Customer service is very short and not entirely accommodating when more than one person is in the store. Used to be a great place. Not sure what happened. Management has gone downhill;!

Great service! It was my daughter and myself and they took very good care of us. I have already spread the word and would recommend them! A huge thank you to these guys for being our heroes! Also, thank you for being open on Memorial day

Had to get brake pads and rotors for vehicle. I wasn't happy they did not have them in stock, however not surprised since vehicle is over 20 years old. They ordered the parts and said they would be available to pick up the following morning. Great customer service.

I had a headlight bulb out and went to O'Reilly's. After I bought the bulb I asked the gentleman if he would help me change it out. Dario was nice and pleasant! He changed the bulb for me in the rain! Exceptional service! If I could give a 100 stars I would!! Thank you so much!!

Most helpful place to buy parts, fluids, or anything concerning automotive products. The guys in there are the nicest and are willing to answer any question you have as well as advice on anything. I will continue to be a faithful customer rather than going to the trashy AutoZone across the street where the people are lazy, and I'd be impressed if they could change an air filter. This O'Reilly auto parts shop even had a replacement window seal for my 1985 Chevrolet Sprint (a very rare model). I have been pleased every single time with their courtesy and how knowledgeable they are. Great place!

I went to use their computer that attaches to the OBD 2 to connector to see why a engine light is coming on.. they were extremely helpful, and nice. I used the machine to check for codes and everything worked perfectly. Also, because of covid-19 pandemic, they will not hook the computer up for you. That's understandable. However, they will let you use the computer to do it yourself. If you're unfamiliar with the codes produced by the machine, they will help interpret it for you.Please click on my photo to view other reviews.

They have parts and gaskets that other places selling kits. So you don't have to buy the whole kit. You can just buy the one piece you need. They beat mostly everybody's price and staff is very knowledgeable.

Store is always clean. Helpful and kind employees.Except Carrie. Worst Customer service and doesn't even wear her uniform.

The shift manager Mike at the Delhi township store lied to me and told me that my core deposit would be back the same day and upon calling another store I found out that was not true.
