This place is wonderful. Ralph and Barry are amazing at customer service. 5 star They helped change a bulb and refused to take the tip. True gentleman.Thanks guys!

This store Has great staff, MR Travor and Mr Will are there most mornings when I stop in, They always maintain a clean store appearance, professional easy going attitudes that encourage repeat business from me since i feel like part of the AutoZone family when I see them. They get 5 stars. Mr Ben as well is quiet professional. My Dog is always ready for another trip here since the customers and employees are so nice to him.Duralast Is my go to Brand for Batteries and tools. I have a socket set Ive had for almost 2 years and Its been great as well as many of my other duralast purchases.MR Barry Gamel the Store Manager how ever as of Dec14 2021 was embarassing to say the least. He failed to direct Mr Ben through a proper Duralast tool replacement and then lied to me about His Identity claiming to be Mr Will (another employee). I had to be informed by Mr Ben that Mr Barry was in fact not Mr will. My suprise when I went in this morning to ask for the store manager to be informed he was the gentlemen I was there to talk about.... This man gets a 1 star from me. That wasnt poor customer service, that was unqualified management material litterally trying to sabotage his employee when he knew i was going to try to give feedback about my experience. I wouldnt work for a man who tries to throw me under the proverbial bus.Mr Anston Banister the District Manager is also Quiet professional.

I love AutoZone (friendly ones). Until my experience this morning, "AutoZone" has ALWAYS been a highly respectable and reliable place for a single gal like myself to have periodic car-talks and a great place to gain 'masculine' insight on various minor vehicle concerns.Well, the Holly AutoZone is NOT the place to go... if you're stuck with the dude I got stuck with - who is likely soon due for retirement days or maybe he couldn't sleep last night because of his indigestion?! Lord only knows... but I'll not be visiting THIS location again, unless I'm absolutely forced to for some unforeseen reason. And if he's the only one to talk to, I'll be walking right back out the door.

I was so stressed out about going to buy brake pads because they always ask me questions that I don t know the answer to Elizabeth made it so easy! She was friendly, helpful, and professional despite the technical difficulties they were having. Thank you, Elizabeth!

My dad and I went to the store to buy a battery for my car. We weren't sure which one to buy so I went to the front and asked to the gentleman at the register and he helped us to decide which one was the right one. The gentleman was very kind and patient.

My rear blinker light burned out. I'm from out of town. I found AutoZone to purchase a replacement bulb. The gentleman who helped me did more than sell me a product. He actually helped me by replacing the bulb. His name is Berry. The service and respect I received is almost unheard of these days. Berry, I appreciate you. Thank you.

Horrible!!! Manager Heath Neubecker is so rude, no help numerous times we have been there!! It s so bad that my husband who is one of the chillest easy going people I know is refusing to go back here to this local store!

Heath was very patient as I fumbled over figuring out what size my engine was. He waited and assisted me as the woman who worked with him tried to tell me three times they were closing. After a hard day his patience and understanding was so appreciated.

Last Sunday, May 29, I was on vacation and discovered I had a seized brake caliper on my 2004 Chevy van. Unfortunately, we needed to attend a wedding in the afternoon and we were worried that we would not make it in time. I stopped at the store and obtained the parts necessary for the repair. I was given permission to do the work in the parking lot. One of the employees, (I cannot recall his name) lent me his personal tools.Within a few hours, we were back on the road with plenty of time to spare for the wedding! Your staff was outstanding! I will continue to use your parts store wherever I go.

Good for oil and light bulbs. And other accessories for your car. But the workers are not very knowledgeable about technical stuff. They didn't know what an alternator fuse is. When I asked them about it. They all looked lost and said they never heard of that before.wah wah.

Closes @ 7pm on Sunday but got there at 6:52 and they have the doors locked. That s great customer service. I ll not be shopping here again.

Troy seen my hood up at the gas station on his way to work and helped me get the intake hose back on.. So thankful for him to get me back on the road and not having to call a tow truck!!

