Fast , accurate and meticulous work. I brought in customized 4-wheel alignment specs for my Corvette and they nailed them to a tenth of a degree. The cost of the service was quite reasonable, considering that it was 2.5 hour job. Communication was first rate, and as we ran into technical issues, we discussed it and came up with a plan to get around it. Super knowledgeable, it's great to know there is another shop in town that I can trust for suspension, alignment, and brake work.

I was very pleased. I have been going to Hold alignment for many years. I trust these people. That's why I bring my vehicles to them. It's getting to the point that you don't know sometimes who to take your things to but like I said I trust them On my vehicles.

They have good stars and good ratings for a reason. Honest people, fair price, they let me know what was all wrong with my vehicle and still fixed it the way I wanted it for now. It was in and out within the day and my vehicle drives like it's new.

Holt Auto Alignment is the only place I will take my vehicle for alignment, brakes, or front end repairs. Family run business with VERY experienced mechanics. Friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable.A real rarity in these days of shoddy workmanship and dishonesty. It's a step back in time in a very good way.I'm giving them 6 stars. These people saved my car. Not only did they tell me what was wrong with it, they brought me out to the shop and taught me what each part is and how it was installed wrong by the previous mechanic. My car finally feels safe to drive and after some garage general repairs she should be essentially brand new. Rates werw pretty reasonable and they are very understanding due to years of experience. I will be returning to them for a subframe replacement when the funds can build up for a few weeks. 10/5 starts, they went above and beyond to not only solve the issue but show me what needs to be fixed next and why. Keep up the great work, you've earned a lifetime customer.

When I called they were great scheduled me right away. They were honest said there would be a 40 dollar fee if anything needed to be fixed and I decided not to get the work done sounds fair. So went in nothing needed to be done because I've been fixing everything my self I've done the hole suspension. Guy looked at it came to me explained everything said it would be 150 for the alignment. I said great let's do it they did it I paid left got in the wheels were straight and the steering wheel was straight finally. I went to 4 other shops Firestone,tire pros in Charlotte,l&s in Charlotte and good year they all got the wheels straight but everytime my steering wheel would be crooked thank you holt auto alignment you did a great job and wish I would have found you soonerService: Wheel alignment

These guys were great! Took their time, made sure it was done right! Great customer service. 40+ years of experience. Went through and explained every little detail. Would definitely, definitely recommend! I will absolutely be returning and using them for car maintenance!

Excellent repair shop! I've been to many automotive repair shops over the years. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. Glenn did my alignment on my truck, hands down the best alignment job I've had! Very thorough and spot on. Gave me a detailed explanation of the adjustments made to my vehicle. Excellent, friendly service! I had a tire blow out on my newer Jeep Grand Cherokee and limped it home. After getting the tire replaced, I noticed I needed an alignment. I was given a reasonable estimate before making an appointment and was told that there may be factors that would increase the price and we discussed those factors and prices. I was told if they couldn't do the alignment safely and I didn't want them to fix any additional issues, I would pay a diagnostic fee. That said, they did my alignment and the amount I paid was that of the estimate they gave me. They showed me everything before and after fixing. I will definitely be back when needed!

Holt Auto Alignment did a great job on aligning my husband's vehicle after new tires. They took the car in on time and did the alignment in a timely fashion. They also took the time to explain a few things to meabout tire pressure for better gas mileage. Great experience! Highly recommend.Service: Wheel alignment

First impression on the phone was very professional so I made the appointment. After meeting face-to-face and talking about the work to be done I felt at ease knowing that I am going to have the work done by honest people. Called this morning from belle tires parking lot after being quoted almost $350 to replace two front brake pads and rotors, not only did this establishment save me $120 but they made me feel good about doing business with them! Staff extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, prices are affordable, and it was done quick and efficient! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing auto service!

Customer service goes a long way, that s crucial in a small business. Had an alignment done the service techs seem to do a good job on fixing the issue.A hello how can we help you is a great way to welcome your customers. Not Mask or do you have a mask. I would recommend this place if they have a drop box for keys.

I have gone here with multiple vehicles and am always so glad I did. They provide clear estimates that are very fairly priced. I trust all their work and have never regretted taking a vehicle here. I recommend to all my friends that need alignment, brakes or steering work done.

I have a 2003 Jaguar X-Type Limited Edition. For the last three years I spent over $1000 trying to get rid of a terrible shake on my front end. I read about Holt Auto Alignment and decided to take my car to them. The result was outstanding. They were able to fix my car for less than I had budget. I thanked the guys over and I recommend everyone I know to go there.

The gentlemen that I made an appointment with was super nice and the gentleman that worked on my car was really good! The man that waited on me however when I got there to drop my car off was a complete jerk!!! I was treated and talked to very poorly! He needs to learn how to talk to customers. For the most part, my car drives way better now. He did a good job and was nice as well. If it wasn't for the jerk I would give 5 stars. The way a customer is treated means alot as does the quality of a job being performed.

So grateful for the dedication and honesty of the team at Holt Auto Alignment. They have become my regular shop over the past few years and have given me trustworthy recommendations when I've needed service done that they did not specialize in. I always know my car is in the best hands whenever there is an issue.

After receiving excuses from multiple Belle Tire locations on why an alignment "wasn't possible" I took my lowered car to Holt Auto. They put in the extra effort getting everything in the front end dialed in to exact specifications and even saved me $40! Holt Auto put in the extra time and effort necessary to adjust parts that Belle Tire "couldn't reach" and I strongly recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right the first visit. A++

If you are looking for a good alignment (and most anything chassis related) shop then this is the place. You won't find a more honest group of guys that will tell you the truth about what exactly needs to be done to your vehicle. I've been a customer since the early 1990's.

I've been going to Holt Auto since 1972, when I owned a Toyota. The dealership sent me to Holt Auto for a front end alignment, since they couldn't do it themselves. I've been going back ever since, and I've never been disappointed. They have done the brake and alignment work on all my vehicles for over 30 years. Their prices are very fair, and sometimes I even get out without a charge when I go in for an inspection and they don't find anything wrong!

Good experience! I went there for the $55 front end alignment, which I always dread since half the time an alignment shop tries to hassle you into getting a bunch of other work done. But... they did the $55 alignment hassle free! Thanks guys!

Had work done on a 19 YO Buick LaSabre with 158,000 miles. Was told all along the process on what issues were found in struts, shocks, brakes, etc. Was offered what could be held off, what needed immediate attention. When I said I wanted to move forward on items, was offered best choice and money saving choices. I liked that very much. Since I drive from DeWitt to Jackson everyday, I chose to address everything with the best parts possible, as I am hoping to get another 100,000 out of this car. It drives like a dream again.

I watched youtube videos of people doing allignments at home and then I watched a few videos of profesionals doing the same job and explaining how each model car has different adjustments I decided to take it to the local experts and glad I did.Car drives straight again and they even printed out a diagram with all the adjustments they did to the exact degree of camber,caster and toe settings.Service: Wheel alignment
