I can highly recommend Rush RV for fiberglass repair work.We ordered our beautiful new 2023 all fiberglass camper without refrigerator vents which we did not need as we were putting an 12v/120v electric only unit in ourselves and did not need the vents for the typical propane exhaust gases. To our dismay somewhere in the manufacturing process the vents were cut into the side and the roof. There were also other issues with the fiberglass roof which need repair. About 8 months, in the manufacturer finally agreed to make this right and asked us to get estimates for the work. After meeting with Al and his team at Rush RV I was 100% comfortable with having them do the work.We were not disappointed. The roof work and side vent is amazing. Every repair is impossible to see.In the picture of the roof, the vent was just to the left of the A/C unit, and the side vent was just above the rear tire. The roof is whole again! It's a little dirty in this picture showing where the roof vent was, been raining here. The side vent was a hole about two foot by two foot right at eye level, and the repair cannot be seen or felt! The picture from the back and front of the camper shows the reflections, no sign that there was a four square foot hole there. As our camper was nearly a year old now and we had traveled almost 8000 miles we asked Al to check the dual axles, brakes, and bearings. The team replaced the grease seals and while checking the brakes found on of the electric brake unit was not fully functioning. The repairs were completed and the brakes are fully functional again. The team was respectful of the interior and exterior, performed proper masking and cleaned up everything to a beautiful shine.Big shout out to the whole team at Rush RV!

NOT your general RV experience.Looking for service on your RV or Travel Trailer? THIS IS THE PLACE! I've been reviewing for GOOGLE for some time now and will say that I put Rush RV as one of my top 3 best experiences for Customer Service, Everyone I delt with was polite and responsive. While not requiring extensive repairs, our Class-B needed generator service that I could not perform in my driveway. Rush RV completed this service quickly and at a fair price.Like many, finding and dealing with most RV dealer/distributors is worse than buying a used car. Delays, excessive fees and general dishonesty seem to be the norm. Rush RV was the exact opposite experience. I would trust them for any of the services they provide. Make this your first stop and avoid the hassles and stress of the other places.

Took RV in for repairs on 8/1/23 for the following; toiltet leaking, grey water sensor reads full, rear ac/electric heat not working well, super slide doesnt always retract. picked up on 8/19. reciept read replace toilet seals fixed, repair wire for sensor fixed, rear ac/ heat working fine, slide working fine clean and lubed, make sure batteries are charged. Picked up 8/19/23 took camping. Toilet still leaked, sensor repaired, rear a/c/heat still not working ,did not use slide. Called explained situation made an appointment and asked if they would call before any work was done. No call just to say done here is charges!Picked up Reciept read replace seal for toilet .Rear A/C Heat was told doesn't have it (after telling me it worked fine) explained I Have used the electric heat,( Al said you have to prove it) I took it camping Toilet didnt leak CAUSE IT DOES NOT HOLD WATER IN BOWL NOW. So still not repaired!! , . slide was used this time did not work, lookeid underneath no visible signs of lube AND BATTERIES were fully charged. I did take back a third time Ran generator proved I HAD heat showed them the shoddy workmanship. So is this incometence or scamming customer to keep coming back and charging customer for repairs not done right or fully done?? Beaware no written estimate given, they will try (guess) to fix the problem. If not repaired come back in we will look at it and charge you again. Have photos of some workmanship. will supply the reciepts upon request, as to know I am truthful In the end just be aware of their bussiness practices!!!

I am from Texas and noticed a broken leaf spring on my travel trailer while camping close by. The people here had the parts and technician ready for me and replaced both sides very quickly. I highly recommend using them.

