I was a little confused about how to change my wiper blade on a car I inherited. I went to 3 other stores. I walked into O Reilly in Holly and was greeted immediately by 2 pleasant employees. I gave them my car information and had a brief discussion about brand and price. One employee offered to install my new wiper for me and it fits perfectly. I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. I won t be going anywhere else for auto parts from now on. Thanks!

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!I brought my rotors in to have them turned, the women manager said that she was the only person that knew how to machine them. She seemed not interested in all about doing them. Long story short I left them on the counter and returned four days later only to find them untouched where I had left them.I will never step foot in that store again. I would give them a zero star but the post won't allow it.

Kristina and Joan waited on me, one of the coldest days in Feb. I needed new wiper blades on my car, Joan put on her coat and gloves and immediately went out and put them on the car for me. Wonderful experience. Buy one and get one free, I was excited.

Needed a new radiator cap. Jason helped me get the best one for my vehicle and then offered to install it for me as well. Super helpful and very kind! It s hard to keep a smile on your face when working with the public, but even through his mask I could tell Jason was smiling and genuinely nice. Thanks for your help good sir!

Recently I came in to buy a battery for my motorcycle. The battery was $120 at this place and I bought it online for 48 my question is why would they over double the price on a battery and lose a customer I would have gladly paid $75 for it but I'm not paying over double when I can get it in 3 days when I order it online

One of the best auto parts places around. Audrey is smart and knowledgeable, and always helps me find exactly what I need. She has great customer service skills. Plus she is the most gorgeous person to ever walk the Earth. Pretty sure she is a Godess

I purchased a power inverter here and had trouble getting it to work. Turned out that what I wanted to do wouldn't have worked. That's fine. I brought it back once before, because of the issue. I left with it, and forgot the box it came in. My brother in law came over that night and fixed the issue, so I didn't need the inverter. I never used it. I brought it back and they told me that I needed the box and it looked like I was returning it because I got my Use out of it and no longer need it. I told them what happened when I walked in. There is LITERALLY no wear or sign of use on this thing. Because I didn't use it! The mood shifted and they grudgingly gave me my refund. I don't like being made to feel like I did something wrong, when I didn't.All they had to say was that they couldn't take it back, because they have a policy against returning electrical items.Very rude.

I called every parts store in area for right lower control arm 14 Dart O'Reilly was the highest price by 100 dollars they were 235.00 I got it down street at Steve's for 123.00 even the other chains were 135 to 144.00 at the most

Went here the first week they were open. They refused to turn a rotor because they didn't want to damage their new machine. They said it couldn't be done.My dad is a mechanic for GM and already took the proper measurements so I know it was possible. He ended up turning it at work and voila... Worked just fine. Unfortunately this resulted in me not trusting the employees here so my business goes to Auto Zone.

I wouldn't even give 1 star this place is just awful always giving us wrong parts ordering wrong items an the other day called and told them to order a part for me they said ok its ordered it will be here at 7 am the next morning ... So i called the next day and they. Never even ordered the part like whhhaaat ... So I called corp and told them so corp called the store and the workers basically said i was lying said that we asked about that.oart but didnt tell them to order it like what happen to customs are always right .. Just need a better experience at this store better workers and people who know how to order the correct items...

Changing raying since they installed the wrong battery into my Aveo. We were told they'd take care of damages. Turned in receipt for luckily only $180.00 maybe close to 6 months ago and haven't heard from them. At the time, they said it would require word from headquarters

Excellent Customer Service!!! Knowledgeable Staff!!I have been a faithful customer of O'Reillys for over 6 years, I just transferred all my business and all my friends business from the Fenton Store to the Holly Store. The Holly store is great and I will do all my business here from now on!!***Public Service Announcement***Avoid the Fenton Store at all costs!!! New management is terrible!!!

Two women workers neither one was wearing a mask. I asked if they should be wearing a mask and one of them said "they want us to but we don't want to..." and then only one put a mask on and immediately took it off when I left the store. Additionally another customer walked in without a mask and neither employee said anything. I will never go back to this place..

Always fast and friendly staff, the store has a nice clean layout easy to find what you need, they also have a large selection of good quality "for rent" tools.

2 workers there-only 1 w/mask. Customer said he s leaving unless he puts on a mask. He just shrugged. The customer left. I m not going back. There s other places down the street!

Pretty good stock. Many specialty tools for engine rebuilding, etc. Decent enough prices. The staff was friendly and helpful with a pretty good mechanical knowledge.

I come here for ALL my cars needs! VERY friendly staff who are always more than willing to help get down to your cars problems and help you fix them!! Came here twice today for a solenoid and wipers/oil!
