Randy has provided my Moms vehicles with fantastic service for years. He is also very affordable and will NOT overcharge his customers. The mechanics are fantastic and very friendly.Great Place and always busy for good reason!

These guys care about their customers and want to provide the best service. They are honest and seem to always do their best to get the job done. I work on my own car as much as I can. When it s something I can t/don t want to do, I take it here. Randy and the other guys have always taken care of me.

Very rude, unprofessional owner. They are not qualified to work on anyone s vehicle. If you have anything good to say about them I suggest you try someplace else. I didn t even have to give them any money and the only way I would go back is to tell them to move out of Holly . They would not be missed.

Excellent service & trustworthy owner, Randy is absolutely wonderful, very forthright & fast in getting my vehicle back on road in a timely manner & the prices are reasonable. I am a repeat customer and will not take my vehicle anywhere else. The staff is very professional & always go out of their way to help out. I live in town & many times they offered to pick me up/drop off after car repairs!

First time going to Muffler Man since the new owners and they are fantastic! Very reasonable prices and great customer service! Had my car back in less than 24 hours which I thought was great considering they're very short of help! I highly recommend! I called due to my heat shield sliding out of place and noting my muffler looked low. They were able to see my velchile the day of. Muffler ended up needing to be replaced; however, Randy explained and even showed me why it needed to be. My car knowledge is limited so I really appreciate the time that was taken to go over some things. I had a few other concerns that he was able to look at and go over with me. I highly recommend going here, not only is the staff knowledgeable and friendly the prices are reasonable.

Needed a new muffler and called here because they were close to home. I was also quoted a good price but decided to provide my own muffler and they had no problem with that. I showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled time and luckily I did. The only guy working there was about to close up shop because business was slow, he said he wasn't told I was scheduled but got me in. He made sure it was the muffler and not the resonator before doing anything. He said it would take him about 45 minutes and it felt like it was done faster. Don't know this guy's name but he did the repair quick, was polite, and even said I made a good choice not to buy their supplied muffler. Definitely would visit again for exhaust work.

I m finally getting around to writing a review. I took my 2008 Ford Escape in a few months ago to get the front control arms replaced, a power steering part replaced, and my flex pipe replaced. The work was done SUPER fast. When I paid, the new cashier slightly overcharged me on accident. I didn t even realize and was happy with the price. The owner/manager realized that I was overcharged a bit when he was going through the books, called me, and ensured I was refunded the money I didn t even know I was overcharged. With how hard it is to trust that mechanics won t take advantage of you, I was blown away and won t be taking my car anywhere else than here if I can help it.

Robin at the front desk was great! She took my car in for service and made arrangements for me to be dropped off and picked up at the airport for the weekend. Having the service done while on a quick business trip saved me a ton of time and hassle!

Brand new starter went out on my truck. I was very pleased by the timing to get my vehicle in and fixed. Same day drop off and pick up taking care of an issue that wasn't even their fault. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome !!They are very fair and kind, I took my 2004 chevy Avalanche their for a fuel pump, it was done quickly and the price was awesome.The 3 other Places that quoted my truck, were $350 more than they were. Big shout out to chuck, great person.I am very happy with my Experience with them.

My 2009 Pontiac Torrent was overheating and another local mechanic told me the head was cracked without properly diagnosing the vehicle. Dave at Muffler Man properly diagnosed my problem and it had nothing to do with the engine! He replaced the water pump and flushed the coolant system and the car is good as new! Dave was very informative and took his time to make sure the job was done right. Instead of being ripped off by the other mechanic for 1000 s of dollars my car is back in the road forLess than $400! I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The new ownership is much better than before. I was in a time crunch and the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car fixed as soon as possible. Also, the price was very fair and they worked fast and got it done right the first time. I will be going here again for any future car troubles and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My '07 Pontiac G6 had an exhaust leak. We dropped it off shortly before noon and picked it up around 3. The repairs were done well, my car (engine) is quiet again and the bill was significantly less than I'd anticipated.All in all, Muffler Man has been, is, and will continue to be our repair facility for this type of repair.

I'd like to Thank Muffler Man for being such an honest great repair facility. My husband took his car in because he thought he needed brakes and the check engine light was on. The tech did some research and found out the issue was electronic and was something GM had recalled in 2016. They charged us nothing and told us to go to the dealer and have it fixed for free. We will be going there for every car issue from now on. Thank you!

Found out There is new management so I Took my 09 impala in here today, completely fixed everything! They were transparent and told me anything that would be needed , got it done in half a hour didn t over charge me or anything! What i needed was something fixed that wouldve took 1 to 2 hours. I was told 95 an hour and it would take less than an hour to fix i bought all the parts and had it towed i than recieved a call 2 days later that not only was it not done that it was going to take 4 hours tp fix and so over 400 in labor and that they refused to use the parts that i bought because they were cheap and one was a junk yard part. So with there parts it would cost almost 1000 for labor and parts. So i refused and had another place do it for 175.00 and i am very happy i didnt pay almost my whole cars worth to fix a measley break pad rotar and caliper.

They did get me right in for an estimate, but only to drop the ball after that! Called on Monday to drop the car off Friday, asked the gal if she needed the number off the quote, nope I have your name, make and model. Went in Friday morning to drop off the car off, they didn't have the parts, same gal was sorry but "no one told her" give us 5 more days......l don't think so!

Front end work done on Chevy Avalanche - great job, good price and it was done same day! I had to go to another location for the front end alignment. I'll be back for any exhaust, brake or front end work. As of March 2015, they could not do front end alignments at that location - but they plan to have that capability by Summer of 2015 I am told. (Looks like they are adding a bay or two onto the building with lifts and front end alignment equipment). 5-Stars when they get the new bays and alignment up and running.

Had them fix an exhaust leak. Nothing major. I do most of my car repairs except exhaust systems. Was charged a fair price for work performed. Didn't try to "upsell" me on anything else. I will use them again.

Had wife take car and get a price on having the exhaust fixed. They wanted to remove the converter and run a straight pipe. They also wanted to keep my converter. Thats not only illegal but a 10k fine for them. To top that off they wanted 225 bucks to do that and replace the muffler. The converter is worth 75-100 bucks scrap. These guys tried to pull a fast one on a woman. I decided to do the job myself. Can't trust ppl.