While they were not able to help me with my specific problem the last time I was in, their diagnosis reader was on the fritz, they sent me next door for the check engine light issue. However, every other time I have been in they have been friendly and fast with their service. I had my battery changed here once, and while it was difficult to do, they helped me right there in the parking lot and we were having a laugh. I have never been disappointed here.

It was fine however they sold me the wrong blade the 1st time even though they used my vin number they still sold me the wrong blade they were very polite and exchanged it with no issues of following day however did cost me to get rides to work 2 days in a row.

Very disappointed in this store and its manager. Had a leaking radiator that I needed to replace that night, and the store claimed to have one in stock both online it said this and when I got to the store. They could not find the part and their only solution was to order it in tomorrow. I had over $80 in other merchandise on the counter and asked for a discount since their system was inaccurate and was causing me an inconvenience. The manager then told me he could give me 10% off but only if I was ordering the radiator. He did not listen to a word I said, I could not wait another day to install this as it was my daily driver. I was very disappointed in their customer service and will not return to this store. O'reilys next door will be my place to shop as long as I live in Holly, since the staff is always friendly and knows what they are talking about. Also O'reilys will price match giving me no reason to go to Autozone.

So I have had prior experience with different AutoZone locations that left me less than impressed. That all changed today, which is December 13, 2020. I wasted my time on a Sunday looking for a gas strut all over Holly and Fenton. This strut is for my 2 place covered snowmobile trailer. As a last chance on a Sunday I stopped at this location. I walked in and asked if they stocked gas struts. The employee greeted me and said they have many and showed me to the products. He helped me find exactly what I spent a couple hours looking for. Autozone in Holly had exactly what I needed and the employee that helped me was awesome! I wish I remembered his name. He knew exactly what I was looking for and found it for me. I appreciate it and my snowmobile trailer lid goes up and down with ease again.

A very special thank you to Katie yesterday in our Holly Store, she went over and above to serve us. My engine light had been on for a while (6months), and my car had a problem starting.It was raining, and she came outside and plugged in a computer reader, back inside she printed out a problem sheet, told us what was the problem , I said oh my , thinking this was above what I could do, we went back outside in the rain, popped the hood, showed us how easy the fix was, unscrew this, pop this off, what tools we needed, grease this, fill this, watch out this will be hot ... we took our items home, 1 hour later.... my car is running great.Thank you Katie, you saved me a trip to the mechanic shop.This lady knows cars!

My check engine light came on and I was dreading paying the dealership $75+ to simply tell me what was wrong. A friend let me know that AutoZone does free diagnostic reads so I took my car to the Holly location after work. Sure enough, they walked out to my car and did a free scope. What a great service!

Most of the time I go another customer service is great and one of the other day some lady help me could definitely learn some customer service skills

Clean, organized well, but OVERLY helpful staff. My son and I were asked at least 4 times if we needed help, twice by the same person. I was just picking up a wiper blade & a quart of oil. The guy at the checkout insisted on looking up my wiper blade in the system because he was positive I had it wrong (I had the correct wiper). I felt like they thought I was a complete idiot who had no clue what I was doing in an auto parts store. Like I'd wandered in by accident or something. Looks like it's back to O'Reilly's next door; they help me without treating me like a lost traveler in a strange world.

Be forewarned if you are driving across town to come here. Just because it says they are open till 9 doesn't mean they won't lock the doors at 850pm and refuse to acknowledge you at the door.

Best auto parts store around! Went to buy brake pads for my van again the guy told me that my last ones were still under warranty and I got them replaced for free. Who does this? They do!

Been to this location three different times. Always had terrible service. The last time I went for a check engine light. The girl doing the check offered no feedback regarding the issue. She said she was new and asked me "what do you want me to do here?" I don't know.... Your job would be a start. I asked for a print off showing the error and she didn't know how to do it. Poor training and bad attitude. I will always go to the other local auto store from now on.

Friendly staff. Had a faulty product and brought it back in and they exchanged it for me no questions asked and even gave me an upgrade
