Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. The job was done quickly and professionally, and it was almost $100 cheaper than Safelite. I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor to anyone.

Guess the only thing I can say positive is that I do have a window where I didn t previously have one. I feel like it was a rushed job and incomplete. Instead of soldering my defrost back on like it was to begin with they glued it and then unhooked it and told me not to use it for a week so the glue can dry. Come back if I wanted them to hook it back up, drive another 40 miles for them to hook it back up when it would of taken five minutes to solder it and it would of been done the correct way. On top of that the adhesive they used was way too thick and my window bulges out and doesn t match up with the door right next to it. Don t know what to do now because I m scared to take it back and have that same guy work on it. He for sure didn t care about the quality of his work. If he would of looked at it afterwards he would of seen every issue I was talking about.

The price was less than the competition, you know the nationwide one that has terrible customer support reputation, and these guys have a great customer support reputation. I would only give four stars just because I hate how expensive all this stuff is, but the company themselves is five star.

I recently had a windshield replaced by Glass Doctor in Holt. Their service and communication was very efficient and professional and the staff was friendly. This was priced fairly and I would go there again for glass any car glass issues.

I am very impressed with this company. I chose them because they quoted the best price for windshield replacement, recalibration, and new wipers. It took about an hour from when I dropped my car off for them to have everything done. The cost also included a 1 year warranty. Windsheild looks great. For reference they quoted me about 500 dollars LESS than safelite and the deal included way more then other companies had to offer.

Dane was very communicative and punctual. He had the window changed in just a few hours. Even discussed with me some concerns he had beyond the window replacement itself. I highly recommend Glass Doctor for all your window replacement needs!

I had a wonderful experience with Glass Doctor. Costumer service was excellent, friendly & service was prompt, they came to my home the very next day, pricing was very affordable as well. Trevor replaced my kitchen window, he was very friendly, polite & just an all around great guy. He did a great job, was quick & clean, was even worried about my cat getting out of the house :). I would highly recommend Glass Doctor & will definitely be using them again in the future!

Great service!! I had a crack in my windshield with an unknown cause so a couple weeks ago I called around for rates for a replacement and Glass Doctor was the cheapest but had great customer service!! I called last week to schedule and the gentleman said he would order the parts and thanked me for my business. They came to my workplace and repaired it in a half hour, went over everything I needed to know, (I was able to pay via card) and the technician shook my hand before heading out! Very polite, efficient, quick and helpful!!

Absolutely a 5-star business for all of your glass needs. We had two large broken windows in our home that Trevor fixed perfectly. Great service, quality product, and quick installation. We will definitely be using them for all of our future glass-related needs. Price was also very fair and competitive.

Trevor did an excellent job, from measurement all the way through installation and cleanup. The windows look fantastic! Trevor explained everything and answered my many questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and skill all exceeded my expectations. Lily at the office also provided top-notch customer service. I fully recommend Trevor, Lily, and Glass Doctor of Lansing MI.

Trevor was very competent, helpful, and kind. He treated my kids with respect and gladly answered their many questions. He came to our house and gave us a reasonable quote and installed the glass a little over a week later. The person I spoke with at the office was also very helpful and kind. Great customer service.

We were in search of a company to replace some windows and chose the Glass Doctor. What a great company. We spoke with Lily initially to set up the in home appointment. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Trevor came and measured the windows. Again very professional and pleasant. Today Trevor and Mike came and replaced the windows. Very efficient and professional. These two guys replaced 12 windows in 2.5 hours and then cleaned them. Great job from Glass Doctor!

I needed two windows replaced in my home. I found the Glass Doctor though an Internet search and decided to call. I was able to get an appointment right away for window measuring. My windows were in the next week. Trevor came out both times. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had my new windows installed in less than an hour. I would recommend this company for their prompt customer service, their pricing and their workmanship.

Super friendly, the installation technician Trevor was able to give me a quote over the phone and was right on the money with his quote. He was also super friendly and did a great job on the install, you would never know I had one of my windows worked on looks just like the rest of the house. I would recommend them for any of your glass related needs. Awesome job!!

We are repeat customers of glass doctor. Trevor was our service tech both times and was awesome! He was considerate of our home and very efficient. We requested a courtesy call to be sure to be home, he was more than happy to accommodate our request. We would recommend their service to anyone for fast efficient service.

Trevor was an excellent Technician. Not only was he early, but he was professional and courteous! I would recommend Glass Doctor to everyone with repair or installation needs! What an excellent company! Trevor provided excellent service and the replacement was good quality and reasonably priced.

Trevor was super friendly and was able to tell us exactly what we needed to get fixed and gave us a great price. He offered to fix our old storm windows as well which made it much easier for my Dad. When he came to fix my door window, he finished in about 15 minutes and even offered to clean the mess it made. Definitely recommend them for future glass repairs!

I called to get a quote for a windshield replacement and the price was very reasonable compared to other glass repair company's in the area. However, I was not ready to schedule an appointment at that time because I needed to get some finances in order first. When I called back one week later to make an appointment, I was told that the original person I spoke with misquoted me on the price and that the service will be more expensive. When I questioned why, I was told they would call me back after talking with my dealership... No call back... I called again a day later to follow up and was once again told they would call me back with more info...Nothing. After waiting and waiting for a call back, I decided to take my business elsewhere. This company really needs to work on their communication skills and be more transparent when it comes to pricing. I genuinely felt like they did not want my business.

The price was the best of all the quotes I had received and I had experience with them in the past. Everything went fine during the appointment, but I have two complaints. The tech left a mess in the driveway from removing the old glass. I had to pick up clips, plastic, and other pieces of scrap after the tech left. The most disappointing aspect of the entire visit was the softball sized oil stain the tech's van left in my driveway. Immediately after the tech left I call the office to report the oil stain on my driveway. The representative l spoke to, I think her name is Deanna, told me that the vehicle has been having issues and needing serviced for awhile and that they would get it in. I told her that is great, but if there is a known issue with their service vehicle that they shouldn't park in customer's driveways. I reiterated that I'm now left with massive oil stain to try and remove, to which she apologized but didn't offer to have a manager follow-up for any potential resolution . After three days of scrubbing and purchasing multiple products I was able to get most of the stain removed, but this isn't something any customer should have to go through when rendering payment to a company for services.

Glass Doctor provided terrific customer service from the initial appointment setup to the installation of three large windows in our house. They were extremely friendly and polite. Three men came to install the windows. They were highly professional, offered to wear booties from marring the flooring, and cleaned up after the install. It has been several weeks and we have enjoyed the clarity of the new windows and the improved warmth in their vicinity. The price seems to be extremely fair and competitive. A neighbor, who walked by during the install, later told us we got a great price for the windows. He had several large windows replaced while still under warranty and still paid more than us. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Lansing.

I had the best experience with this company. On 8/14/15, Trevor from glass doctor met me at my office parking lot and repaired the crack in my windshield right then and there. He was so polite and was a pleasure to be around. He had my windshield repaired in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor to anyone.

I recently had a basement window repaired getting ready for the sale of our house. Lily, in customer service was very pleasant and timely with answering questions, to scheduling the install. Trevor was my technician, who was very personable and professional. He came out and measured and when the glass came in he installed it and made sure that I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future

Sadly I was only using this service as I was moving away to fix a window before i sold my house. Mike and Trevor were amazing and kept me informed throughout the process and told me whats next. Price was probably a little better than the competition who didn't have time for me but Glass Doctor made time for me. Everyone on their team that I had contact with from beginning to end was a true professional. Like i said I would do business with them again and recommend them to everyone if I had not moved out of the state. Thank you guys!