Awesome service experience with my travel trailer rotted floor repair. To me, it s rare to find service like this these days. Prior to Rush I tried to have the large chain store RV dealer just down the road do the same repair and they were terrible so I decided to try Rush and I m so happy I did. In the process of fixing the rotted floor we had all the flooring replaced and it turned out great. There was a lot of tear up of the kitchen cabinets and the fridge was removed. Pluming work. And everything worked after the removal and reinstallation. They also replaced the awning material for the 2 slide outs and the awning itself. Al , Sid, Dee, the technician Rich, and anyone I talked to there were great! I will HIGHLY recommend Rush to anyone who is seeking a good service experience!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Dropped my 2005 Gulfstream Friendship G7!that was experiencing electrical issues. They said it might take a week to order parts and fix it. After a 45 minute drive home about 20 minutes after that they called said it s fixed, topped off with propane and all tires set at 110 psi. My trip to Florida is back on schedule. I can highly recommend them and all my dealings were with the owner Al Rush.Services: Tires, Electrical

I chose Rush RV based on all of the positive reviews. I needed work done on my generator and other things that weren't normal repairs. Al got all repairs done when promised and was very good at answering questions and explaining issues in a way an average person could understand. When a few unexpected snags hit, they did the work quickly and did not penalize me on the price. They were very fair. I highly recommend Rush RV for your RV repairs. There aren't many places like this left.

Black tank issues right between trips in August - pretty much a worst case scenario. But Rush RV even during peak season got us in and fixed faster than I expected. Their work is top notch and I personally know 4 other people who are more than satisfied with their experience. They won t exaggerate on needed work and my bill was much less than expected. If you need help you don t need to look further than Rush RV.

First time customer. Easy to work with and good prices. Took a few weeks to get my camper back due to how busy they were (typical for start of season) but they were up front about it from the start. Once it was time for my camper to be serviced I had all of my repairs completed in a timely manner. Overall satisfied!

We are full time RVers and were in Nova Scotia when our landing gear and water pump failed on same day. Knowing we were headed to MI to be for month of Sept chose Rush RV. All repairs done immediately and to our satisfaction. When leaving our truck lights fuse blew and they took care of that tooThey understood our urgency since we live full time in RV and that was appreciatedService: Brakes

We were getting ready for our first trek south in a 22ft Heartland North Trail. Purchased used and had gone on 1 camping trip North for a week. Noticed that our lights in the cabin were not working properly, not turning on sometimes. Thought this might not be something we want to deal with out of state so checked with an RV sales and service place down the street. They no longer did service but recommended Rush RV. So glad we listened! Nicest people and great customer service. We were able to get right in, problem found and fixed. Loose wire that was smoking when fuse was touched. Could have caused a fire. And fixed our propane tank hoses. They did not charge me an arm and a leg but a thoroughly reasonable price. Will definitely be back and will spread the word.Service: Electrical

Rush automotive and RV is amazing. I got in a fender bender the week before Christmas and they finished it in less than 3 weeks (even with the shop being closed during the week between Christmas and new years) they take care of their customers as if we are family and they even detailed my car inside and out before pick up. I would recommend Rush automotive and RV 100% of the time for anybody who needs body work of their car or RV. Amazing staff, quick and quality service.Service: Body & Trim

I had a slide out that kept ramming on me. I took it to Rush RV to have them check it. The RV I had was a 2016 Tracer. Anyway, Rush decided after 2 weeks, that water had cause the wood under the Slideout to rot. I went back to get the RV one day and noticed a 5 gal bucket upside down, with a water hose lying on the ground. And the ground was all wet. Like someone was spraying water to the underside of the slide out. Anyway, that cost me 2500. dollars. The next year the roof had Water damage. I took it to a different Repair shop who fixed the roof. Another 2500 dollars. And, the Repair person said that the slide out would not have leaked as Rush had told me. Plus, Rush could not find the control box and had cut up half of the underside of the RV looking for it. That cost me another 500 dollars because the new Repair shop used almost 80 ft of tape underneath the Rv to repair what RUSH RV had done . NEVER go there because they are very dishonest and will make stuff up to steal your money. You have been warned.

