I m pretty disappointed tbh. I brought a front bumper I picked up From a junk yard that I got for $50 dollars, mind you it also came with fog lights . I brought it here to have it sanded and painted to the color of my vehicle. I was told that it was not going to fit my car and asked if I was sure about it bc it was from a 4 door sedan, but I have a 2 door coupe. I reassured that it was fine and even my boyfriend told them it will fit we just want the color changed. And what do you know, fits better than my last one :) They were going to charge me a little over $200 for a sand and paint and said that was a normal pricing for them but offered to bring it down to $164. I accepted it. took a day for the bumper to be done which is normal. I arrived to pick it up after receiving a text saying it was ready and when I got there, I paid, and they sent us on our way and said good luck. I am writing this review now because, I have been washing my car like I do frequently. With micro fiber towels and soapy water, And have noticed the silver paint is chipping off clean. And is revealing the red color of the bumper. (The car I took the bumper from was a red focus.) so they clearly did not even sand the damn thing. Idk why, but they didn t. You can still see the paint that it originally had and the red paint underneath the silver paint still sparkles. I m just pretty upset about it.

Over the years I have had them do a few repairs for me. They have always done great work.In the last 12 months I have had them paint a topper for my truck. They did an awesome job. The second job they did for me was body repair on my truck (Old blue) and again they did an amazing repair. They are friendly and honest. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

They did a good job fixing our car, that was hit by a deer. It took a little longer, than we expected, to get our car back, and, they didn't have a loaner. They sent a truck, free of charge, to tow our car to their shop. We would go to them again.

Absolutely LOVE Austin's!! Ken and his staff are amazing! Super fast, even more helpful and to top it off they are locally owned and operated! Added Plus that they are a AAA Approved repair shop! Couldn't ask for better service!

Danielle, Ken, and everyone at AustinsAustins Auto Body holds true to the traditional values of caring about their customers, while providing excellent customer service. I couldn't believe how quick they repaired my sisters vehicle. After I contacted them by phone from Brunswick, Ohio at 1:06 PM. Almost immediately after speaking with them, I called my sister to bring her vehicle to their establishment so that they could get the necessary information from the VIN # to see if they could find the parts for it and that they would call me and let me know when they think they could get a chance to make the repairs. When I received a call from them at 2:56 PM, I thought they were calling to let me know if they would be able to fix it. I was totally shocked to hear that they were calling to tell me that they had made the repairs in that short amount of time, and that the amount that they charged for the repairs was a whole lot less than what I was expecting it to cost. I can't tell you how much that meant to me, that they helped take care of her situation, making her vehicle safe for her to drive, and how they made it so easy for me, being that I live in Brunswick, Ohio. Very prompt and friendly service. The owners name is Ken. If they have them available, he has loaner vehicles available. Luckily, he was able to hook me up with one after something struck my vehicle while I was on the interstate. I Will be choosing Austin s if I need them in the future, but hopefully I don t need them!

Great service on body work and they stand behind it. I went back after a year for something else and they recognized that the clear coat they had used previously was defective and completely redid the entire vehicle clear coat to fix it at no cost.

I found Ken very helpful. I have old 2002 that need fender replacement. He helped find used parts and repaired. Was honest and affordable. Can recommend.
