Chris, Levi, Ryan and all the guys at Holly Tire were so patient and kind with me while we navigated together through having to replace the engine in my Equinox. They worked with me through having to decide to move forward with the repair to paying for it. They were all up front and honest about every detail. I was able to freely express any concerns and they listened and worked with me through them. It is rare to find such friendly and helpful customer service. I highly recommend them.

Fair, honest service. With my previous experience with other repair shops I was scared to get my car fixed until I could barely steer the car anymore. My neighbor told me of his great experience he had there. They fixed my steering and my car steers smooth as silk now. I definitely recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my 2017 Fiat 500 Abarth, 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and 2015 Fiat 500 to Holly Tire & Auto Service for some much-needed repairs. The team handled the shock and bearing service for the Abarth, adeptly addressed an engine mount issue in the Grand Cherokee, and replaced the bearing in the 2015 Fiat 500. I was thoroughly impressed by the detailed inspection provided; it was comprehensive and meticulously done. What stood out just as much was the friendliness and expertise of the staff they were not only welcoming but also exceptionally knowledgeable. As an owner of a fleet, reliability and quality are paramount, and Holly Tire & Auto has earned my complete trust. I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here for future service. Highly recommend!

Car repairs are never fun, but these guys made it as pleasant as possible. Extreme clarity, good communication, very detailed, and professional.The inspection of my vehicle was uploaded to an app that included pictures and detailed descriptions, and the needed repairs were itemized and even prioritized. I was very impressed.

They are amazing here, called schedule an appointment for the following day. They diagnosed my car, sent me text with pictures of what s going on, they had a list of things that needed to be fixed ranging from urgent to not urgent. Chris talked me through everything, he s the best! They had my car done the same day! They even wiped down my dash board and cleaned the front rugs!! They go above and beyond here I would recommend them to everyone!

This shop has a great customer service vibe. Good price, got me in quick, loaner car and checkout popcorn! Took the time to show me my old plugs. Levi and the others are the best!!!

I worked with Chris on a couple of car ending issues which he was able to catch before they got too bad. I got a friendly feeling from the group but a Chris specifically was super nice, very intelligent and to the point. Company is a bit pricey but definitely worth the service and genuine personal care. They even clean your car leaving it spotless (my favorite part)!!!

Charged me $300 merely to diagnose a leak in my power steering pump and that I need a tune up, and my tie rods. Mind you, the power steering pump is on top in my car and not that hard to see at all. My dad saw the problem within about five minutes, and O Reilly told me I just need a tune up. I ve had my tie rods inspected before as well and wasn t charged nearly as much.They also wanted to charge me nearly 500 just for the tune up, and almost a thousand to replace the power steering pump, a 200 dollar part and a job that I got done elsewhere within a couple hours.

Horrible experience probably the worst auto repair place around. Avoid at all costs. Gave my vehicle to them for a front brake problem, after a 1400$ fix my vehicle was returned to me with various other problems that will equate to around another 1500$. Chris is a crook. if you know what s best for you and your wallet do not come here.

Man what a fantastic experience. I originally took my Silverado in for a "service brakes soon" notification on my dash and they quickly got back to me in the same day and let me know that it was due to the fact that my brake pads were worn causing the brake fluid to lower, turning the service brakes light on. Not only did they fix my brakes they sent me over a free inspection report (with pictures) of my entire vehicle and brought a couple other major issues to my attention such as worn lower ball joints and oil cooler lines that needed to be replaced. I'm the kind of guy that likes his vehicle in tip top shape so I had them go ahead and fix everything else that needed attention. Ended up spending around $2600 with them but I felt that for the amount of value they provided me it was more than fair. Last but not least they vacuumed out the front of my vehicle and whipped down my dash which is just over the top and wasn't expecting that. From the knowledgeable staff, fast service time and loaner car that was provided to me I am very pleased with my experience and will be back.

