I came in there earlier today to purchase a new tail light for my truck where they charged me more money than I could get for a new one. The tail light had scratches on it and they refused to give me a better deal. I ended up buying the part because I didn t do better research before buying, make sure you check your prices before you go in there. They are scam artist my tail light would ve cost me $430 new but They charged me 550 for a used one telling me I won t be able to get one for less than 700. The part was probably worth $200 that they sold me or that s the most they would ve been been able to get it. A 2018 GMC Sierra tail this place is a joke and a scam. I advise you not to go there.

Terrible costumer service. Purchased rack and pinion and it was broken. They said they tested it and it was good but it was broken .Spoke to the manager and the manager refuse to return broken parts.

I replied to their craigslist ad and put a deposit down on a set of wheels for $150. The next morning they call and say an employee has spoken for the wheels and they can't sell them to me. I argue, they tell me the employee will sell them to me for $230. I ask to speak to the owner and they tell me he never has any time to talk to me. The manager calls and says the best they can do is $200. That's bullshit, and a complete scam. If you put a deposit down on something that should be the price you pay, not whatever they decide the next morning after some elaborate story. I didn't buy the wheels, and I can only encourage everyone else to be careful of the crap they might pull on you with pricing. I just hope I get my deposit back in four days.

Showed up randomly for a part they had in stock and it was in my car under 30 minutes (driver rear door). Great shape and fair pricing

Called a hr before they closed and said they had my part. So i drove over 30 miles to get there and the gate closed over 45 mins early. Then these mexican guys that work there cant barely speak english and wouldnt even look at me while on the other side of the fence. So i call and they send a guy out and ask what i need so i tell them that i just called and they said they just sold it To some one else.so they say they have another one so i wait almost a hr and nothing. Over 90 outside want me to wait outside the gate in my car. Im pretty sure they wasent even getting the part for me. Dont spend your money here they dont care about you or that you are gonna spend money there.

Bought a used AC Compressor from them for $90 that was supposed to be good. Turned out to have a bad clutch, so I bought a refurbished one that I knew worked from another dealer. Tried to take the broken one back to these guys and I can't get a refund. Apparently their return policy is for replacement or store credit, which both are useless to me. So watch out for their returns policy.

Great place to find hard to find parts. I drove over an hour to get a part that they had. Great family owned business and greta prices. Will keep this place in mind if I ever need anything else. It is worth the drive.

Well customer service It's awesome, they know their business, prices are just right. Best part of all my mechanic ask me to get some parts for a "Corvette Jr" and thanks to Val (front desk) now I know there is no such thing of CORVETTE JR he's awesome and cute too :).

Always excellent friendly and honest service. The best place to find Honda parts that are not easy to find. Prices are veey reasoble. Highly recommend.

Do not trust these Crooks. Should not be in business. Buyer Beware!. Bought PARTS that didn't work with a warranty. They didn't honor it.... They should be shut down by the state.

Got a part and didn't fit and they won't take it back just in store credit. Well who wants an in-store credit at a junk yard.

All tho it looks very off putting from the outside dont let looks fool you go there the staff is great and very helpful and sue is amazingly helpful on all parts

They now have a lot of domestic vehicles. I was able to get parts for my Chevy HHR and the wife's Ford Escape.
