Review is being based off of the service department if zero stars was a choice that's what they would get! We have called numerous times for my vehicle to be looked at with no return calls. We got in contact with our sales guy Austin to see what was going on. Austin had my car picked up within the next few days with a rental. Service had my car for a week. And couldn't find anything wrong with it. I get that happens, but when returning my vehicle to me they never put my car back together I called and spoke to crystal and she said I don't know why anything would be on your floor all the did was test drive your vehicle. So they charged me for services they never even looked at. Also i asked Crystal to speak to a manager and she did not like that and hung up on me. My husband called the ford dealership close to us and he said all he needed was our VIN to our car and he can look on the ford app to see if anything was done to my vehicle. Nothing was done and my car was showing a bunch of codes. Needless to say I will never use the service department again. I will give all the credit to Austin our sales guy he has went above and beyond and deserves 5 stars along with Nick In the finance department.

Amazing Experience! I worked with Joe Hawlik throughout the whole process and his service was phenomenal. Between Joe and the Szott team, the process of buying a car was better than I could have ever expected. Thank you Joe and Team Szott for working so diligently to help get my family into our new car! We had the opportunity to work with Jake Warner at Szott Ford in Holly. We found Jake easy to work with, no high sales pressure and willing to work with you to get what you want. We had a couple of small issues that Jake jumped in and resolved immediately. Nick in the finance dept was equally comfortable to work with. Scott Ford is a great dealership from a purchasing perspective.

Shane Rowe was amazing to work with. He was patient with me for 2 months while I was trying to decide which vehicle I wanted. He was informative, attentive, and not pushy at all. Additionally he brought me 4 different vehicles to test drive and I never had to step foot in the shop. He went above and beyond for me and even matched the price of another dealer to get me the best deal! This was the best treatment I have received in 20 years of buying/leasing vehicles.

We just purchased a new Ford F350 super duty pick-up yesterday evening. We could not be happier with the truck and the service that the staff gave during the purchase. The new truck is amazing and we love driving it. Our salesman Shane Rowe was very welcoming and accommodating from the second we walked into the sales room! Shane and all of the other staff made sure they answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with the new truck we selected. I absolutely recommend Szott Ford for your next new vehicle and go see Shane Rowe.

Made an appointment via Ford app for an oil change, Brandon took care of me. I mentioned a noise my brakes were making, he identified the problem and had it repaired the same day. He even had my car delivered to my home. Excellent customer service!!!

Very thorough service. I had an electrical issue in my F150 which is the toughest thing to diagnose, found the issues, and repaired it perfectly. Kyle, assistant service manager was great he went above and beyond to help me. I needed a loaner to get my kids off to school and he hooked me up. Overall great service!

Exceptional customer service. Antony and the dealership went above and beyond. They coordinated with my travel plans to purchase a Bronco. They sent someone to picked me up from my hotel and bring me to the dealership. My purchase went flawless. I could not have asked for a better experience and will purchase another Bronco or truck from them in the future.

We ve had the pleasure of working with Jake for our last couple of cars, and he never lets us down. Even before our leases are up, he is searching high and low for the best deal he can get us. He is so enjoyable and fun, and we truly enjoy going to visit him at the dealership. He takes care of us like we are family. The whole staff at Szott has been wonderful, but like a good neighbor, Jake from Szott Ford is there! Won t go to anyone else when looking for a car

I brought my car in in September 2023. I had just bought it two months ago from a different dealership and as I was driving down the highway the engine failed. So I had it towed to you guys because I ve heard so many good things about you and boy were they ever the opposite. Kyle and Scott From the service department were rude and impatient They seemed to not have enough time to try to get this fixed. They were dealing with a warranty company and I understand and after the first two months I was given a loaner car after I had already paid $800 for a rental. So then they worked with the warranty company they had some issues with it, and supposedly the engine is fixed. However, I got a call yesterday from Keith the new service manager and he stated that we had fallen through the cracks and my car has been done for quite some time and I needed to bring the loaner car back ASAP. I had been in contact with Emily about the loaner car. Her words were when we get to the mileage you were told , and if you go over, don t worry about it we are going to fix it when we get to it. So then Kyle calls me and states if I do not have the loaner car back by 6 PM tonight they would call it in as a stolen car. I cannot even believe the rudeness and harshness of your service team. I was informed when I picked up the vehicle by Keith that my catalytic converter was not good it was performing for now but it would need to be done in the future and my catalytic converter was fine when I towed it in back in September. So all in all they had my car for four months made me pay $700 and threatened to have me arrested for stealing a loaner car that they gave me so I would not recommend you guys to anybody for anything. I wouldn t even send somebody to your dealership to ask for directions. I ve actually been in contact with the lawyer about this because that is uncalled for , so thank you for the opportunity to let you know how I felt

Scott the service manager at the time was terrible, started our repair telling us that he wouldn t accept our car for repair because our warranty was expiring soon and it was fraud.Our engine then had 2 bad cylinders and he took over 3 months to get the repair done before finally being fired. The GM Steve had to get involved and finally got him to do his job and got us a rental since our Ford warranty only covered it for 10 days.After a follow up with the GM he was apologetic and like I said had been very helpful when the problem was brought to him. The new service manager we dealt with during the return of the vehicle seems to be more personable and caring.