As I have come to expect, the repairs were done quickly and I was kept appraised of the status the whole time. I know that you use quality parts and will use upgraded parts when available. I also like the Warranty you provide for each repair, best in business. They were both professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step from the assessment, thru the repairs made, even the final bill, gave recommendations for the future and best safety to consider (as not needed yet). Willing to give ball park cost prior to the repair, (which they beat, coming well under). I will be back

First time here and this place is a great example of great customer service they replaced all four tires,alignment, and oil change in one day..I am super impressed they even washed my truck and vacuumed the mud on the inside I'm still wondering how they got my mats so clean!! Don't go anywhere else this place earns your business and that's rare nowadays I'd give them 10 stars if I could.Couldn't be happier quick,efficient, and they even cleaned the mud off my mats that I was dreading to clean! Don't go anywhere else if you want the best car maintenance and repair experience.Once again the team at Holly Tire keeps my company truck up to maintenance. I feel good knowing they look and forecast what is needed to avoid any break downs. And I still can't believe they clean tye piles of nasty mud from my foot maps inside the truck. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and will lie directly to your face. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND They told my mom that she needed a fuse box (vehicle was in limp mode)2800 dollars and it still didn't fix the problem then they later tell her they want an additional money to further diagnose the issue. They said she needed a ecm. (Your cars computer) So of course I went home and did some research and I remembered that i just recently replaced my mom's starter for her. So that said some time later I bring in photo evidence that proves they replaced the ecm already. To which they denied everything. And when I asked to speak to someone more important higher up they took down my number and said we will give you a call back later not a single phone call that said I have evidence that proves that they are pulling one over on people that have no mechanical knowledge. We will be taking legl action. You guys should be ashamed.

I have had my Range Rover serviced here twice and they are very professional and provide superior service. They even washed and vacuumed my auto!! My son was so impressed he said he would keep them in mind for his auto repair needs.

This guy chris is a crook,charged my daughter 300.00 for doing nothing. Diagnosed a leak in power steering pump and needing plugs. Did nor fix anything but wanted to charge an additional 900.00 to fix it. 150.00 part, did it myself.He takes advantage of women who don't know much about cars.Dont trust this guy.

Quick and solid service! All their parts have in some cases longer warranty than standard OEM parts. I also found the communication and over the phone links and payment options awesome and easy to use.If you have only 1 vehicle and need repairs this is the place. I will come back! Last note, I did not price shop around. Not sure everyone could have afforded my bill however they offer an easy yes and no option to easily cut your bill down.

Great experience! My 2019 Silverado needed some immediate (and expensive) repairs that were brought to my attention by a dealership. The dealership didn't give me a very detailed explanation of the issues, so I reached out to Holly Tire & Auto for a second opinion.I spoke with Alan on the phone, who was very understanding and professional (even though I called just before closing). He immediately set me up with an appointment for the following day.When I dropped the truck off, Levi conducted an inspection and explained all the issues in detail, which I really appreciated since I'm not very car savvy. Thorough explanations are important when it comes to serious repairs!They did their best to ensure I got the best price they were capable of, and I ended up saving $250 overall for Oil Cooler Line replacement and a complete rear brake replacement compared to the dealership.- Fast, friendly service- Frequent updates- Good value- Included cleaning/washing of my truckAnd they offered me a courtesy loaner car while my repairs were being done.They've earned my business for sure and I'll be coming here for automotive needs from now on!

I took my 2017 Kia in for a tune up and after it was complete the engine seized, which ended up being a defect, with the engine, on Kia's side. Holly tire with the knowledge that the seizure was not there fault paid for towing to the dealership and also provided me a loaner car while the repairs were being done, which took over one month. I and my husband were amazed and they have a customer for for life. I can't recommend Holly Tire enough.Service: Brakes

As an older woman, who knows little about cars, it s especially important to me to find great mechanics to take care of my 10-year-old Honda Civic. being treated fairly is equally important. Took our Cadillac CTS Coupe for an alignment but I knew the car had a couple other issues. Holly Tire not only adressed the Alignement we needed but also pointed out the other issues that I knew were a problem. Ultamately decided to have them fix everyhting as the prices are fair. Would Recommend Holly Tire as they are honest and fair.

Took my Jeep here for a free inspection because of a weird noise it was making. They were very thorough and were able to identify the problem. Ended up getting new brakes and rotors along with some basic maintenance done. Over all very reasonably priced and had my Jeep back the next day with all problems fixed. They also work with Synchrony to offer no interest payments for six months which really helped us out. Highly recommend!Update: Had to bring my moms car in because it was pulling and not safe to drive. They took a day to look it over.
