I was beyond happy with my experience with Criag's Auto Body. My car was ready before promised and I truly felt as though my car was new again when they returned it to me because of the amazing detailed condition it was in. Not only was the outside like new, but the inside was totally detailed as well! The staff was helpful and kind. I highly recommend Craig's Auto Body!

I had work done on my 2016 Ford Focus RS. Currently parts are hard to come by because of supply chain issues so it may take a while to get parts in if parts are required. That isn't a Craig's issue. I've run into that at other auto repair facilities and parts stores. Craig's had my vehicle for about two weeks longer than expected because part of the initial job they did didn't meet their quality standards and they wanted to redo part of it. I told them I would rather they do it right than do it fast. When I got my vehicle it was perfect. I have a paint job that is difficult to match and they matched it perfectly. The car drove great. They had aligned all 4 wheels. In case you can't tell Craig's gets my highest recommendation.

The team at Craig's Auto Body is awesome. I went there because a deer wanted a closer look at my classic 1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible. Upon approaching, perhaps the deer realized it had more important things to do and kept running. The end result was a smashed front grill, and radiator amongst other things. From the first phone contact to the moment my car was picked up at my home, I was given the ultimate in first class treatment. A very professional and nice lady named Cristi Setzer took care of my professional needs from start to finish. Given that my car was 52 years old and a high end classic, getting replacement parts would not be easy and required quite an undertaking. I was assured that my car was in good hands and that this team would do everything necessary to make things right. Ms. Cristi was not only polite, pleasant and professional, but provided regular updates via email and phone calls. As one could imagine, there are a lot of dust particles in the air of a paint and body shop and this team did a lot to protect my very expensive convertible top and my beautifully well cared for leather interior. I was very pleased to learn that my car was covered by a body cast of plastic while in their care. It appeared that only the front of the car was exposed during servicing for the purpose of servicing. I am so pleased with the service that was provided and would highly recommended this body shop to anyone, especially if they own a high-end classic car. Thank you Ms. Cristi and Craig's Auto Body.

They did not lock my car when I asked them to. Manager was very disrespectful, my belongings were not found in the condition I left them in, horrible service disrespectful staff horrible security. Do not have your car sent here.

They did an exceptional job o. my car. Replaced the entire front bumper cover at a very reasonable rate with high quality painting and workmanship. I had a wonderful experience. The moment you walk in you are welcomed by the shop dog and she is the sweetest thing. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I would recommend to Craigs Auto Body Shop to friends and family.

They did a great job with my car. Matched new fender to original paint perfectly! They sent it off for an alignment also, and even detailed my car for me. They waited until they had everything they would need to repair my car so I wasn't without for too long. All the staff we communicated with were very friendly and helpful. Work was excellent and I wasn't expecting the inside to have been detailed and cleaned as well so that was an added bonus. Plus the little Keychain flashlight my wife and I fought over.

These guys are awesome! nice clean office with a very friendly staff including MILLIE the office dog! but the work they did on my car was excellent! and my car was so nice and clean when I picked it up ! I highly recommend this place, and my car was only there a couple days. Thank you so much!!

I had a great experience with Craig's. Mr David is absolutely kind. They retouched some details on the doors of my car at not extra cost! My car was nice and clean both inside and outside, it looks brand new again :) I recommend them with no reservations!

I have had several vehicles repaired here and have been completely satisfied every time! The work is always impeccable. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I could I give them negative stars I would ! All they care about is the money! They lie to you and try and backtrack no one can agree on anything they had my car over three months and not even a week of having it back my car is back at another body shop fixing their mistakes the girl in the office is so very rude and admitted the money was what mattered to them the mostService: Body & Trim

I had the misfortune to be sitting in a Meijer parking lot when a zoned out lady ran right into my tail end....Thankfully I had good insurance and was able to take my vehicle where I wanted. I was referred to Craigs by a few others and I couldn't have been happier! Clisty in the office kept me up to date on everything going on and they even worked with the insurance company to keep it under the cap so it wouldn't have to be totalled. When I got my van back it was beautifully cleaned to boot! All in all, they were pretty amazing!

I have been getting work done at Craig's for years. Most recently they did a wonderful job on the tailgate for my 2008 GMC Sierra! Great service, great experience, I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Craig's Auto Body Shop saved me! I had tried wet sanding my paint and buffing out imperfections on my SUV myself and scratched it to what I thought was beyond repair. They immediately started work on it and within a few hours it was good as new! Their service was the best I've ever had and their prices can't be beat!

Amazing place. Unfortunately I have had 2 pretty bad accidents (not my fault) and they totally made sure everything was fixed and given back to me looking even better than before. They really took the stress out of the situation. They walked me thru everything and kept me in the loop of progress. Love them!