Never in a million years did I think I would pull out less than an hour after we arrived with our issues resolved. They took such great care of us and were so kind and polite. Most places like this treat you like you are a burden or taking up their time. Not Rush, they have my business for life!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

After my husband passed, Al, sid and Dee were kind to me when I took our 41 foot DP for fiberglass repairs. It took a long time & it is hard to get phone updates, but the fiberglass body work done on the "minor" $5800 repair was very good. For body work One star For the maintenance I paid for & the inspection (over $500) my buyer paid for. They did bolt the love seat to the floor as I requested, and took care of the AC issue, but they DID NOT change the oil on my generator. This was priority for me, because it was over hours and sale of the coach included completed gen oil change w/new filter. The inspection missed many things as well. Very upsetting to me since I thought they were dependable. My buyer was from Texas & we decided not to try to get any sort of refund. I would never go back there regardless because of the generator. Sorry I have to find a different place to do work on the unit I bought to replace the DP.

Al, Sid, and Rich all did a great job fitting my RV in and getting it finished during a very busy time of the year. Clearly, Rich is an artist when it comes to applying and finishing roofs. The job looked better than factory. Thanks so much for getting me back out there before camping season ends! I highly recommend Rush and am so glad to have found them.

One of the only places in Southeast Michigan that welcomes wood rot repairs on older trailers; yet refreshingly, they don't act like they are the only game in town. Rush RV took excellent care of me as a customer and did quality repairs on my 2004 KZ toyhauler. I highly recommend them and will go out of my way to do business with them again. Just be warned, that like any truly good shop, they have a fairly long waiting list. So don't waste time, call them today!

Honestly this is the first RV experience I have had that was amazing. A year ago we were camping when our water pump died. My dealership couldn't get me in for months and I needed the pump to winterize so my brother and I replaced it, but the pressure was never right. After waiting 6 months, they (original dealership) got it in to look at it, waited another 4 months, told me it was fine, charged me an outrageous amount, and gave it back still winterized and broken, but we've been dealing with the limited water pressure all year. fast forward to Labor Day weekend and we are camping at Holly. Got all set up and the pump would make noise, but wouldn't pump water period. I started googling and found Rush RV online. They were nearby and I posted a question on Google asking if they did onsite remote repairs since they were already closed for the day, someone from there responded before they opened. Called them exactly at 9 on a Saturday and had them come out the same day. The tech correctly diagnosed the issue (2 bad pumps, lucky me), got a new one installed and I have better water pressure than I have ever had in the camper. They were extremely nice, helpful, and reasonably priced compared to every RV place we have worked with. I will be driving more than an hour going forward if anything goes wrong on my camper to use them and definitely will be a repeat customer (unfortunately based on history, I know it will happen).

My motorhome will never go to another place. Rush RV has done everything necessary for my RV. Batteries, outside shower repair, slide reseal, oil change etc. Too much to list it all. They give one price for winterization/dewinterization and the price is the same for both as General RV charges for one. The other guys stole personal property from my unit and said "there's no way for you to prove it". The staff is so friendly and helpful. Their work is completed in a timely fashion and fairly priced. I can not say enough good about them but my initial sentence says it all. Thank you for all you do!!!Services: Body & Trim, Battery, Oil change

Al and his team are the absolute best. They are the only ones that I let touch my rig. They handle everything from a simple oil change to seamlessly repairing damage where someone had backed into us and bent up our basement doors. You can't even tell that someone hit us after their repairs. Always courteous and somehow they always fit you in and get the service done on our (usually unreasonable) timetable. Pricing is better than anywhere else as well. You can't beat it!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

The crew was great, we just picked up our RV a Cedar Creek 40 ft Hathaway. I messed up big time last winter and never put the antifreeze in the water system nor did I drain it properly. There were numerous water leaks, all fixed. I also had them install (2) AC soft start units so we can run our AC on a 30 amp generator. The axles were repacked, brakes adjusted, batteries service and checked. Slides lubed etc. We are now ready for our first retirement trip out west! The crew did a great job rServices: Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery
