typical seedy garage that gives a bad rap to honest mechanics out there. I hope to find one someday. These guys are unethical, try someone else

I've have a few vehicles and a few drivers. Unfortunately stuff happens. Swift to the rescue every time. One thing I will say is that their prices are reasonable, every driver is different and I think it's pretty much up to them how to charge you. So hopefully you get a driver on a slow day in a good mood. Either way I would still call them because they are honest about their arrival times and have never left me stranded.

When I went to drop off my vehicle, on the Monday afternoon before my appointment that I had made 5 days prior because they said it was the earliest I could get it in, I was not greeted with a hello or how can I help you but with a "We can't fit anymore in this week". I said I had an appointment and he told me to check back in later in the week. NO! I made an appointment and your turning me down for service because you're busy?! Don't take you're vehicle here just to save some money.

I had my vehicle towed here based on a friends recommendation. It is an older gm pick up truck.Turns out it needed an engine. They were able to locate a used engine for me at a very reasonable price. The labor was reasonable as well. The technician was very good and paid close attention to detail. This wasn't just a motor swap, he fixed anything that he found wrong or warn, took time to fix wire harnesses and swapped over my new starter. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Mark in the front office was excellent and completely transparent. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend Swift Motors for any mechanical work.

We were driving home from Christmas dinner and we suddenly lost the entire front wheel while traveling at 75 an hour. We luckily made it to the shoulder the road safely. While trapped on the side of a very busy highway, Brian showed up before our scheduled wait time. He immediately ensured the safety of my girlfriend and I...AND our little French Bulldog....he saw that we were both really shaken up and he very calmly instructed us to get out of the vehicle on the passengers side to avoid getting struck by oncoming traffic. He assessed the situation, professionally explained what the process of towing our vehicle and then very efficiently and carefully pulled our disabled vehicle onto the back of his truck!With temps below freezing...Brian saw that my girlfriend was inadequately dressed to be in that type of weather and insisted that she and our little puppy go get into his truck where it was warm and safe.He drove us to the service center, engaging us in very polite and genuine friendly conversation. He dropped our vehicle at the service center and ensured that we had reliable transportation back to our home. Brian deserves 5 stars and a huge pat on the back...he went above and beyond just a tow truck service call. THANKS BUDDY!! We will definitely recommend Swift towing to all our friends and family!

I walked in today and received the rudest most condescending treatment by an older man. No hello, how can I help you...just starred at me until I walked up to him to tell him about the issue I was having. He had no communication skills at all, his facial expression was very stand offish and he basically told me I need to call on Monday to see I could even get an appointment.After reading the other reviews and my experience today, I will take my business elsewhere.

Got my vehicle fixed here due to them working with my claims company (my car is so new so the fix was under warranty). I got a call the following day saying my car was fixed so I went to pick my vehicle up. My car did not even make it home and the same issue happened, except worse this time. Now my car will barely even start. Clearly the issue was not fixed. Glad I did not have my 18 month old son with me when my car would not run and was smoking due to something that should have been fixed.

These guys are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Prices are always fair and they are always very prompt. Drivers are courteous and professional, and Kurt, the owner is always friendly. He is always willing to go above and beyond. Thanks Swift Towing for all of your help ALWAYS!!

Called for a tow on a Tuesday afternoon was quoted an hour wait. Received an automated call that my driver will be there in 5 minutes about 10 minutes after the quoted time. Now an hour and 15 minutes in to it, I called the dispatcher and he told me the driver was only five minutes away. 30 minutes later I called back because the driver had still not shown. I was told that he was delayed on his last trip. He would be there in 5 minutes. Then received a phone call from the driver saying he would be there in 10 minutes. So my 1 hour quote turn into a two-hour wait for a toe that was 1.4 miles. possibly the worst quote time completion and dedication I've ever seen. I understand if you're busy and I need to wait but don't tell me 5 minutes and then take 45. If given the choice of tow company I would never use Swift Towing again, because Swift is the last thing that this tow company is.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The guy arrived here and was rude to begin with. He then tried to hook up our truck from the back and dented the back bumper. He literally asked us (my boss and I) if we could crawl under and take off the dryshaft for him, because he didn't want to get wet. When we asked if he could hook it up from the front he said, " it isn't as easy as it looks". When he finally hooked up the truck, he didn't even come into the office. We gave them specific directions to call us to get a credit card when they were done and instead they made our mechanic pay for it... Did I mention that when he was backing up at our mechanics house he hit his garage and blew out our new tire that we just had put on about a week ago!!! We called the office and they won't warranty the tire and they won't credit us back for the awful tow service, even though we have pictures of the damage and camera footage of the idiot hooking up the truck incorrectly!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!

When I called Swift Towing to help get my car out of the ditch during the last snow storm, the owner responded to my call himself and he was SO friendly, and courteous. He was patient with me and made sure my car was towed securely and I felt alot better about my car getting to the repair shop and he made sure I understood what to expect. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

When I went here to get my tire changed they were all very cheerful and patient with me they have so many services to offer. Pretty much whatever you need to get done to your vehicle you can get it done there. I do know that I will be back sooner than later. :)

Got a call from them two minutes after I got off the phone with Progressive. They were there in 10 minutes. Fastest response I've seen with anybodyHad another toll from them today October 8th and they were here far ahead of the scheduled time. Professional and courteous. These guys are great

My BMW had dropped the driveshaft one afternoon. I made a call to Swift Towing and they will have my car within 20 minutes. You guys were really courteous and took the real concerned about traveling with my car safely. I appreciate Swift and they will continue to get my business.

I had a hard time communicating with them. This is mostly on me since I live out of town. It seemed like there was a diagnosis and by the time we were done there was a second diagnosis which raised the price more than I was expecting. However, they were super professional and very polite and nice to work with. We will go back.

Marc was extremely nice, thorough, and efficient. Was cold, and rain/snow mix tonight, but he didn t complain and had a great attitude. They were earlier than the quoted time which is much appreciated since the first company the insurance sent didn t show.

If I could give 0 stars I would . I don't recommend this company to anyone. I'm currently in a ditch on the side of the highway .. I called at 5:47am and nobody is still here and it's currently 7:35 . So I've been waiting 2 hours and the dispatch and driver called and said they couldn't find me ??? I give them an exact location and they can't find me . Doesn't make sense . So now I'm waiting on a different tow company to come get me now

Kurt and his staff are reliable and honest, and they care about their customers. They provide full service repairs in their shop, and they also sell used cars that they have inspected and certified for sale. Good guys. I recommend.

Had my truck towed here. These guys had my truck for a week never got it in the shop, it was always tomorrow or later today we ll get it in. Ended up having to pay another towing place to come get it and take it elsewhere. It s hard to support local when things like this happen.

Had multiple experiences with Swift and have been satisfied every time. Good work done in a very quick time at a very reasonable price. I definitely feel I can trust these guys.