The price I paid for the repairs needed was extremely fair. Great communication and best of all they delivered my vehicle directly to my house!! Excellent service! I will return if I need additional repairs and would definitely recommend.

I directly dealt with Joe Hawlik. He was great. I came for a specific pre-owned vehicle. He was direct and down to earth. I probably bought the cheapest car on the lot and he still had it delivered to me over a half an hour away. I had a question after the sale was completed and he still went out of his way to get an answer for me. I truly appreciate that level of service. We need more guys like him in customer service.On the other hand, there were several associates standing around and listening to a middle aged woman employee continually complain about an issue she had with a customer. I have worked in customer service, I do get how hard it can be and I understand complaining with coworkers who will know what you're going through. I DO get it. But it comes off as slightly ghetto and unprofessional to do it within earshot of customers.All in all a good experience, nonetheless.

Called on Szott for a recall bushing and battery replacement, which takes some disassembly time to replace. Removing the cowl and wipers to get to the battery makes it a little tricky and time consuming. Every step of the process was flawless. No reservation, waited less than an hour, and the price was below every other garage estimate. Never had a better dealership experience. Some great people who know what's up.

Great dealership. We worked with Jake Warner and he helped us get into a new Explorer! He was great to work with and made the whole process a breeze! He even scheduled for my lease to be picked up from our house after our purchase. We will definitely be using him for our future car needs. I had a significant breakdown of my car and had it towed into Szott Ford over a weekend. By Monday morning I got a call from the Service Department with an initial assessment of the issue and a realistic forecast of when their techs would be available for a deeper evaluation. This was my first time at this dealership.Scott Hall the Service Manager did an excellent job of keeping me updated as to the assessment and advocated on my behalf with regards to a third party warranty company. Having his experience working for me was very appreciated. Scott made the experience of a overly-complex warranty company's process very manageable and I was very impressed with his continued customer support of updates and steady progress in a situation not of his making.Ultimately, when we settled the warranty issues, he and his crew completed the work in a timely manner and I am pleased with the work. It was a huge job and they did the work correctly the first time. I would highly recommend using Scott's service department. He understands customer service. I will continue to drive past the Ford dealership that is closer to my home to get that customer service provided by Szott.

I have limited experience with Ford service departments but Szott's won my trust in the past and I chose to tow my vehicle 11 miles to them recently rather than one that was only a couple miles away. I appreciate professionalism and businesses that put the customer first. Szott's left me with the same impression again and I will continue to use them as a preferred service provider.

Tom helped me extend my lease while I ordered a new truck very fast and friendly serviceAnd the finance department was awesome no pressure about warrantees and add onsI was in the auto business for 30 yearsAnd preached about integrity, honesty, and take care of people and this place understands this love my new truck! I WILL BE BACK ! Looking for a used car for the wife ! FYI the new truck prepCould do a better job cleaning before delivering it s not bad but take it to the next level in your business! I'll never buy another Ford, and neither should you. Don't shop at Szott Ford, in fact don't buy a Ford. That can't be trusted. I'd like to thank Jim Farley and his " Truth in pricing" policy. Where you can order a vehicle, get a set price then wait 8.5 Months for delivery and the purchase price was raised. Not only was the price raised but the option I purchased weren't on my vehicle on delivery. I was instructed to come back in a week and the dealership would take care of this issue. To make matters worse and to my surprise the dealership tried to bill me $1970.00 extra on top of the $3000 Id already paid above the original agreed upon price. I thin called Ford to tell them about my experience and they tell me tough luck and it sucks to be you. I asked about the "truth in pricing" policy. I was informed that was nothing they would or could do for me. To add insult to injury I even had to buy and owner's manual as there wasn't one with my Bronco. I will not take my Bronco to this dealership for any service. I'd rather go to anywhere else and be treated fairly. So if you order a Ford be prepared to be take advantage of.

Scott and the service team are an absolute disaster. They are completely incompetent to fix a vehicle. In fact, they will most likely damage your vehicle and then not stand behind their mistakes. I would suggest you take your vehicle to any other Ford dealer to get service. It would be impossible to find another service manager so inept to handle situations. The response below is laughable. Each time they tried to fix the vehicle, they either couldn t, or damaged my new raptor. I took it back there 7 times to be repaired. Finally, I had enough and asked them to just reimburse me for the damage they caused. All of this is documented in emails. I had another Ford dealer fix their mistakes, none of which was covered under warranty. I had to buy a whole new door panel because they scratched mine so bad. The GM has zero idea what is happening in his store apparently. Even the sales people told me I was crazy to let my vehicle get serviced there. They also scratched my tailgate and my b pillar.
